• The spa was excellent.
• Hotel was hosting a wedding and the restaurant had no tables available.

• Spacious hotel. Nice pool with amenities. Great location and safe.
• The air conditioning unit was too loud. All through the night we heard the noise.

• I felt that they gave me a lesser room.

“The first room that I got didn't have any of the usual material with regards to room service, information about the city/property, etc. There was not a piece of paper in that room. Also, the outlet in the bathroom didn't work.”

• House Keeping was excellent.
• A lot of commotion after midnight.

“My overall experience was great. The room was updated and clean. The grounds were kept up, and security was visible. However, since the rooms were in separate buildings, there was a lot of noise from other guests that woke us up every night.”

• Nice resort and
  beautiful pool.
• Hotel room was damp/humid not as nice as the resort.

“The room provided had an empty kitchenette with no amenities. The room provide had two double beds, not a single queen. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom nice with granite and tile.”

• Resort is very far from city, beaches, port.

“The only drawback was the distance away from the city as it was a single - night stay before a cruise. I wished we had more time at the hotel - it was gorgeous!”

“This is a great place to stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and upscale. There are 3 pools on the property with full services at the main pool including massages poolside. We liked it so much we stayed an additional night.”

• What a value! Really large room with comfortable bedding. I-Pod docking station with alarm clock, huge bathroom, nice view, quiet, outstanding staff!
• High speed Internet access $10.95/day?? It is 2008 not 2002 folks. Charge $1.99 for local calls?

• All food areas were FABULOUS, even in room dining was the best. The gym was the huge, best for a hotel.

“We got to spend the day using the wonderful hotel facilities: the pool was beautiful with heated water and a lovely waterfall creating a resort like ambiance. The cabana bar staff was friendly and drinks were good. We dined in their casual restaurant for breakfast which was very light and healthy and good, we ordered in room dining for lunch which was fabulous especially the service over the phone and we enjoyed valentine's dinner in their upscale restaurant, Ireland's Steakhouse which was remarkable. The room was large and we had a balcony overlooking the pool. I just wish we could have stayed longer. The room had a medium size kitchen that would be very useful for a several day stay. The bathroom was spotless. The gym facility was the best we have ever experienced at a hotel, basically like a full gym and the equipment was top notch. I highly recommend it and plan to return for a longer stay one day.”

• Extremely clean facility.
• Not close to night life, common Ft. Lauderdale/Miami attractions or the beach.

“The hotel was very nice. However, it was not close to the beach or night life, which was something my husband and I were looking forward to. It was close to two very nice shopping malls and offered a free shuttle to and from one of the malls. The room was very clean, the pool looked lovely although it was too cold to swim. The hotel restaurants provided excellent food.”

• Hotel and grounds were BEAUTIFUL/BREATHTAKING! Room was clean and relaxing. In a very quiet suburb
• pool is not temperature controlled, for a resort I would think it should be

• Too far from Fort Lauderdale.

“Beautiful property with Elizabeth Arden Red Door spa. Grounds and rooms well maintained. Quiet location. Good driving distance from Fort Lauderdale and the beaches.”

• Nice facilities in/out of room.
• Very spread out.

“Room was packed with amenities. Tub and shower, bidet, large bathroom space. Room had a small kitchenette area including two burner stove top, microwave, fridge, and sink. Two comfy beds. Table to work/eat at. Dressers and nice TVs.”

• The pool was beautiful and the grounds around the hotel were nice.
• This was a converted condo developement and the rooms were far from the front desk.

“The hotel is a converted condo development and the rooms are in various buildings and can be a long way from the lobby. The grounds and the pool are beautiful. I could not get into by room because of a faulty lock and it took about 45 minutes to get it corrected. It is an alright placed to stay but not a typical Hyatt.”

• My wife had an incredible Spa experience at the hotel. The best spa she has ever had and a great gift for her!
• Restaurant prices were WAY to pricey. Would have liked to eat at the hotel, but too expensive.

“Beautiful, lush grounds with golf course. My wife and I loved walking the beautiful scenic walkway toward the really nice pool area. Great bed and comfortable room with shower and tub. Good service. Nice location as the whole Weston area is beautiful!”

• The service and grounds were first rate.
• The bedroom and bathroom could use some freshening.

“The grounds and public areas were absolutely beautiful--picturesque, in fact.The staff was the friendliest I have ever experienced.The rooms,however,were not on-par with other four-star hotels.The bedroom was a bit humid smelling and the bathroom was in need of a renovation.”

• The close location to the Cleveland Clinic and the Pool.
• The beds were small and not very comfortable.

“I really loved the pool and property. The views and tropical plants make you feel like your in a tropical paradise. The Ireland Steak house exceeded my expectations with its Prime steaks and great atmosphere. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.”

• Everything was wonderful. This was our 2nd time staying there.

“Great customer service. We had to print our flight e-tix & could not remember where the business center was. We stopped a worker that was in our building lobby to ask where it was. She said "follow me" and took us all the way to the main building and directly to the business office center so we wouldn't get lost. She didn't have to trouble herself in that way, but was thoughtful enough to do so. OUTSTANDING !”

• Last renovation was okay. Did not like having to pay for internet!

“I found this place to be above and beyond my expectations. I knew it was a nice hotel, but no idea that it was a spa as well. Very nice amenities and the room was very nice! I was traveling on business and I hated the fact I had to pay for internet service that is always annoying to me. Other than that, the place was incredible.”

• Nice facility in a good location with nice rooms.
• Carpets are ridiculously filthy and house cleaning is substandard.

“If the management would just focus on keeping the rooms up to a higher standard of cleanliness, the hotel would be first class. The carpets are just plain dirty. No excuse for this in a 4 star hotel. Coarse, hair on the toilet lid is a turn off when entering the room for the first time.”

• I liked the way the room was set up and its cleanliness.
• The parking facilities could be cleaner and the elevator had an oily smell to it.

“My overall stay was pleasant except for the cleanliness of the parking stalls and the elevator. I had to get on the elevator to go up to the fourth floor and it was very unpleasant. It had an oily smell to it and there was no air ventilation what so ever.”

• The lovely room had a musty odor.

“We live in Weston, down the road from the hotel. My girlfriend highly recommended a room with balcony overlooking the pool. We did just that, very nice. Lovely bathroom, better than my own. Very quiet, nice pool service.”

• The cleaning of the room sometimes was very late and not very well done.

“The hotel is a nice place with a remarkable nice spa, it is great to have a rest after business hours, the food was very good, and the pool area is nice and invites to have some hours there. Very close to main mall areas.”

• Beautiful grounds, quiet AC & environment.
• We were surprised there was no mini fridge or microwave, and no real cream for a 4-star hotel.

“Because the signage said 'spa' we didn't realize we were at the hotel on arriving and it took us a while to find registration. Once we found it, registration was very fast, we found the room with ease (it is a very large complex). Vegetation was lush, well-kept. The environment was quiet inside and out (no noisy AC). Room service was prompt though the food was average. We were surprised at the lack of mini fridge or microwave, and no real cream in the stocked bar which you could not use for your own items without a charge). Charges for other amenities (like food) were high. Pool area with cabana bar was very nice and the location was convenient yet out of the busier areas. Overall a nice experience.”

“Very good for business travel. The fitness room is the best that I have seen. Dinner is very expensive at the hotel. Other restaurants are not within walking distance. Grocery stores and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive.”
