• The continental breakfast was out of this world! Fabulous!
• No microwave or fridge in room. Low lighting in bathroom.

“Overall, this was a wonderful experience. Otherwise this is a nice quiet hotel that I would choose again. The room was spacious and the continental breakfast far exceeded my expectations. Also, something no one ever comments on: the showerhead was quality and had several settings (spray, massage, etc). There was really good water pressure too.”

• Fantastic breakfast buffet, supposedly continental, but so much more.
• Shower curtain let water onto the bathroom floor.

“This hotel is isolated and quiet, but just off the 405 expressway. The lobby reception, lobby bar & lounge and breakfast dining area are all beautifully finished and in great condition. The pool was still closed (May) but looks great. We stayed on the 2nd floor, facing south-east, with shade from the treed parking lot. It would have been nice to have a microwave & a fridge, but the ample breakfast and busy schedule didn't allow time to worry about that. Staff are uniformly friendly and helpful.”

• House keeping ladies were always nice and friendly, not the management.
• Management did not care about their guests, not much of a business center, noisy, management does not know how to run the hotel.

“At first, I enjoyed my stay. I stayed in this hotel for over 2 weeks. When I checked out of the hotel, they tried to charge me again because of pets, which I didn't have and said I can prove it because the house maids saw me in the room everyday. And also I was there for two weeks, don't you think if I had a pet, someone would notice? They meaning the rude, stupid House keeping manager and the front desk. They did not even apologize or thank me for staying there for a long time. I all ready spoke with the general manager and the district manager of this hotel and was unsatisfied was the outcome. I will never stay in this hotel again.”

“We would stay here again. It's nothing fancy or romantic, but it is quiet and functional. If you're looking for a luxury get away, this is not for you, but if you're looking for a quiet business or leisure environment, this is a good choice.”

• Comfortable beds, location seems safe, great breakfast! Fun shopping & restaurants just one exit away.
• Would like to see a larger range of TV stations.

“I really like this place I have stayed there 3 times and it is usually quiet and clean with very comfortable beds and a great breakfast. I wish all rooms had a fridge and microwave, but it was well worth the price compared to other hotels on the east side.”

• The bar.
• Dirty carpets.

“The hotel was meant to be 2 1/2 stars and I expect this to include a fridge, microwave, DVD player and an iron in the room. My room didn't have these things whereas there are 2 star hotels in the same area with these extras.”

• The lobby was very welcoming.
• Bathtub had not been cleaned.

“Decent hotel right off of the freeway, "room service" was very, very slow (was really just the bartender taking orders and bringing them up to rooms, finally got through after 20 minutes of a busy signal). Wi-Fi connection not constant at all.”

• The grounds of Country Inn & Suites are lovely! The hot tub is great! The pool is wonderful (when the season opens)! The 24-hr. coffee is fantastic.
• The use of plastic plates, knives, forks for breakfast buffet.

“If I could own a hotel for myself, Country Inn & Suites would be my choice. Why? The class, size, amenities, comfort and location make this hotel extra special. Plus ~ romance is in the air with the 24-hr fireplace in the elegant, yet comfortable, "living-room-like lounge", plus a real lounge adjacent -- even featuring a daily happy hour. At Country Inn & Suites, you can play or relax or do business in a first-class setting.”

• Nothing I liked everything.

“I would love to stay in this Hotel again on my next visit to Seattle. It is not in the city of Seattle but well worth the dive. The continental breakfast was fantastic.”

• Spacious rooms, very quit and relaxing over all.
• Then vending machines had one gulp bottles of water for $1.25.

“It was very conveniently located near the freeway. The place was very clean. My room was big and quiet. I did not like that the bathrooms were so dark (not very female friendly), they could use some vanity lights for the bathroom mirror. The free breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices. For a one night stay, it was perfect, I was pretty happy with it.”

• I was surprised to find food and beverage service available beyond the usual "continental breakfast".
• I can't think of anything.

