• Convenient location.
• Breakfast consisted of English muffins and butter. No hair dryer or iron.
  

“I thought it was a little overpriced even for a weekend. Skip the continental breakfast, and eat out instead.

• Beds were uncomfortable, everything was old and very basic, and carpet was dirty under beds.
  

“Nothing fancy here. Although it has a free continental breakfast, it consists of coffee, O.J., toast, English muffin, or packaged donut. Beds were rather uncomfortable so no one really got a good night's sleep. I'd rather spend a little more and get something a lot nicer.”

• The location near the airport was nice for my son.
• The outside floor on the upper level felt wet.

• Filthy carpet - needed to be cleaned, room was extremely small.

“The AC leaked water into the carpet (and had been doing so for some time, judging by the stains) and when the front desk was notified the response was they all do that. The chain lock on the door was installed exactly wrong (making it useless). The ceiling treatment was peeling (probably due to the AC leaking in the room upstairs). The Towel bar in the bath room was only solidly connected to the wall on one side. There was a ticking/clicking sound behind the mirror in the bathroom that made me wonder what was making such a noise. It went on all night long. The bedside lamps were only partially plugged in behind the bed, making the lights flicker as one moved about the bed. When the plug was moved, electrical crackling was heard until the plug was removed and then completely inserted (making the previous condition a fire hazard).”

• It was very close to the highway.
• The room was dirty, the door was very hard to open and shut, which to me was a safety issue.

“I must be spoiled, I expect all rooms at a motel or hotel to be very clean, regardless of the expense. It doesn't take that much effort to tidy up a room and run a vacuum, so even thou the cost of this room was low, I personally will not stay their again. My point is that a clean room matters.”

“The hotel was dirty the room looked like it was never cleaned the blankets had cigarette burns in them the bathroom was dirty when entering the room I noticed that there was beer bottle caps on the floor and cob webs in the corners of the room the carpet was disgusting.”

• Room had microwave and small fridge.
• Room was very dirty and staff was unfriendly until our departure. They actually spoke to us then.

“I would not stay at this hotel again. We had been there about 10 years ago and it was Pristine. Not this time! The carpet was filthy. The grouting around the toilet was also filthy. We were traveling due to a family emergency and didn't have the time or energy to find an alternative room.”

• Clerk was nice, friendly and helpful.
• Room a bit crowded and needs to be more updated.

“Motel room met our basic needs. We were surprised about the lack of foods provided for the breakfast. All others we have visited for the same price have had what this motel had (bagels, bread for toast, juice, coffee) but also all of them added having dry cereal, packaged hot cereal, fruit. Some have offered cooking waffles, too, with all the above at the same basic price as this.”

• Room was very clean, got good TV stations.
• Still feel the price was a little high for what was available for services.

“I am originally from ME and was back visiting a sick relative in the area. It was close to where I needed to go. It was a clean room. There was a little bit of peeling paint in the bathroom and the water would change temperatures during a shower. Overall for what I was there for the room served it's purpose.”

“I was honestly scared about staying here after reading some of the previous reviews, but it was not as bad as I feared. Upon opening the door the smell of bleach (in a good clean way) was evident and the room was neat and fairly spacious. The bathroom was definitely worn with paint chipping in the shower and old fixtures, but come on, it's expected with a 1 star hotel. There was a coffee pot with a quality brand of coffee for brewing, and free HBO. Although it wouldn't be our first choice, it's a fair price and we would consider staying here again.”

• Hotel was reasonably priced and easy to find. Check in was quick and easy.
• The bathroom shower needs to be replaced. Tub had many cracks in it.

“Hotel was easy to get to off interstate. Check in was very quick and I was in room asleep 10 minutes after I got off of I-95. Room was ok and nicely priced.”

• Only 2 miles from Dysarts, best truck stop I've been to.
• Doors to inside stair cases close too quickly. I got hit multiple times.

“Travelodge is good if you just need a place to sleep for the night and don't want to spend a lot doing it.”

• Hairs in bathtub and spiders. Poor continental breakfast.

“Jelly was rubbery and when hotel staff informed was told, "You don't know jelly". Location good. Price okay.”

• It was inexpensive.
• The bedding was torn and very old, the mattress was way beyond its time.

• Continental breakfast was poor to say the least.

“A hotel that offers continental breakfast increases the value of the price you pay for a room. This one had white bread, English muffins, juice & coffee. Poor! We paid for breakfast near by.”

• Asked to not disturb, and room was entered anyway.

“Most lights (lamps) were disconnected, when plugged in - Also, I left the do not disturb sign on the outside of my door only to discover that someone had entered my room while I was away! What's up with that?”

• Clean simple room freshly painted clean grout clean shower.
• Lobby smelled like Fabreeze.

“Close to highway and airport but once we were in the room, we could not hear the traffic or the planes. Good clean sleepover room with HBO and a hot shower. Not fancy. Clean white sheets and good ventilation. The no smoking room was a no smoking room and smelled clean. Balcony railing blocked the view of the Motel 8 next door, which was a plus.”

• Office open 24 hrs.; easy access off of I95.
• Crowded area, no premium channels, bed very hard.

“The staff was very friendly. They did start knocking on my door at 0830 for checkout even though check out is not till 1100am. They even called at 1030am. annoying. The pillows were flatter than pancakes. The bed was hard. The alarm clock was broken. The lamp by the desk had the turner knob broken off. No one told me about the master switch at the door that operates all the lights.”
