• Excellent restaurant/balcony/double sink.
• Bedroom seemed a bit "close" and crowded.

“Very nice and comfortable. Wish it was downtown but otherwise very enjoyable stay. Pleasantly surprised to have wonderful meals in restaurant.”

• The guest services staff was eager to help me find restaurants and entertainment in the area. Very helpful!
• No guide to daily television programming (special "guide channel" or even HBO movie schedule).

“I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, greeting me each time they saw me, opening doors, and going out of their way to help me acquaint myself with the city and its attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided all necessary amenities in a pleasing, attractive layout. (I especially liked the French doors leading to the bedroom.) Not as close to the Georgia World Congress Center as I would have liked, but very close to a Marta station, so still fairly convenient.”

• Front desk staff was wonderful and helpful.
• The room was not cleaned between days we stayed. No clean towels provided.

“The overall experience was great. When we arrived there was a dirty floor mat in the bathroom and open shampoo in the shower. The cleaning staff did not clean the room between days we stayed with and no clean towels provided etc. We got in late and did not want to deal with it.”

• Experience was fantastic.
• Either in the past or somewhere on the floor there were smoking rooms or the room/hallway could have smelled fresher.

“The hotel was excellent, spacious, extremely clean, conveniently located. Although parking is expensive, it might be worth the extra 2 dollars a day for valet parking to reduce stress. Great star bucks and Einstein bagels right outside the front door. Marta station 2 blocks away and very close to high museum of art, woodruff arts center. Great location in midtown.”

• Convenient, comfortable, clean. Great location for stay in Atlanta.
• $16 dollars a night for parking.

“This is a very nice hotel with great views of the Atlanta skyline. The room was quiet, spacious and clean; in addition, nice pool and workout facilities. There are several great places to eat within walking distance and that's probably what we enjoyed most. We'll stay here again, hopefully soon.”

• Nice hotel in a good location with easy access to Atlanta sites and interstates.
• Found a clipped to email on room carpet; extremely loud icemakers.

“Midtown is the only place I stay in Atlanta, due to the restaurants/bars in the area and the easy access to both interstates and Atlanta sites (and, it at least seems to be much safer than Downtown). I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Atlanta.”

• Helped me get parking in garage;

“The staff was very customer oriented and went above and beyond what I expected. The desk (I think manager) helped me find band aides after I could not find them and told me not to worry about paying for them. Would recommend them to everyone.”

• Staff was very attentive, location was excellent.
• I left two dresses in closet, returned two days later- they claimed to not have them.

“I had a lovely experience here, but was disappointed that housekeeping stole two dresses I had left in the closet. I returned two days after departure to claim them and they were not there. The staff claimed they hadn't been left there, but they certainly were.”

• The room was great and very spacious. Plenty of room and televisions.
• The price of parking was extremely high. $18 for valet, $16 for self.

“The hotel was great, although the high price of parking added to the overall hotel cost. My experience was pleasant with the staff and it was in a great location for people that want to be able to get to a lot of "to do" things quickly. Room was cozy and had televisions in the bedroom as well as the main room. Bedroom and restroom was totally separated from the main room which was a plus as well. I would recommend it to anyone.”

• Had to request linens for the pull-out sofa 3 times.

“Great stay! We circled the block to go out for dinner (south city kitchen---wonderful!) And dancing. Perfect location near Peachtree sty. Which connects to everything? Very nice hotel with good amenities.”

• This was a suite, not just a room like I was expecting. Very spacious and great bathroom.
• Wireless was not free.

• The shower was really small. Especially compared to the size of the room.

• Staff friendly, and great restaurant! Rooms/suite very cute.
• Very low water pressure from shower head. Being awoken by washing machine equipment.

“There was only one person at the check-in desk. We waited over ten minutes before getting served. Employee was friendly, but definitely needed to ask for more assistance up front. Be prepared to pay $16 a day parking for using their garage. $18, if you want Valet. The shower had very little pressure. Be prepared to take a longer than usual shower. We were given a room directly next to a facility staff room and were awaken promptly at 08:30am from their squeaking machines pouncing on the wall. Room service was great! Restaurant dining was fabulous!”

• Smelly towels, poor remotes, expensive calls and internet.

“The hotel had a somewhat depressing feel to it. The doors are locked early and make it inconvenient for guests to visit. Towels smelled like sulfur and were not consistent with a hotel of this type. I found the staff bordering on rude or just not caring about their jobs. The parking card to get in garage did not function correctly and has scrapped up many vehicles. I highly doubt I would ever stay at this hotel again.”

