• Free wireless.
• Not convenient to many places, but very near the expressway.

“A perfectly satisfactory hotel. The room was clean and everything worked. They also had free wireless which worked perfectly. Would I stay there again? Yes. My only complaint was the snack machine required exact change for some items and not for others, which was just weird.”

• Nothing I refused to stay there.
• Everything.

“It was dirty the smoke detector in the room was hanging by a thread. I don't even if it worked. Paint was pealing of the walls it smelled bad. There was low life hanging in the hallways. No security locks on the door. I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I booked a room at the Comfort Inn. You really should check these hotels out. People from out of town do not know what they are getting into. I expect the charge taken off my credit card or I will call the company and stop payment as I did have to pay for another room at a different hotel.”

• Smoked room, dirty bathroom, noise of airport.

“Complete disappointment; dirty bathroom; although reservation was for a non smoking room I got a smoked room; other rooms were not available; scrappy disgusting interior floor. Not worth any dollar, max you should pay would be 30$.”

• We liked the location with what we were doing, we were meeting friends and it was close.
• Front desk area was messy.

“We really liked the location for what we were doing. We had friends that we were meeting in Bangor and they were our tour guides so the location was relatively close to their home.”

• Pool, and free candy at the front desk.
• I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

“The staff was not really friendly, we had a broken outlet in the room and couldn't use the hairdryer in the morning. Sticky carpet. The room really needed to be remodeled. very out of date and not very clean. The furniture needed repair. Needs to be sound proofed due to the airport.”

• The staff was friendly and courteous, changed rooms for us upon request.
• Dark, dingy and smoky. bathroom was semi-clean and needed repairs.

“After entering the hotel and venturing to our first room I was very disappointed with the stench of smoke that radiated through most of the first floor and the dimly lit hallways. We were given a smoking room and had to ask to be moved to a non-smoking room. The room was fairly clean but the bathroom was clearly in need of updating. For a one night stay it was alright, but I certainly would not want to stay for longer, especially with a young family.”

• Easy access off the highway.
• Dark, dismal, in need of repair, and noisy, due to the airport next door and the bar crowd.

“This hotel is okay for an overnight stay, but it is not deserving of the 3-star rating and the price. It cost approximately 90-100 dollars and was only worth about 50 dollars. I'd suggest shopping around.”

• Halls were noisy with service staff making rooms up early.

“Fine for a business travel or someone taking an early flight out but would not recommend for family stays or stays for any length of time.”

• Location, guest laundry, indoor swimming pool.
• Dimly lit hallways, staff less than friendly.

“Not bad for the money; close to the airport. The hallways are very dimly lit - this made me wonder why? The staff seems easily overwhelmed, and just not terribly friendly. Over all - a pleasant overnight stay.”

• Mr. Jones helped us change a smoking room to a non-smoking room.
• We were first assigned a smoking room which bother us greatly.

“The staff was courteous and helpful. When we arrived, there was no non-smoking rooms available so I don't blame the staff.”

• Easy to find from freeway.
• Cigarette smoke in hallways, lobby & eating areas! Cleanliness was poor - Excessive aircraft noise!

“This hotel offers the traveler who needs a place to sleep for one night an ordinary experience. If you are bothered by all public areas reeking of cigarette smoke and are picky as to the appearance of the room bathroom & public areas, stay elsewhere. The airport approach flight path is right next to the hotel, so be ready for noise until 11 pm and starting again at 6am. A person can do far better if it's peace & quiet you desire.”

• Transport from airport to hotel was provided, staff at counter good.
• Dirty rooms, floors in bathroom sticky and what was bad so was the carpet.

“Carpet sticky and bath room floor also sticky. Did not want to walk around without shoes. Had to take stairs to second floor not easy with a lot of items. Bed is very old and mattress, you roll to the middle and then sink with out wanting too. ”

• Inclusion of continental breakfast; close proximity of a good restaurant.
• No fridge in the room; very long halls and a long walk to rooms.

“This hotel is close to the airport for travelers using air transportation. The continental breakfast is adequate, the rooms clean, and a pool is available. For a mid-cost hotel the services are what one would expect. There is a very nice restaurant at reasonable prices on the hotel grounds.”

• It is very close to the airport and they have 24 hour pick up and drop off.
• The room was ok. It was right off the lobby and I could hear everything in the lobby.

“It you need a place to stay for one or two nights and you need it to be close to the airport, and cheap, this is a good pick. The staff are nice and they have 24 hour pick up and drop off at the airport. The room was ok. I had a room right off the lobby and it there was a lot noise (TV, people coming in). At about 3 am, it seemed like someone was moving chairs around in the room above me. At 7:30 am the first jet into the airport went overhead. Overall if you just need a place to sleep, shower, and close to the airport, you can try this hotel.”

“The halls in hotel were dimly lit I imagine to hide the fact that the hotel is in serious need of maintained. Furniture in room was falling apart. Staff was rude and less than helpful. I would never stay there again.”

“This hotel was in poor condition and not clean, there were a large group of college students living there permanently and they were up and down the halls a lot. It most closely resembled a college dorm instead of a hotel.”

• Filthy, on the Bangor Airport Runway! damp, dark, unfriendly staff.

“I fail to see how this would be a 2 Star hotel. The top floor was filled with long-term residents who were using this place as an apartment complex. Garbage in the hallways, damp (wet) carpet with filthy spots all over. It is right adjacent to Bangor Airport Runway! Old 17" purple-and-white television (faded colors).”

• the hallways were dark and poorly lit and dingy

“We were given a handicapped room non-smoking yet there were five ashtrays left in the room. The beds were poor and it had a bad odor..kind of musty. I didn't sleep well at all feeling it was so dirty. It really needs an upgrade. They were upgrading the pool as it was closed for eight weeks!!!”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The hotel seemed quite run down.

“They were doing construction on the hotel - a new pool being installed outside - and it was really disrupting operations. An outside doorway in the middle of the hotel was left open 24/7 and it didn't seem at all safe. The room itself was rather run down, the door didn't seem to close completely and the furnishings weren't at all modern. For example, there was no data port at the table, only on the nightstand. It wasn't at all up to the standards of other 2 star hotels ”
