• Price was reasonable.
• The layout/design was poor.

“This hotel was affordable and in a good location. However, several of the guests were drunk and quite annoying. Also, there seemed to be a theft problem at the hotel as there were signs posted throughout the hotel and on the room key envelopes. We were not comfortable leaving anything in our car.”

• It was easy to find
• No refridge in room

“This hotel had problems with the pool, ice cold, the same with the "hot tube" and suna. after several calls to the front desk..over an hour later the sent someone to turn up the heat. I understand that pools are cool but one could have frozen meat in this pool,”

• Location to the airport was great.
• Nothing wrong.

“This was a typical Marriott property and up to their standards. Seemed to have quite a few rooms in multiple buildings with meeting facilities.”

• Convenient, clean, use of quality furnishings & building materials.
• Bed too soft and unsupportive.

“This hotel won't win any design awards, but it is clean, conveniently located, and was not built cheaply. Aside from the soft, unsupportive mattresses, this is a nice hotel to stay in.”

• Hair in the shower prior to our use of it.

• The large size room and very well done.
• Service at the Fish house was slow at times.

• Check-in was very professional with Clerk stepping around desk to hand off room key and welcome me to the hotel.
• No complaints.

“The Marriott is a nicely-appointed business class hotel with friendly staff, fresh fruit at the check-in counter and a coffee bar stocked all day near the elevators. My king room was well furnished with up-to-date amenities and current style. The hotel is convenient to the airport, but not so close as to remain awake as flights takeoff and land.”

• The room was clean and the facility in good shape.

“I was expecting something more upscale than what I received. I also would suggest a better break down geographically where the hotels are located. For example, I was hoping to stay in the Easton area of Columbus, Ohio. Instead I had to drive through the ghetto to get to my hotel.”

• The rooms were very nice. Check-in was very simple.
• No area restaurants. You are basically limited to the hotel restaurant

“It was nice and clean. It had goose down comforters, that gave it a homey feeling. It also had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. It was farther from the airport than I expected and the shuttle does not run late (I got there at 11:30PM, but they reimbursed me for the cab ride). That was great!”