• I was upgraded to a suite which was very nice.
• Internet was not free in the business center.

“Room was great. Very frustrated that I had to pay for internet service b/c this is a basic amenity at other hotels. Staff members were very friendly but the restaurant staff was extremely inattentive.”

“Central location, right next to the four seasons. Starbucks and a bagel restaurant right next door. Bank/tam right across the street (tam in hotel was out of $) taxi service quickly available with several cabs stationed right outside the hotel. Pool and hot tub were nice. Workout room is excellent and high-tech.”

• It was located close to the concert we attended so we walked. Walked to dinner also. Location excellent.
• My on complaint would be that the ice machine on our floor and the floor below us was empty/or not working.

“We truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again. The room was very clean & laid out well. The location was excellent. We could walk to the concert we attended & to dinner.”

• Nice big room with comfortable bed/bedding. Very clean and nice showers.
• Need more TV channels. The hairdryer was a little weak. Hotel staff was rude when our key cards didn't work.

“This hotel is quiet, clean and in a great location. The suites are tiny, but certainly adequate for 2 people. This hotel lacks character, but otherwise is fine. The hotel lobby is very small, and the hotel's only restaurant is in the lobby itself (no borders).”

“The king suite was nicely appointed and situated - very accommodating! The price was outstanding as was the staff. The ramp and card reader to the parking garage did not work very well and is poorly designed. Great location!”

“The room was gorgeous and the balcony gave us a great view of Atlanta! The bed was very comfortable with a down pillow-top and down comforter. The hotel is located right in the heart of midtown Atlanta and only a quick taxi ride to many destinations! I'll definitely stay here again!”

“It was a gorgeous room at a fantastic price. I was able to park there and walk to all of the locations I needed for the weekend. Room service was excellent, I ordered more times than I planned to.”

“It was a very nice hotel. The staffs were professional and gave us a good customer service. The only thing I did not like about was the parking. Although I stayed in the hotel, they charged me the parking. Other than that, it was a good hotel and I will recommend to my friends.”

“When my daughter and I arrived and checked in, the initial room we were given was not ready to be occupied at 9:30 pm at night----bed unmade, dirty towels in bathroom, etc. We went back to the lobby and were given a new room and were treated to a complimentary breakfast in the a.m. The staff was wonderful in remedying this problem and we were very satisfied!”

“This all-suites hotel exceeded my expectations for comfort. A luxurious bed, combined with a large bathroom including separate tub and shower, made this one of the nicer rooms I've stayed in recently. It would be a very nice place to stay for an extended period of time.”

• Loved the bed.
• We were charged $16.00/night to park in the hotel parking lot. Unexpected

“Rooms were nice, but bathrooms were very dated. Staff was pleasant, but no more than that. My only real complaint was that being charged $16.00/day for parking (not made aware of this when booking) is ridiculous. We would had stayed else where had we known this and would never recommend any hotel that charged it's guest to park!”

• Hidden cost like valet 18 or self part at 16 per day.

“Great central location and one of the nicer hotels in midtown. Friendly staff made me feel very welcome...and even allowed me to check in early with no extra charge. Very nice 24 hour work out facility and a great in/outdoor pool. The only negative I feel the need to point out was only 2 options for parking self park and valet at 16 and 18 respectively. Great price to park if I was in New York but in Atlanta the majority of hotels have free parking.”

• The rooms were very spacious with balconies and both bathtub AND shower!
• We ordered a bottle of wine and a smoothie from room service, and it took over 40 minutes to arrive.

“The hotel is in a great location in Midtown, Atlanta. The rooms are extremely large and the bathrooms are, as well. The bathroom amenities (shampoo, etc.) were from a well-known upscale brand and were plentiful. The only major problem was parking, which was very expensive.”

“Great location, even saw Tom Waits at the Star bucks next door (he was in town for a show). There is a cheap parking lot next to the hotel which can save you quite a bit.”

• I liked it for the convenience to the Marta Station and Piedmont, since my stay was for the Peachtree Road Race.
• I thought the parking fee was rather expensive. I don't understand why parking is not included in the hotel fee.

• Spacious suite, comfortable bed, relatively cheap parking.
• We arrived a day early and tried to negotiate a cheaper rate than they stated, but they would not budge even at 10PM.
