• Had a few rough edges, lacked attention to detail.

“Was an OK experience. some areas where showing wear. wall paper above closet was coming off. tub could have been cleaner. the desk had real signs of having been abused. computer log on for wireless was difficult. window was dirty so detracted from feeling of cleanliness. not sure would rate it has a three star.”

• The non-smoking room truely did not smell like smoke
• Throughout the 4 nght stay they never changed our towels, even though I requested by phone and to a maid

“Our first nght we were placed in a room with Sleep Number Comfort beds that were very noisy(something wrong in the mattress) and they graciously accommodated us the following 3 nghts by switching our room. I thought that a 3 Star hotel would have a small refrigerator in the room and I also expected dining room continental breakfast, but neither were offered. Another surprising fact was that they did not offer complimentory coffee for their morning guests; however, the first morning I went down to the lobby to look for a cup of coffee and the dining lady made me a cup from her dining bar. She was very pleasant. Thank you for the Priceline opportunity. I would use it again.”

• Nothing that I really disliked except for the fact the rooms didn't have refrigerators, which would have been really nice.

  number bed.
• Old bathroom fixtures.

“Entrance and lobby nice, nice to walk to an exterior restaurant, close to freeway, interior facing room was nice with view of pool/spa, enjoyed small gym, used free Internet and printer. Overall the room was a nice setup so one could watch TV while the other person could read or sleep in, etc. Wished there was a mini refrigerator in the room. Overall very comfortable.”

“Although the outward appearance of the hotel and the lobby were nice, the room was dark, dingy, and not at all updated. The towels were dingy and I was even given one with a stain on it! The halls smelled of cigarettes and other unknown odors. The only positive about the hotel was that the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Great 3.5 star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel. You couldn't ask for an easier location to get on the I-10. The rooms were very quiet considering you were so close to the freeway. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“After a 17 hour drive we were exhausted. To be able to check into the hotel when we needed to, find a king sized bed which just happened to be a sleep number was the best ever! The food was fantastic, service was great! I will stay at this hotel again.”

• Very accessible - next to highway, but quiet.
• Refrigerator in the room would have been nice.

“Room had a nice set up with the king bed and business center. Room was quiet even though hotel is next to major highway also, the man next door had his door open with music blasting in the hallway but we could not hear it from the room! Very friendly staff, held our luggage that arrived early and provided us with information for church, etc.”

• The pool filtration system was not working.

“The hotel was easy to access as it sets about 100 yards from the interstate. Rooms were nice. I don't like sleep number beds, I feel like I am sleeping on a bowl. The staff was nice, but the pool was dirty (bugs and leaf litter) like the filtration system was not working. Overall a nice place!”

• Its in a great location.
• Some problems with the room such as closet door broken and not fixed.

“It was a decent place to stay for the price. Last time I stayed there it was better. The staff, I found this time to be somewhat rude. My children and I wanted to go swimming but it was like 9:30 PM the pool closes at 10 PM. Even on the weekend which stinks, anyway we went. When it became 10 PM one of the female staff was rude about us getting out of the pool. I could understand if we were loud but it was just me and my 2 little babies just wanting to cool off after running around all day in the hot heat.”

• The staff did try to make my stay better after my complaints.
• My room AC didn't work and the toilet had hair on it.

“The hotel was dirty and I had to change rooms. They didn't have free breakfast. My key didn't work one night and the ice maker didn't work on the 3rd floor so I had to go to the 2nd floor for ice. It wasn't worth the trouble even though they tried to correct everything!”

• Friendly staff from the front desk to the maid service. Very accommodating.
• Its in Phoenix so the elevators were hot but so what?

• The beds were very comfortable.
• Pool area a mess with open alcohol bottles and cans everywhere, used razor in bath tub, not family friendly.

“The beds were very comfortable, the location was good, and the service was friendly and quick. It was not a good place for children. The pool was small, crowded, and littered with beer cans and bottles, dirty towels and noisy. The bathroom was older looking and garbage on the floor. Overall, I was not happy with the hotel and would not recommend it to those traveling with children or anyone who is looking for a 3 star quality hotel.”

• Hotel staff really went the extra mile for us.
• Small dislike - no breakfast offered.

“This hotel was very nice. Room was large enough for our party of 4. Beds comfortable (although we didn't get a comfort bed room). What was really great was my son left his Nintendo DS backpack with game machine & all his games in room. 2 hours down the road we discovered it missing. Called the hotel & spoke with front desk. He personally went to housekeeping where it had been turned in & called us back with this information. We made arrangements for the return to my 7 yr olds extreme gratitude. Could have just as easily been lost. Outstanding staff!”

• Great Location, close to lots of entertainment and eats.
• Pools was nice, but should be cleaned more often.

“We like the hotel, since it was convenient to the area of Phoenix we were interested in. Although we did not eat in the restaurant. It appeared nice and had a variety of food selections. Our room was comfortable, but the wireless high speed did not work. Luckily, I carry a Cat 5 cable with me, since the one in the room was defective. As I checked out, I told the attendant about the network issues and the fact that the tub was very slow to drain. I would give the hotel another chance if we go to the Chandler area.”

• Sleep number bed, would prefer regular next time.

“The room was more than expected. We needed a room on a lower floor, due to age, hotel was very accommodating. Friendly staff. We were asked if we would like a sleep number bed, we did. We were told if we didn't care for the bed they would change our rooms for us. All in all I recommend this hotel.”

• I felt like I was welcome to stay there. The staff was easy to work with.
• The room could have been cleaner. Hair was on sheets and in the tub.

“Check-in was easy and the staff was pleasant. Making changes to the reservations was a bit difficult but we worked thru it. My room was nice with small complaint about cleanliness of the room. I would stay there again and hope that next time my room will be a bit cleaner.”

• Perfect! Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was more than I expected. Beautiful.
• The web site doesn't do the hotel justice. It's much better in person.

“This was the best hotel I have stayed in by far. It was clean. Everything was beautiful. The pool area was spotless with plenty of towels for everyone. My room was very nice with a huge sleep number king sized bed. The staff was the best part of all. As nice as can be with big smiles and a warm welcome. They made us feel special.”

• No remote for TV at check-in/room service was horrible.

“Had a great time, but was disappointed in the breakfast, room service had to come back twice--no condiments! When we checked in the room, the remote was no where to be found, but was promptly delivered after calling the front desk. All staff were friendly and easy video checkout. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Desk area very useful. Shower was mildew stained, so did not shower there, but fortunately did not need to.”

• The desk clerk was helpful and tried to accommodate.
• This was the dirtiest 3star I have ever stayed at.

“The first room smelled of sewer, the second room had dog & human hair on and in the beds and pizza sauce on the white bedspreads. The halls smelled like dirty diapers. It was 10:30 p.m., and there were food trays that other customers said had been there all day. Our final room had fingerprints on the glass doors, trash under the beds, the sink didn't drain well, the fridge didn't work at first, then someone came and fixed it. There were food smudges on the tables.”

“I was very disappointed in the services available at this particular Radisson. The first thing I saw when we checked into the room was trash on the floor and hair in the sink. There was no room service available so we ate breakfast in the downstairs area. The waitress kept her back to the customers and did not acknowledge anyone in the room. I finally had to ask to have water to be brought to us. The maids took important papers out of my suitcase; which cannot be replaced. Radisson has tried to upgrade their rooms by placing Sleep beds in their rooms. The beds are very uncomfortable and I was not able to sleep both nights that we were there. I would say that my experience with this hotel was very unsatisfactory.”
