• Full kitchenette, comfortable bed.
• Smallish room, footsteps from room above, noisy A/C.

“Fairly clean room with a comfortable bed. Full kitchenette with full size fridge in room. Rooms were on the small side with only one bed. This room had a few signs of wear in the kitchenette that should have been repaired. Annoyingly if you have the misfortune to have a heavy footed person staying above you each step resonates loudly into your room. Also the A/C in the room was quite loud. An exterior door to the hotel would click loudly upon closing some 30 feet away from where my room was. So overall hotel management had lost sight of a few of the details in their hotel. Also landscaping and common areas were on the weak side with a few chairs and a BBQ grill outside being it. There was no pool at this hotel.”

• Convenient location.

“If you are looking for something in the Arboretum area that is affordable, this is the place. It was clean, but needs a face-lift soon or some major deep cleaning. I've stayed here before, but this time, it just didn't look as sparkling clean as it was before.”

• Comfortable, roomy, convenient, great staff, liked the kitchenette and the separate bedroom/living space.
  

“This extended stay suite was a great value. Having the bedroom is separate rooms made it feel more roomy and home-like. The suite was clean and we really enjoyed the convenience of the honor system convenience store and the free washing/drying. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was also very quiet and in a convenient location near restaurants, stores, and movie theatres.

• The room was a suite with full fridge/kitchen and separate living.
• We were on a smoking floor.

“We had a suite with a kitchen including a full size fridge, a conference table separating kitchen from living room. Living room had a couch, coffee table, recliner and TV/entertainment center. The bedroom had a queen size bed that was very comfortable. Bathroom was large and roomy. It was definitely worth the price. I would stay there again, although I would request a non-smoking room/floor. Unfortunately I forgot to call ahead with that request and the hotel was booked when we arrived, so we were put on a smoking floor. It was still ok though.”

• It was in a great area of Austin and was surrounded by trees. It seemed secluded, yet accessible.
• Small lobby area, it got crowded.

• Great location.
• No pool and very plain. It looked like a small mom and pop buisness.

• Free movie rentals, nice kitchenette
• the bed was SOOOOOO hard, did not get much rest

“Alot of construction in the area, hard to find but in nice area. Bed was really hard and we were unable to sleep very well. Was quiet, they had free movie rentals, nice fitness center and liked having a kitchenette.”

• Property is in an excellent location.
• Property offers one queen bed in studio suite

“The property is in an excellent location. The room is neat and clean, with a full-size refrigerator. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. All rooms have vcr's and access to the complimentary video library. The complex houses an "honors" grocery making breakfast in the suite easy and fast. ”

• Very clean, quiet and convenient to many restuarants and shopping.
• All rooms have one queen bed. This would not have worked for us except it was just my daughter and me. I would not have bid on this area had I know .

“Hotel was clean and nice. Directions from the hotel were not accurate. Luckily I was familiar with the area. I asked for a non-smoking room and was told they had been sold out for two months. I knew this was not true as I had booked only two weeks ago. There was also very few people staying there. ”

“We had a pleasant stay. Spacious, well equipped and practical room, gym, laundry and convenience store. The night before we had spent in another hotel which on paper should be equivalent, but no comparison. Candlewood was surprisingly much cheaper and definitely better.”
