• Very clean and attractive hotel.
• Bed was not overly comfortable.

• Great location to shopping, dining and venues.

“The hotel was friendly and very nice and organized. It had all the amenities you could want and was located great for shopping (saw grass mills) and the venue we went to (Bank Atlantic Center).We would definitely stay there again!”

• Helpful and friendly staff.
• They allow dogs in the rooms?

“We went to shop, but the hotel was not close to shopping areas. The hotel didn't seem to be totally smoke-free. There were dogs barking in the hallways at various times. The room was small and the window latch was broken. Overall, it was relatively comfortable, but I doubt that we would stay there again.”

• It was within close proximity to restaurants and stores.
• You had to go down to the lobby to use the ice machine or soda machine there wasn't one on our floor.

• Cleanliness bad, over all value bad, and check out person wasn't knowledgeable.

“I felt this hotel was over priced. The hall rugs were filthy. I have stayed in better super 8's than this. The price consistency was bad. ”

“I had family from out of town stay here boy was it a mistake. Wow it smells really bad and the rooms are very dirty icky. My advise is stay at the crown plaza and save yourself from the smell.”

• The hotel was very clean, inviting, and the continental breakfast was excellent.
• The hotel was a little out of the way of Ft. Lauderdale which I had not anticipated when bidding.

“This is a great place for the money. The atmosphere is pleasant and the rooms meet all of your traveling needs. I would definitely recommend it to friends.”

• Problem with extending stay for 1 day. Room access denied because key card not updated.

• convenient location, quiet location
• the room was a little dingy, felt worn out, but it was clean.

“The room was spacious although somewhat well worn. Not too many TV channel choices though. Continental breakfast was satisfying. Located very close to major routes and interstate highways. Staff was courteous and helpful. Parking was easily accessible.”

• Convenient location in relation to Saw grass Mills.
• Could have been a little cleaner, but not bad for a 2 star. Only 1 elevator makes wait times long.

“As long as you want to be in the general Saw grass Mills Shopping area, this is a very good located hotel. The lobby is nice, however the Front Desk Staff is a little uninviting and unwelcoming. The pool area is nice along with plenty of parking. There is only 1 elevator, which makes wait times a bit long. Otherwise for a 2 star hotel, it is fine.”

“Do not care to pay $9.95 for high speed internet. Wouldn't turn on my phone when I wanted it at night and was in bed, until I came downstairs with a credit card (I didn't go). Centrally located near a large mall with many restaurants.”

• Hotel was clean, had a refrig. and micro, and coffeepot. Help was more than courteous

• hostile employee attitude at times, many room features not working, room not very clean, they gave my room number out to a stranger!
• conveniently located near main highway, relatively inexpensive

“The hotel is conveniently located and relatively inexpensive, however, I do not recommend the hotel. Two front desk employees were hostile toward me (I believe they were being overloaded with work at the time), the bathroom had mold in the bathtub and other areas, there were items from the last renter on the floor like an old used band-aid. The TV had very bad reception and keep turn off, the entrance doors were not" locked at 10pm as advertised and the thing that most upset me was when they gave my room number to a stranger who asked for it!"”

• The hotel was beautiful. Room clean and comfortable. Staff great.
• The hotel did not offer a shuttle service.

“The hotel is in a somewhat isolated area, so that if you do not have your own transportation, then you would be limited as to what you can do. The staff is freindly, courteous and very helpful...willing and able to meet whatever needs a patron would have. The complimentary continental breakfast only adds to the already superb service offered by this beautiful, tastefully decorated and landscaped hotel.”
