• There was one very nice employee.
• The hotel was dirty, noise smelled like cigar smoke was so bad I had to check out after one night if I had not a hospital room would have been next.

“Toxic room. This was the worst hotel room I ever stayed in. It was in the basement. The fire exit was open on arrival. Hall ways full of excess cots and culture. No handicap access. Cigar smoke smell in room was so bad that I had to check out the next day or plan on being hospitalized.”

• Beds were comfortable.
• Bathroom was very small.

“The hotel is located in a pleasant surrounding - across the street from a pond, and in a fairly central location. However, you need a car to get around. It is a typical Holiday Inn, more like a 2 or 2.5 stars, definitely not 3.”

• The restaurant was very inviting and the food was great.
• We were unable to watch the pay for movie that we wanted.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was great and the kids could eat free. The pool was heated well and we had a lot of fun.”

• Redecorated rooms.
• Bathroom should be redecorated - toilet faced sideways.

“Good hotel for the money. Rooms nicely decorated, hallways and bathrooms need to be updated. Didn't get the opportunity to use the pool or restaurant on site.”

• No, I would stay there again, it was comfortable.

“The hotel staff was very nice. It was a quiet time of year overall as far as a "busy hotel.¿ rest. Staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast on the weekend morning was fair, not exceptional. I would stay again.”

• The hotel was peaceful and good location.
• You couldn't hook up a Play Station 2 to play DVDs (movies) to the TV, it would hook up but had some special block on the TV. So I had to pay the hotel to watch that.

• Nice, cheery room, good air unit that didn't smell of mold.
• The woman in the Kansas Steakhouse who was taking my room service order. She was rude, rude, rude! NEVER AGAIN.

“The property over-all was very pleasing inside and out. Room was clean (except stain on comforter and a wash cloth that was left from the previous guest in the bathroom). Room service cleared my room out during an outing. They didn't realize that I was staying two days. Front desk people were helpful. Free Computer was very, very, very slow. Yes, it was free, but.... Glad I got a great rate.”

• The hotel was very nice and family orientated. My kids 2 yrs and 5yrs enjoyed themselves at the pool and game room.
• The rooms are very typical, I expected just a little more features being in the cape.

“I would give the hotel staff an A.”

• The staff was super accommodating, definitely above expectations.
• Nothing.

“It is a wonderful accommodation with incredibly friendly staff. It is super clean and very convenient to the Martha's Vineyard Ferry and the Cape Cod beaches. Definitely a hotel with A grading.”

• We probably would have been ok with this hotel if we were not in the smoking section. The staff was very friendly.
• The hotel was full so they put us in the smoking section and we do not smoke. This was horrible for our young son with allergies.

“Hotel was in a nice location. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. I was upset that we were put in the smoking section of the hotel. My son has allergies and it was uncomfortable for him.”
