• Had a nice Jacuzzi tub, linens were very nice and very comfortable room.
• Can't think of anything.

“Conveniently located with lots of shopping and nice restaurants close by. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to family and friends and I would stay there again if I visit the area in the future.”

• Comfortable bed, nice TV, cheery staff.
• Terrible location, lobby smelled like mold, no closet in room.

“Not at all close to Downtown Portsmouth as we had hoped but the staff was wonderful and we were allowed to check in early. The lobby smelled very moldy. Our room was very basic and did not have a closet but did have a very large bathroom (very clean), a widescreen HD plasma TV with cable and the usual super comfortable king bed that Hampton Inns are known for. I am a smoker and did not notice but my companion who asked for the non smoking room was gagging from the smell of smoke in the room. We made the best of it and spent the days at the beach. It was functional for sleeping purposes but I would not recommend staying here.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• It took three trips back to the front desk to get into a suitable room.

“Average, the Jacuzzi was too small/dirty. Toe access to the hotel was a maze of side roads and construction sites with only one access to the lobby so I had to park behind the building and walk around in the rain.”

• Clean and modern.
• No problems.

“Modern, clean, friendly with good indoor pool, nice breakfast. Full bar available and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the lobby in the evening.”
