• The staff was the most pleasant & helpful
• The only negative was the pillows...they could use some new ones.

“Greeted with smiles, request for more towels was answered within 10 minutes (VERY rare). Their van service was exceptional and made our trip on the Spirit of Washington Mystery Train an easy transition. The driver was waiting upon our return to take us back to our hotel-as promised. The hot tub hours were exteeded 1 hour so we could enjoy a soak. What a pleasant ending to a most enjoyable trip.”

• Very clean. Very nice. Very comfortable. Good cookies/apples in lobby.
• There is absolutely nothing around it, except other similar hotels. Nothing to do around it.

“The room, while pretty small, could hardly be nicer. Clean, neat, comfortable. Includes a microwave and refrigerator. It works for us because our kid lives/works nearby, but if you are trying to visit Seattle, this is pretty far out of town and there is nothign at all of interest in the neighborhood - actually there is no neighborhood - just a big field.”

• Just a very nice hotel, considering appearance, room, facilities, staff, and location!
• Restaurant staff and setup needs improvement. Breakfast was the only regret of my stay.

• It had a section of toiletries and snacks that were reasonably priced. Microwave and fridge in the room.
• The staff was fake nice and not very helpful. The desk gave the woman before me her bottled water and still charged me.

“The hotel itself was quite nice and offered a buffet breakfast. The breakfast was a little pricey so we skipped it. The location was not convenient but it does seem to be a safe location.”

• Staff was excellent, very friendly.
• You can't checkout by the TV.

“Arrived at the hotel about 10pm. Check in took seconds. Asked for top floor, non smoking and got it. Room was great. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay there again.”

• The room was a generous size.
• Did not clean the room on New Years'' Day, did not explain holiday cleaning policy beforehand, not courteous about explaining afterwards.

“The hotel was very pleasant, nicely decorated. The room was quite large and included microwave and refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful, though abrupt and avoiding responsibility when I questioned why the room was not cleaned.”

“The hotel was very nice. The first night there was a plate of chewy chocolate chip cookies at the lobby desk. Too bad we didn't get there in time the second night! They were great. They let us exchange our room. We would go back anytime we are in the area.”

“Room is big, clean with frig and microwave oven, in-room internet access, and free business center (internet, printer and copy machine). Easy access to freeway, 15 minutes to SEA TAC airport. Love the free red apples, chocolate chip cookies and coffee.”

“Very nice facility - may actually be better for airport stays than some airport locations, as they offer free parking. They also offer free airport shuttle for those not having a vehicle. The indoor swimming pool is nice. There is a free Internet work station available. If you are driving to this facility, make sure you have a map or good directions, as the routing is a bit convoluted!”

“Relatively newer building, but through its construction, you could hear other guests above the room and in the hallway. Breakfast is served daily for around $6 to $8. Free Internet access in every room! Pillows were lumpy, and the room had a faint cigarette smell, although it was a non-smoking room. Overall, not too bad, and I wouldn't mind staying there again.”

“This hotel was a 2.5* rating, but was well beyond that in quality. The room was very clean and modern. Very new hotel. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. We requested two beds and non-smoking and there was no issue at all.”
