• The kitchenette.
• Not too convenient to attractions and no pool.

• Cheap.
• Everything. i.e. no maid service, hard beds, not accommodating for families over 2.

“This hotel has no maid service for under seven day stay unless you pay extra. No meals served, no pool, but does have Wi-Fi if you pay extra. The location is nice but a pain to get to through Portland or from 295, so better know the area.”

• The kitchen was a great feature.
• The kitchen led to a late night fire alarm, which apparently happens all the time.

“This was a great hotel for the price. conveniently located off I-95 in a safe neighborhood with wall mart and restaurants nearby. A big problem, however, was that people would cook in the kitchens which had no ventilation, setting off the fire alarm. We had to rush outside at 11pm and stand around for 30 minutes while the fire trucks came. Someone said this happened last time I was here and a guy standing nearby laughed and said me too! Apparently it's a common problem and so I would not recommend this hotel to those who'd like an uninterrupted night's sleep.”

• Not enough staff helps. Garbage mess at entrance.

• Price.
• It did not have a pool. Housekeeping could have did a better job.

“The carpet in the lobby and halls needed cleaned in the worst way! Our room was not as clean as it could have been. Out side of building and grounds looked nice. Hotel needs a pool. Staff was excellent!”

• I liked the layout of it.
• It was very hard to find, the sign by the road was hard to spot.

“We were there such a short time that it's hard to say much. We basically, slept, showered, then were on our way. What little we saw of it seemed nice enough.”

• Manager, messed up rooms and room request.

“They were overbooked, this really put a lot of added stress on me. I worried for 2 days that they would not have the room when the other parties arrived. They also had the rooms messed up and we wouldn't have any problems, wrong.”

• The kitchen facilities, competent staff, cleanliness.
• Nothing.

“It was located 5 miles from downtown Portland, close to major highway. It was clean, quiet. The kitchen was a nice surprise. I have spent much more on rooms and gotten much less. Excellent!”

• Nothing.
• Unclean, cigarette smoke residue, unattractive, poorly furnished, stark, drab, uninviting, absence of amenities, cut rate, low end.

“Staff was uninformed, unhelpful, though not intentionally unkind, nothing at this facility would make one want to return. Poorly cleaned and furnished, stains and smoke residue made this visitor uncomfortable.”

• Looked dated and needs some renovations.

“Arrived on late flight into Portland. Front desk was closed. Only had laundry worker to check me in. Room was just ok.”
