• I liked the location.
• The suite was not closed off from front room.

“I didn't like the bed and the privacy was not there in our room from the front room the food was great and the service was A+, the hot tub was cold and the work out room needed a bike to ride.”

• The atmosphere was very comfortable.
• Need more parking spaces; I pull 18ft trailer for my Job.

• There was a refrigerator in the room.
• They billed us for the room using the credit card I gave them for incidentals.

“The room was great. There was a comfortable bed, a refrigerator and free high-speed internet access. When we got home though, we discovered that they had used the credit card we gave them for incidentals to bill us for the room.”

• Friendly staff, nice pool and exercise area, park & fly, airport shuttle.
• The young man who checked us in said we had to pay to leave our car.

“Friendly staff, comfortable bed, timely shuttle. After getting the hotel I called to request a nonsmoking room and asked about the park & fly program. She said we may be charged $10/night, depending on who checked us in. So when we checked in and were told we had to pay $10/night to leave the car.”

• The availability of internet access.
• Nothing.

“This hotel was great. We felt welcome and it was convenient to everything we wanted. We also were glad for the transportation to the airport. The driver was very friendly and accommodating and even helped us find the transportation service, home jams when we were not sure where they were. All the staff was exceptional.”

• The business center with computers was great for the kids and the wireless internet.
• Double beds instead of queen.

“This is a great hotel for a stay before or after a flight. The rooms are large, and the showered had great water pressure! The buffet breakfast for 95 was also a plus. If you need internet access you can use your wireless laptop throughout the hotel or their business center in the lobby. You can even send your printing to the center and pick it up. For free! Additionally, the whole hotel is smoke free, which is nice for those of us who are allergic to smoke!”

“Stayed at the Country Inn & Suites one week earlier. Every bit as nice and it also came with a free hot breakfast and free newspaper. It's right across the street. Also had a dedicated shuttle that serviced just their hotel.”

• Everything, from the friendliness of all the staff to the efficiency of the rooms. This hotel has everything.
• I can't think of anything. I even opted to stay an extra night because it was so nice.

“It is by far the best hotel I have stayed in for several years. They thought of everything a person could want. The beds were especially comfortable and the view wonderful. I would use this hotel for a retreat to get away from the hustle & bustle. The staff was genuinely friendly, they seemed to enjoy their work.”

• Well appointed for 2.5* with fridge and Microwave in room.
• Ice bucket was not cleaned during our stay. Hotel was at full capacity and two elevators did not keep up with demand.

“At 40th street exit a few miles from the airport. Close to fast food and Safe way, easy access to Pena Blvd. Great value but showed a little age compared to Marriott at Tower Rd.”

• Not near many attractions.

“This was a GREAT hotel to end our stay in Denver with... We wanted to stay near the airport our last night in order to get up early and catch our flight on time. This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel, very clean and friendly with top-notch service! We were impressed by the FREE Internet and FREE shuttle to the airport (we paid $19 each to get to our hotel downtown...$38 TOTAL!)!! My boyfriend and I even commented that with a rental car, we really should have just stayed here for the entire time we were in Denver!”

• Great location, convenient to DIA and several good restaurants.
• Fitness equipment need to be updated.

“This hotel is very convenient to Denver International Airport, and unlike many airport hotels there is an abundance of good restaurants nearby - many within walking distance. Nice, comfortable rooms and a very friendly front desk staff. I'd gladly stay there again.”

• The staff was very friendly and the fresh baked cookies were great!
• Great location near airport with Quiznos Subs, Applebee's and Ted's Montana Grill next door.

“This is a great hotel at a great rate for a Friday night stay. I had an early flight out of Denver, so this was the perfect place to stay. They have a free airport shuttle leaving every 20 minutes. Great workout room, small pool, sauna and business center included.”

• Staff went above and beyond to mail items left behind in the room.
• Lumpy pillows.

“High points for the microwave, refrigerator, free, high speed internet access, and outgoing, friendly staff. Don't be expecting upscale, however: Furnishings are only slightly better than a Hampton Inn.”

• It was close to the airport, and the staff were very helpful.
• Nothing.

“This hotel was clean and close to the airport (DIA). The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area, and were able to not only get us where we were going, but suggested changes in our travel plans to accommodate more interesting activities and views. I'd stay there again in a heart-beat!”

• Tastefully decorated and micro and fridge in room. Central air. POOL OPEN 24 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!

“A wonderful hotel with all the amenities except continental breakfast. The pool is always open which is very convenient. Free cookies in lobby were wonderful. Free paper in the mornings. Beds were very comfortable. Great pillows. Very nice.”
