• The pool was great, nice and clean. Rooms were bigger than I thought.
• Beds were really stiff. Our backs hurt in the morning.

“We were very happy with this hotel and will definately stay again. We were traveling with 3 small children and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The pool was large and very clean with lots of towels for guest use. The room could have used a microwave and fridge, but it wasn't a need for us on this trip.”

• The hotel staff was sincere after the robbery - they did try to help.
• My room was burglarized with 7 other rooms.

“Clean and nice associates but my experience was ruined when my room was broken into when I was at dinner with business peers. Their insurance company, Zurich Insurance stinks - they will not cover my business laptop since it did not belong to me, but my company.”

• The breakfast was amazing and the pool was lovely.
• TV lacked any good channels like Discovery or kids channels.

“This hotel was right off the freeway, so easy access to shopping. The hotel wrapped all the way around the pool, courtyard style and had beautiful public spaces. The breakfast was lovely with hot and cold offered. Coffee and tea was always available. TV lacked good channels like Discovery or kids Channels and movies were expensive $12.99. Overall, fantastic for the money.”

• No non-smoking rooms available, had to upgrade to a suite. Suite was small.

• Fitness and Pool were very good. Breakfast was a very nice start for the day with lots of choices.

• It was clean and nicely appointed and the use of the computer was a plus.
• The elevator was on the other side - however it was good exercise.

• Seattle Best Coffee, Cookies and Above average breakfast.
• Snowy TV channels, lacks NWCN.

“A traveler always appreciates up-to-minute weather, traffic and news. Northwest is gifted with Northwest Cable News (NWCN) which this hotel does not carry. However, other hotels do. The Seattle Best coffee and freshly baked in the lobby are nice amenities.”

• We love the new beds and we really appreciate the complimentary breakfast.
• The bathroom was pretty good, although some small hairs had not been swept off the floor.

“We enjoy the peace and quiet of this hotel, as well as the convenience of its location. We are able to get a good night's sleep in the very comfy bed and the complimentary breakfast in the morning is one of the best we've had in any hotel we've stayed at. We'd stay here again, for sure.”

“We were really disappointed with our experience. My spouse and I were enjoying a romantic weekend together. We were really looking forward to relaxing in the pool and Jacuzzi. The pool area was so dirty and uninviting that we just skipped this altogether. The room was okay, but had an odd dingy smell to it that reminded us of a wet dog. It is convenient to the interstate and local businesses.”

• The continental breakfast was out of this world! Fabulous!
• No microwave or fridge in room. Low lighting in bathroom.

“Overall, this was a wonderful experience. Otherwise this is a nice quiet hotel that I would choose again. The room was spacious and the continental breakfast far exceeded my expectations. Also, something no one ever comments on: the showerhead was quality and had several settings (spray, massage, etc). There was really good water pressure too.”

• Fantastic breakfast buffet, supposedly continental, but so much more.
• Shower curtain let water onto the bathroom floor.

“This hotel is isolated and quiet, but just off the 405 expressway. The lobby reception, lobby bar & lounge and breakfast dining area are all beautifully finished and in great condition. The pool was still closed (May) but looks great. We stayed on the 2nd floor, facing south-east, with shade from the treed parking lot. It would have been nice to have a microwave & a fridge, but the ample breakfast and busy schedule didn't allow time to worry about that. Staff are uniformly friendly and helpful.”

• House keeping ladies were always nice and friendly, not the management.
• Management did not care about their guests, not much of a business center, noisy, management does not know how to run the hotel.

“At first, I enjoyed my stay. I stayed in this hotel for over 2 weeks. When I checked out of the hotel, they tried to charge me again because of pets, which I didn't have and said I can prove it because the house maids saw me in the room everyday. And also I was there for two weeks, don't you think if I had a pet, someone would notice? They meaning the rude, stupid House keeping manager and the front desk. They did not even apologize or thank me for staying there for a long time. I all ready spoke with the general manager and the district manager of this hotel and was unsatisfied was the outcome. I will never stay in this hotel again.”

“I really like this place I have stayed there 3 times and it is usually quiet and clean with very comfortable beds and a great breakfast. I wish all rooms had a fridge and microwave, but it was well worth the price compared to other hotels on the east side.”

“The hotel was meant to be 2 1/2 stars and I expect this to include a fridge, microwave, DVD player and an iron in the room. My room didn't have these things whereas there are 2 star hotels in the same area with these extras.”

• The grounds of Country Inn & Suites are lovely! The hot tub is great! The pool is wonderful (when the season opens)! The 24-hr. coffee is fantastic.
• The use of plastic plates, knives, forks for breakfast buffet.

“If I could own a hotel for myself, Country Inn & Suites would be my choice. Why? The class, size, amenities, comfort and location make this hotel extra special. Plus ~ romance is in the air with the 24-hr fireplace in the elegant, yet comfortable, "living-room-like lounge", plus a real lounge adjacent -- even featuring a daily happy hour. At Country Inn & Suites, you can play or relax or do business in a first-class setting.”

• Spacious rooms, very quit and relaxing over all.
• Then vending machines had one gulp bottles of water for $1.25.

“It was very conveniently located near the freeway. The place was very clean. My room was big and quiet. I did not like that the bathrooms were so dark (not very female friendly), they could use some vanity lights for the bathroom mirror. The free breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices. For a one night stay, it was perfect, I was pretty happy with it.”

• I was surprised to find food and beverage service available beyond the usual "continental breakfast".
• I can't think of anything.

• Superbly maintained, friendly staff.
• The location is a difficult drive to downtown Seattle.

“This hotel is located in a very safe area of a nice northern suburb of Seattle, contained in an upscale office park setting. The hotel is nicely landscaped, hidden by a berg and trees, but just off the I-405. There is a paved walking trail behind the hotel for those that need to exercise in the fresh air. The rooms are modern and well maintained. The staff is friendly. This is a very good value for the money that I paid. The only negative aspect is that the drive to downtown Seattle will probably take 45 minutes to an hour during weekday traffic periods. There is an express bus (sound transit 522) that can be caught from nearby park and ride lots.”
