• Nice upscale hotel. Great location for my needs.
• The internet access was limited and slow. The HDTV had analog signal. Poor television reception.

“I would not stay at this hotel again because of the poor internet connection and the poor television reception. The HDTV had an analog signal, thus the poor picture quality.”

• Location was convenient for my needs.
• Dishes of someone else outside room for 2 days.

“Good size rooms and comfortable bed/pillows; coffee in room was good but not enough packets of creamer/sugar. Only enough for 1 cup even though two coffees could be made. Staff was friendly but very surprised the dishes from another room remained outside in hall even after cleaning crew came after my 1st days stay and still was not picked up after mentioning to front desk hours later the second day.”

• Very snazzy! The staff was very friendly. The hotel is cozy too!
• My room smelled like cigarette smoke I had to switch. Though the hotel has a non smoking policy throughout.

• The service was very polite, quick, and obliging. Loved the free Internet for a day!
• Small showers.

“I enjoyed my stay very much, as the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are a bit small, but for the price I paid. I think it's fair. Very clean. Free Wi-Fi for one day. Service is excellent. The airline misplaced my luggage and the lady at the front desk immediately provided me with a bunch of toiletries. Had trouble signing into the Wi-Fi and the lady on the phone helped me quickly and efficiently. Ordered room service, and the gentleman was friendly and gave us good suggestions of places to go in the area. Would definitely stay here again.”

• Good location and beautiful lobby.
• Our room was located adjacent to a busy supplies room.

“Hotel, nice. We were treated like we were the bargain payers, We were reminded that our room did not include breakfast. Our room was situated near the top of the hotel with no other guests that we could tell staying on the same floor. We felt isolated, except for the very noisy supply closet (room) adjacent to our room. I would have felt unsure of my safety if I were there alone.”

• The room and surroundings were neat and clean and the staff was helpful.
• Our bed was short sheeted for two days.

“I have stayed in this hotel several times over the past 20 years. It is your typical Hyatt Regency in a good location. The facility is clean and the rooms in good condition. The rooms are functional and the beds are extremely comfortable. Make sure to stop by the lounge for Happy Hour.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Access limited from the main road.

“Outstanding value on a very nice clean hotel. Very comfortable king bed, flat screen TV (only about 25 channels, though). Bath area was large, rest of the room average size with large desk and easy chair. Reading lights on each side of bed nice touch. Had to turn down a side street to access hotel.”

• It was clean and uncrowded.
• Our room was close to the freeway and a little noisy.

“The Hyatt Regency in Richardson was a pleasant place to stay. It was not crowded, and the staff was friendly. We didn't actually have to interact with anyone that much because we had no problems and most of the time we were not at the hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious and had free internet which saved us $10 over some other places. The room we were in was on the freeway side which gave us a nice view of the sunset, but you could hear the freeway so that was a negative. It wasn't that loud though. There is a Starbucks nearby as well as Panera Bread. Good restaurants are right down the freeway. I would stay at this hotel again if we return to North Dallas.

• It was very well appointed, immaculately clean, friendly staff; a quality hotel
• The regular guest room, though well appointed, was rather small

“I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. It more than met my expectations in all areas. Everything from the well appointed rooms to the great staff made this hotel a notch above other 3*, even 4* hotels.”

• Awesome pillows and bed, extremely helpful front desk employees
• No free local calls, no contential breakfast like cheaper hotels

“Another successful experience! The hotel was super easy to find, friendly people...I had a baby with me and all our luggage and they were more than willing to help me carry everything. The beds were so nice, we had a great night sleep, bathroom was very clean and large. Loved it.”

• The rooms were beautiful.
• The food was fair and was highly priced.

“The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was accomodating. We had some confusion with our check in date because we had two reservations. The staff was very nice and patient with us and offered us the option to check in early.”

• Unclean. Old yogurt container behind refrigerator, no thermostat label plate, very small room, unclean bathroom.

• Gorgeous view in a modern hotel undergoing extensive renovations.
• It was a ghost town.

“The modern hotel in Richardson is undergoing extensive renovations. The exterior building is impressive, but the staff and lobby were not. The room I stayed in had an amazing view and was extremely comfortable. I felt like a king in the room, but was disturbed to find an abandoned kingdom as my surroundings. The ice machine didn't work and the hotel offered virtually no entertainment, aside from basic cable. Still, the view from the room made up for areas that the hotel otherwise lacked in.”