• Inconsequential really, maybe that the pool is closed after September.

• Superbly maintained, friendly staff.
• The location is a difficult drive to downtown Seattle.

“This hotel is located in a very safe area of a nice northern suburb of Seattle, contained in an upscale office park setting. The hotel is nicely landscaped, hidden by a berg and trees, but just off the I-405. There is a paved walking trail behind the hotel for those that need to exercise in the fresh air. The rooms are modern and well maintained. The staff is friendly. This is a very good value for the money that I paid. The only negative aspect is that the drive to downtown Seattle will probably take 45 minutes to an hour during weekday traffic periods. There is an express bus (sound transit 522) that can be caught from nearby park and ride lots.”

• Cleanliness was great, the bathroom was absolutely spotless!
• There was a tray of leftover food from room service left outside the room next door to us from 3pm-10am next day.

“We searched the internet to find a hotel for our stay in Seattle WA, and this one seemed to have great reviews. We booked a room and were not disappointed! It definitely met or exceeded our expectations for comfort and cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast was great. No need for lunch after eating at this breakfast buffet!”

• Breakfast was really excellent. Pool was very nice. Fresh hot cookies the evening we arrived.
• Pool temperature was cool (such a small thing compared to all the great things).

• Large rooms, perfect for us as we have small kids who could roam a little.
• Not located near a large variety of eating choices.

“Very nice hotel, much nicer than I'd expect from a 2.5 star. Spacious rooms, helpful, friendly staff, nice dining facilities and a nice continental breakfast with lots of selection. The only bad part was the hotel wasn't located close to any restaurant choices. There were several eating establishments a mile away, but it would've been tough to find them if you didn't know where you were going.”

“Excellent value with free breakfast, free parking. Easy access off Interstate 405. Room & main hotel areas were very clean and new looking. Outdoor pool was not warm: heated? Not too close to downtown Seattle if that is important to the traveler. Would stay there again.”

“The AmeriSuites is a standard hotel. I felt safe and the common areas were very nice, but the rooms were old and when the AC wasn't cranked, there was black mold that showed on the ceiling, and the room smelled musty.”

• I used their printed directions to get to a restaurant and they were wrong.

“The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. I got a nice hotel at a fair price about 15 minutes from where I needed to be at almost cheaper than a 2 star that was 5 minutes away. I would say that is worth driving an extra 10 minutes.”

• Quiet clean hotel. Staff cheerfully accommodated our request for a non-smoking room.
• For a 2 1/2 star hotel, it exceeded our expectations.

“Going north? Be smart. Go around Seattle traffic, get off i-5 and take 405. Stay at this clean, quiet hotel in Bothell. The rooms and lobby are nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free continental breakfast is a nice spread with much more than day old pastries and fruit. You get scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, and oatmeal etc.”

• Convenient. Right off the freeway.
• There aren't any restaurants nearby. I had to get back on the freeway and take the next exit. Seems remote but convenient to freeway exit.

“The hotel is quiet. Checking in and out seamless. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. I have stayed at this hotel twice now and really enjoyed the experience. The Jacuzzi stopped working. We waited 15 minutes and no one came to fix it or to tell us that it would a while. That's not a big thing though.”

• Good location, nice furnishings, great complimentary breakfast.
• Walking half a mile to my room several times/day. Unheated outdoor pool. No help for hungry travelers.

“Hotel was beautiful and well kept, however the trek across the entire length of the hotel, and then up a level, made me forget the rustic and cozy lobby. Additionally, my family came home each day exhausted and hungry and there is no, no, none room service after ten pm and none of the 5 or so staffers polled could recommend any restaurant whatsoever. It was like talking to amnesiacs, they could not even remember where they themselves eat if they forget their home packed lunch. The pool could be heated; it is outdoors in Seattle.”

• The toilet paper is not as soft as I prefer.
