• Convenient for an overnight get away.
• The hotel room although set up nicely; was gross, mold on the shower curtain, filthy furniture and it smelled like a cat box.

“Cleanliness of the room but the recliner was suppose to be red and it was black covered in filth; but it was nothing in comparison to the mold on the shower curtain. The dirty foot print on the wall near the bed and the room smelt of a cat box it was a very disappointing experience so much for a night away from the kids.”

• The room was very spacious; kitchen facilities were great.
• We had to take a smoking room when we did not want one.

• Room quite small.

• I loved the kitchenette feature as well as the pool and fitness room.
• I did not like the hair balls near the pool and the small size of the fitness room.

“The staff was very friendly. I would love it if they would clean up the hairballs around the pool. But it was cute, in a quiet location, and very calm. It was a perfect place to get away.”

• Having a kitchen was very convenient.
• Pool area was not clean.

“This hotel offered the basics I was looking for - a bed and a kitchen in a safe area. It is not a place to hang out at - in a business park. Pool was small and pool area not clean. Hotel was somewhat rundown, and though the nonsmoking rooms was clean I had to open the windows to freshen the air. The staff was what you'd expect of a higher-end hotel, though - very professional and friendly and efficient.”

“I was very pleased. I felt safe and the room and hotel public areas were clean. Hotel was easy to access from the highway. Front desk person at check in and out was very helpful and friendly.”

“This hotel is located in an industrial park which is a few miles off the main road. The staff and amenities are wonderful. Has a pool. Serves breakfast free of charge during the week. Always a treat.”

“Worst hotel I have stayed in in years. The whole hotel was permeated with a smoke smell so bad we got headaches, and our clothes stunk until we washed them at home. We had 2 adults and a baby, were given a room with only 2 pillows, and when we asked for an extra, were told there were none. The furniture was greasy, the carpeting nasty.”

• Allowed dogs & the hallways smelled like cigarettes.

“They were helpful when we found out that we can't get rooms with double beds and we showed up with 2 teens. They moved us to a room with a pullout sofa at no additional charge!”

• It had a full in-room kitchen.
• The hotel was very secluded. The hallway smelled of smoke, the rooms were outdated with dirty furniture.

“The hotel was OK for a one night stay though I would not recommend it for long-stay. It was tough to find and very secluded. The common area was fine, but the rooms needed updating and a change of furniture. The hallways also smelled of cigarette smoke.”

“The hotel itself is nice however, nobody informs you that you will not receive maid service. Maid service needs to be requested and I had wished the hotel desk person had advised. Very disappointing to come back to your room and there are no clean towels.”

“The location was off the beaten path. Additionally, there were NO personal amenities other than hand soap (no shampoo, tissues, lotion, etc.) For a suite w/ coffee maker - powdered creme, sugar, etc. should have been provided.”

“Hotel has 97 suites, each one meets or exceeds the needs of the business traveler. the morning free breakfast was tasteful. the hotel is clean and welcoming. the indoor pool and exercise room helps travelers reduce stress of the business day.”

• Nobody manned front desk 70% of time, was issued a disgustingly dirty room.

“The employees were helpful but difficult to get a hold of. We were given a room initially that looked to be occupied, dirty dishes, unmade bed, trash everywhere. We switched to another room which had dirty towels stuffed in cabinets but was at least a good deal cleaner, and were told to stop by the front desk to get keys for the new room. The employees had a phone at the front desk and we had to call an operator at some remote location in order to get an attendant to help us at the hotel and give us keys, and it took the receptionist about 20 minutes to get to the desk. On top of that, we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and were told that they only had maids twice a week and as we only stayed 3 days we were not entitled to maid service. ”

• Empty waterbottles and used earplugs under the bed.

“The Lobby is spacious. Lighting in the parking lot not great. Friendly front desk staff. Rooms are adequate, but threadbare. Recliner in room looked soiled. Empty waterbottles, and used earplugs under the bed. Cheap soap. No shampoo. Kitchenette w/toaster a plus. Counters were not clean. Does have dishwasher/micro. Long, narrow hallways. I didn't feel totally safe there travelling as a woman alone.”

• Kitchen and workspace in the room.
• Major road construction and blasting 30 yards away from room.

“Directions on their site failed to mention that the road to take was closed due to construction OF THE ROAD. Room was not very clean, needed vacuuming. The coffee pot was left with water in the reservoir. There was no shampoo, only one packet of coffee. Staff were nice and helpful. Would not stay there again, at least until the nearby construction is done.”

“Located in an industrial park in Peabody, very close to 128. Great location if you are working with one of the companies in the industrial park. Long term stay hotel seems to have long term residents, as you would expect. The entire hotel smelled like cigarrettes. Pool, gym, and continental breakfast are absolutely the bare minimums. ”

“Due to the fact that it was a suite style hotel, we did not have maid service. We stayed from Wednesday night to Sunday night, and no one came to change sheets or towels or pick up the garbage. Maybe we had to request it, and we did not do that...so next time we will know what to do. Otherwise the hotel was very nice.”
