• This resort is absolutely clean and safe. The staff
  was polite and helpful.

“We love this resort. This is home away from home. Very clean and definitely reach our expectation. Perfect for families with young kids like us. Can't wait to go back again.”

• I liked having a full kitchen & enjoyed the view
• Fitness facility was poor & it wasn't fancy like pictures made it look.

“The hotel was pleasant. It had most of the things you would need to stay for a while and eat some of your meals in. I liked having a washer & dryer in the room and the view was really nice. It did seem a little far from Disney though and there was no room service or cleaning done until after you leave. And this cleaning cost us an additional $65 upon arrival that I was unaware of. I enjoyed my stay. It was clean which is the most important but it felt too much like being at my house.”

“Staff was really helpful. Our room wasn't ready so they gave us a three bedroom suite. We ordered a 1 bedroom. It was great not only for me and my husband, but also for my grandson who loved it!”

“We arrived on May 30, 2008, to find that there were not enough sheets or pillows for our children. We were told we would have to wait until the following morning because everything was locked up and everyone had gone home. We also told the front desk that we could stick our fingers through the TV because buttons were missing. We have 3 kids 2, 5, and 8. When we expressed our concerns we were told most of the TV's were that way. Every other hotel we have stayed at in Orlando has also provided outlet covers ~ not this one. We were told to buy our own. I would love to say that our stay got better~ it got worse. The carpet is separating from the tile so we were constantly bitten by the tacks. The toilets over flowed twice during our stay all over the bathroom tile. The carpets were covered with silver fish bugs that we could not vacuum up because it was clogged with what looked like dog hair. The stains on the carpet were horrible! The sinks still had toothpaste residue. We asked to speak with a mgr. and she said she would address the issues, but she never did. We checked out still waiting on a replacement TV.”

• The resort and its staff paid just as much attention to the small details as it did to the big details.

“I was very pleased overall with this resort. Also I found the beds very comfortable. They paid attention to the small details such as good water pressure and enough hangers in the closets to hang your clothes. This was not my first stay at the resort and definitely won't be my last!”
