• Beautifully decorated, loved the bed and bedding.
• For the price, I really expected the room to be bigger, I've been in much bigger rooms and the air conditioning unit was noisy.

“It was a pleasant stay, the evening girl, which I didn't catch her name was extremely nice. She always talked to us and asked how our outings were, she was the only one. The room was clean. The bathroom was very small also for the price. But it was clean and quiet.”

• Close good food and great ice cream shop.
• Need bigger ice, drink area.

“This hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly. Greeted us as we came through the door. The rooms were clean and quiet. Restaurants were very close and Dublin seemed like a very nice place to visit.”

• Rooms were clean and neat. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

“The hotel provided transportation to places in town, Columbus Zoo at no charge. Ticket were on sell at the desk at a discount for the Zoo. Hotel was clean everywhere, well furnished, good size rooms and above all great staff.”

• My wife 3 grand-children and I went to the Columbus zoo and our stay at the hotel was wonderful. Very clean.
• Everything was great!

“The rooms were very spacious and clean, the dinning room was a special treat. The staff was down home folks, the pool was way above average, parking was close and well lit. We will stay there again when we go back to Columbus.”

• Great for the price - looked recently updated - lots of extras like clips that kept the curtains together, sleeping CD with player.
• Had to use quarters only for some of the pop machines - no bill changer attached.

“Great location to 270 - good and varied in price restaurants close by - easy access to Murfield and shopping.”

• The beds were comfortable.
• The cost of the breakfast and no elevator in the back portion of the hotel.

“The location was great for where we wanted to be. The rooms were comfortable and plenty of room. I would return if I could be on the first floor or close to the elevator.”

“Great place to stay! Can't beat the price and the bed was awesome. The fine attention to detail made this hotel a 3.5 star in my book! The staff was very friendly and personable. The wife loved the amenities (CD, teas, nightlight, razor, good quality soaps, shampoos, etc). Very quiet and the garden was beautiful.”

• The location was great- we were near the zoo and Tuttle Mall.
• There were no steps in the pool; we have young kids, so that was a problem.

“The hotel was nice- smaller rooms, and the tub was old and dirty looking. I would definitely recommend it to business travelers, families might want to look elsewhere.”

• Friendly staff.
• Clogged drain, dead bugs in bathtub, stained blanket for pull out sofa.

“Wasn't the worst experience, but it certainly could have been better. The staff was very friendly and responsive. However, the linens for the pull out sofa were filthy and stained. The bathtub had dead bugs and was thoroughly clogged with hair. We had to call maintenance up before giving our child a bath.”

• Exhaust vent in bathroom ran constantly.

“Everything was wonderful at the hotel except for the exhaust vent in the bedroom which ran constantly and looked like the cover might fall from the ceiling.”

• The hotel automatically provided ear plugs - needed for the room noise.
• This hotel is not safe for female or male travelers.

“One of the back doors of the hotel was broken and would not shut securely. I reported it to the front desk. The front desk staff was annoyed at my report. The door was not fixed for 6 hours during the evening\night -- so any non-guest could and did walk in. (This is a big party hotel.) There was a pack of kids abusing the equipment in the Business Center. The room and definitely the chairs in the room were dirty. I would rather stay at a Motel 6 that are at least clean and safe than stay at this hotel again. This place should be re-named Crowne Gutter.”

• It was a little farther from where we had expected.

“We spent two nights here, but did not use the facilities much except for sleeping. Rooms were quiet. The hotel gave little gift bags to welcome you and help you to sleep, sound cd or ear plugs if needed.”

• Everything was perfect.

“We were in Columbus to attend the Veterinary School Graduation at OSU and had no idea where to stay. The rooms were so quiet and clean. Great location and easy access to all of the activities at OSU. It was so peaceful at the hotel after a couple of very busy days!”

• I loved that the hotel bed had a white comforter.
• The room size was small but it was fine for the two of us.

• Convenient location, near restaurants
• Not enough / older, small elevators....long walk to the rooms

“Generally a pleasant stay.....in-room internet connection was not working....however, the wireless connection in the lobby was operatingWould stay there again for a value price.”
