• Location was good. Workout room was nice.
• Bathroom was gross, hair stuck to floor and toilet. Ants were everywhere in the bathroom.

“Don't try to eat there in the mornings if you are in a hurry to get somewhere. I walked in at 7:30 finally got seated 10 minutes later, some people left, I think I should have. About 15 minutes later they took my order. After 1 hour of being there she brought my toast and my check. I have never had such a long breakfast - I only had a yougurt, bacon and was suppose to get toast, but did not have time to eat that. Bathroom in room was bad. Hairs that were stuck on for a very long time, dust around the pipes that look as it it had been there as long as the pipes. Ants were all over the bathroom. I was not impressed.”

• The room was clean and newly decorated.
• The restaurant and lounge were antiquated and the wait staff inexperienced.

“Location is good for nearness to highway, the rooms are clean and redecorated. The staff was not very pleasant, from the manager to the housekeeping staff. Food and service in restaurant, lounge, service, entertainment, and drinks.”

• The people there were very helpful.
• We asked for a light bulb and for new sheets one day and didn't get either.

“Bed and pillows comfortable. Room attractive. Staff great. Disappointed that pictures of the hotel showed a jacuzzi and it has been removed! There is no sauna either.”

• Our room up the back was very quiet.
• Long walk to room with luggage from only elevator.

“Good standard for Holiday Inn brand. Welcomed free wireless in room. Restaurant service very good and standard good.”

• Pleasantly surprised. Awful review from other traveler - but was a very nice experience.
• It is by the highway - although convenient.

“This hotel is lovely for families. Restaurant on site, swimming pool etc. The rooms were clean. I was happy with the experience.”

• The beds were comfortable and I liked the double white sheets. The microwave and frig. Were handy.
• Small, dingy elevator, long, long hallways to the rooms. Parking was across the street from the hotel and not convenient.

“The elevator was very small for the size of the hotel and the cleaning crew used the same elevator. Parking was not good.”

• It was close to Route 1 and easy to find.
• Molding missing in the room, mildew on ceiling in bathroom.

“This is an older hotel with some charm but lacking in cleanliness. The pool and hot tub plaster was corroded and unattractive. The employees were helpful and pleasant.”

• Interesting layout of the rooms. Nice hot tub/sauna area.
• Could get lost going from one area of hotel to the other.

“Overall very nice, hot tub and sauna felt great after a full day of driving.”

• Inadequate parking-had to cross street and park in lot.

“Only there one night on our way to somewhere else. It was clean and well lit and did have a restaurant.”

• The pool was nice and one staff had great ideas for dinner and a beach.
• Smelled funny and our room was above the back outside door - we kept hearing it slam shut.

“It was good enough. Nothing exceptionally great or bad.”

• Room had the smell of urine with major exposed stains on the box spring.

“Overall a very unpleasant experience, the hotel was not well kept and in no way should have been as expensive as it was.”

• The people were friendly and it was easy to find right off the interstate.
• It was filthy. There was dog hair on the carpet so it had not been vacuum and the toilet sink and shower were stained.

“I did not have the freedom to change if I was not satisfied. In the future you need to make exceptions for customers who arrive and are not satisfied.”
