• Clean and fresh smelling. Quiet and staff friendly. Will stay again.
• Heater was a little loud but it was bitter cold outside and the room needed heat.

“My husband and I had wonderful stay. We found it very easy to find (go right at the end of either ramp) and it's just around the bend. It was very quiet and very clean. Our room was large and comfortable. We drove to Old Orchard, very easy to find and only a few minutes. We would definitely stay there again. Coffee 24-7 and nice breakfast included. Well worth the money.”

• Staff very helpful, coffee and food available all day and night in lobby.
• Tough to find off exit to industrial park. Needs better signage.

“This hotel was in close driving distance to Old Orchard Beach. The staff was courteous and helpful. They allowed us to check in earlier then the posted time which was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was that the hotel is located in the industrial park and there are limited signs once you come off the highway ramp. It was tough to find in the day so night travelers would find it even more difficult. Better/larger sign needed at the bottom of off ramp. Otherwise, I would stay there again in the future.”

• The closeness to the beach area.
• It needs to have a bigger sign when you get off the highway.

“The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. For the time of year, it was the price was excellent.”

• Close to 95, yet quiet. Swimming pool was a plus.
• No restaurant within walking distance of hotel.

“Great for families and staff are friendly as in most Hampton Inns. Directions could have been clearer, ( like turn to right off 195).”
