• Holiday Inn Harbor View? According to the front desk not a single room in the hotel has a view of the harbor.

• Very good service, paid for my taxi when their shuttle was running late.
• It was not close to any shopping, eating or the airport, although it was a nice area.

“Very clean and comfortable. The free airport shuttle was running late, so the hotel paid for my taxi ride from the airport. Has a restaurant inside that is decent. Great service, the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.”

• The hotel was very clean.
• The front desk staff was extremely rude.

“I would recommend this hotel, however the staff was very rude. They call my room when my sister and her kids came to visit to let me know they could not stay the night. I have never experienced this in my life.”

• I was offered a bottle of water when I arrived. Friendly staff.

• It was near IKEA and on the way to Seattle.
• The breakfast, which looked continental, did not have any signs indicating there was a 9.00/ person charge per meal!

“hotel was alright, good location if your traveling somewhere, but nothing spectacular. Hotel staff was not understanding of the fact there should be a sign indicating there is charge for any food they offer.”

• Great convenient location yet quiet enough to relax.
• In room TV system required call to desk to activate.

“An ideal hotel for Seattle travelers. With close proximity to freeways yet in a quiet spot adjacent to the old Tukwila valley flood plain. The rooms are well laid out, with microwaves and mini refrigerators and of course the fresh baked cookies at the front desk. Two computers in their business center and a very friendly, courteous staff.”

• Room was really nice, air condition, nice breakfast at great price.
• Zippy checkout didn't work, receipt not at door.

“It was a nice hotel. Wonderful breakfast, courteous staff. The complimentary coffee was not the best but then again it was complimentary. Great price. Very happy with our stay.”

• Hi speed internet free in room, micro wave and fridge in room.
• Desk lady was very rude.

“Very comfortable rooms with all that you could need, from micro waves and refrigerators to desks with high speed internet, and a comfortable chair and ottoman. Slightly off the highway with a two mile back track up a small road but worth the drive for a better place to stay.”

• Location is a bit off the beaten track with no other restaurants within walking distance

“This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The non-smoking room was truly smoke-free, which isn't always the case. Free high-speed Internet access. There is a smallish restaurant in the lobby ($8.95 breakfast buffet and lunch and dinner service), but otherwise there are no services within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful.”

• Front desk said they would deliver extra pillows to our room and didn't follow through. We returned too late to call and ask again for the pillows.

• The indoor pool was freezing cold and we requested/needed two beds but were only able to get one bed.

• The hotel was clean and inviting. Option to buy a delicious breakfast was great!
• The crib they provided for our baby seemed like it was in average to poor condition.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Renton. It is about a mile from Ikea and other shopping. The staff is friendly and the hotel is nice and very clean. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but everything else in the room was great... large clean room, coffee maker, iron, comfortable and pleasant overall. The breakfast is huge and delicious and reasonably priced. Free cookies are served in the afternoon, and there is also an indoor pool.”

• Quickly fixed problems with the hotel room.
• Room was not completely ready at 8pm that night. It had been cleaned, but not towels or bed finished.

“Adequate room size and staff is very friendly. Location was away from freeway enough not to hear. Room was not completly finished being done by room service when we arrived 5 hours after check in.”

• It is so clean and the rooms smell nice. The front desk is very friendly and they have an indoor pool and cookies at the front desk.
• It is hard to say because it was better then I thought it would be the only thing would be they there is no roomservice for breakfast.

“You walk into a grand white lobby welcomed by a smile and quick checkin. The hotel offers internet acess to your room, internet on the computers downstairs, indoor pool and excercise room. The rooms are fresh and smell good they are decorated with a newer design. My room had a microwave and a mini frig. We went downstairs and they had apples and fresh baked cookies for us. We were very happy it was more then we expected and we were delighted.”

“The hotel is in Renton, a suburb of Seattle. It is clean and modern. Our room had a small refrigerator, microwave and a coffee pot. There is an internet hook up , and a television within a cabinet. The bed was very comfortable.”

“Hilton Garden chain is excellent for travellers desiring a quiet and comfortable place to stay. Complimentary evening cookies and morning coffee are welcome. The wall mounted remote control for air-conditioner fixes the fan-speed always at high, it can be noisy and annoying.”

• Very friendly staff.They let you know what the amenities are. Close to airport. Well maintained.

“The staff there are very professional and friendly.They accomodated our request for higher up room.They let you know what the available amenities are.They made us feel like any other of their hotel guests.There is a free shuttle to the airport.Free highspeed internet in our room and their business centre also has highspeed internet connection as well as printers available all for free. Fresh chocolate chip Cookies are available free of charge for all guests. In-room amenities includes coffee maker,tea,coffee and fridge.I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Knowing the name of Hilton we knew we were going to a nice hotel. It made the weekend special going to a place we normally can not afford.

“The only disappointment was that we have stayed there before and knew that usually there were cookies waiting for us at the lobby when we check in. There was none on either night. Wasn't the end of the world but it would have been nice. We had a good time and would go back anytime.”

• We must have been given the worst room in the house--directly across from the pool.

“If you stay here and are given a room between 101 and 122, ask for a different room. This wing houses their pool and the chlorine smell is overpowering, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Desk staff friendly, but not the most knowledgable. Overall, a great value.”

• First time I stayed here. Great location within easy reach of airport and freeways. Very clean, big rooms, with microwave and fridge.
• There's really nothing to complain about here. A superb hotel.

“This is a new Hilton Garden Inn located at the south end of the Renton business district just off I-167 and very close to access to I-405 and I-5 yet tucked away adjacent to undeveloped marshlands. Very clean. Very spacious rooms with big desk, fridge and microwave convenient for longer stays. Housekeeping staff adhered to do not disturb signs and didn't wake me the morning after getting in at 1 am which I appreciated. No automated wake up system. I called it and they did it manually one night but I never got a call. So I went to the alarm clock from there. It's a great facility and I recommend it.”

• The staff was the most pleasant & helpful
• The only negative was the pillows...they could use some new ones.

“Greeted with smiles, request for more towels was answered within 10 minutes (VERY rare). Their van service was exceptional and made our trip on the Spirit of Washington Mystery Train an easy transition. The driver was waiting upon our return to take us back to our hotel-as promised. The hot tub hours were exteeded 1 hour so we could enjoy a soak. What a pleasant ending to a most enjoyable trip.”

• Very clean. Very nice. Very comfortable. Good cookies/apples in lobby.
• There is absolutely nothing around it, except other similar hotels. Nothing to do around it.

“The room, while pretty small, could hardly be nicer. Clean, neat, comfortable. Includes a microwave and refrigerator. It works for us because our kid lives/works nearby, but if you are trying to visit Seattle, this is pretty far out of town and there is nothign at all of interest in the neighborhood - actually there is no neighborhood - just a big field.”
