• Nothing.
• Filthy room, human excrement on pillowcases, fleas, mud in hallway, elevator and room for days. It was the most unbelievable dirty conditions for arriving into a hotel.

• Everything I expected and close to the freeway.
• Room service does not come everyday.

“We were with a group of 30 flying in for a wedding, our hotel had the best rooms of the group and price. Room's were clean and close to the freeway. There was a card on the bed when we arrived saying we could exchange the pillows if they were too soft or hard and they were a little soft for me so took them to the desk and they said they have never heard of such a program. Free internet in rooms. Only thing we didn't expect was room service only comes if you stay longer than 7 days, so we only had 5 towels for the 3.5 days we were there. I would recommend this hotel for average traveler who wants a great hotel for good price.”

• Full kitchen, TV with VCR and DVD combo, recliner was a nice touch also.
• It only had one night stand and the bathroom door was broken. It wouldn't stay closed. Needed more pillows.

“This is a great place to go if you want to be left alone and enjoy your privacy. Convenient location for what we wanted. Has everything you need right there if you want to stay in or go out. Free laundry facility was a nice touch also.”

• The facility was very clean and I loved the way the room was set up.
• The windows didn't have blinds and since I was on the first floor, my room seemed to be open to the public.

“This was a very nice hotel. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were clean and set up in a very professional manner. You have the option of not having housekeeping, which is a plus for me because I don't feel comfortable with individuals in my room without me there. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. I will definitely suggest the hotel and friends & family, as well as return there myself.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Dog friendly. Clerk placed replacement towels on floor.

“Would not have chosen this particular pet friendly hotel because my spouse has recent transplant surgery and has immune deficiency issues. One member of my family had to make alternate accommodations at another hotel, if hotel had given handicap suite at check in then other family could have remained at same site. We received negative attitude from hotel staff.”

• HVAC system failed to operate correctly.

• Very clean and quiet. Loved the free washer and dryer!
• Our handicapped room needed some remodeling.

“The hotel itself is nice but our room needed to be remolded. I requested a handicapped room on the first floor and the desk clerk told us it was one of the last to be redone. It had exposed plumbing in the bathroom that was an eyesore. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.”

• Not being able to use exercise facility due to construction.

• Regardless of the renovation, cleanliness was an issue.

• Most comfortable bed we've ever slept in!
• Shower head was very poor.

“Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Only slight negatives far outweigh the positives. It was a please and well worth the money.”

• The rooms were extremeley cozy.

“I asked a one bedroom suite because I had a party of four so two of the people were going to be occupying the sofa bed in the separate living room. The front desk clerk helped me out by giving me two separate rooms so all of us had somewhere to lay our head. I didn't have to pay anything extra. The rooms were cozy and perfect for business or leisure. I will definitely visit again.”

“This hotel was convenient and a real money saver. I had the privilege to cook my meals there and store food that I had brought. The dishwasher and utensils were a nice touch.”

• Didn't like no ice when checking in and had to wait for icemaker.

• No king sized beds.

“Quiet location easily accessible from the interstate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Suite was laid out nicely and furnished comfortably. It is a great place for a longer stay.”

• Kitchenette, I did not need. Room small.

“I was very disappointed in this designated "two star" hotel. There were two newer and nicer hotels in the immediate area, the Best Western and Hampton Inn. This was an industrial-like extended stay place, kitchen on one wall and a bed on the other. Not practical or nice enough for an overnight business traveler.”

“The staff was friendly, they helped us with directions to some places we were going. It is a wonderful place to stay. On our next visit to Greensboro we are going to stay there again.”
