  • Fabulous restaurant Margaritas.
  • Paper thin walls, neighbors TV kept us up all night.

“The TV in the neighboring room sounded like it was on my bed, and they left it on all night, paper thin walls. I could hear conversations of the neighbors perfectly. Clean, but linens were old, outdated, the lobby/halls smelled dank and old. New flat screen TVs. Very small pool looked green and dirty, so we opted out. For, I thought it was overpriced. I would expect to pay $55 for a hotel of this quality. Handy shuttle to airport.”

  • Clean room, excellent staff, convienent shuttle to airport and subway.
  • The pool was in a very visible location. I felt like I was in a fishbowl.

“This hotel provided everything I needed for a nice stay for my first time in Boston. Near the airport with pickup, I felt safe traveling with a child. The staff was courteous and friendly. They called the room to ask if everything was OK. It was clean and very comfortable. I also picked the hotel because of the breakfast offered. It wasn't gourmet, but convienent to be able to have a bite and be on our way. The shuttle took us to the subway station and we were able to find our way around Boston easily. All in all we have a great vacation!”

  • Safe, Excellent Mexican restaurant, nice proximity.
  • Counter people were not that friendly.

“The hotels location was good, it was not to far away from the things we wanted to do. We were able to take the van to the airport, which was only 5-10 minutes away, and catch the T to make it to our other destinations.”

  • The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was great.
  • The shuttle service from the airport took much longer than quoted.

“I was very comfortable there. Plenty of space in the rooms, I love the fact that they are trying to be Eco-Friendly and the convenience of good breakfast (free), easy access car rental and close to the airport were all very important to me, Plus is was clean.”

  • Very easy access to the Airport, with 24hour. free shuttle service. Very friendly staff and excellent food and easy access to all amenities. Highly recommend.
  • Can't think of one thing. Will stay here again and again when in the area.

“Very relaxing, extremely accommodating. The Margaritas restaurant was a great place to have a few beers while the spouse swam in the pool and after I checked my arriving flight and whether conditions from the free internet access just off the lobby, we had a great meal and the staff was happy to take me to the airport at 1:30 am to retrieve a family member and was there to pick us up in 10 minutes with a quick phone call. Everyone there was extremely polite and helpful. I plan on staying there again soon.”

  • Location to airport.
  • The trash compactor outside made the entire grounds smell like garbage that has been there for months on end. Hotel is not pet friendly.

“Good if your just looking to put your head down before getting on a plane. That's it. Don't spend too much time outside or you will be overtaken by the smell of garbage.”

  • Stickler for 3 pm check in. Should be some fllex w/o additional cost.

  • A bit hard to find walking to from the T (initially).

“Walk to the hotel is about 10-12 minutes. On the phone, the desk folks were not particularly helpful in finding it originally. Once there, no problem using their map to get to the subway. Nice, new look and shuttle to airport was very good and on time each 1/2 hour.”

  • The restaurant was nice & the food was reasonably priced.
  • As a "green" building we were not very impressed.

“The toilet needed to be un-plugged twice due to insufficient water pressure, the hot water pressure was low. The indoor pool was cold. This hotel was not up to my expectations & we will probably advise others not to stay here.”

  • The staff was very nice and the room was comfortable.
  • The bathroom in our room had many hairs on the floor in the corner and on the sink.

“We were only there for a short time since we had to leave a 3am to catch our flight but it was very nice and comfortable. They were nice enough to remind us of the time change that was to happen that night which was very helpful in helping us catch our plane.”

  • Shopping is not within walking distance.

“Recommend this hotel because of lowest cost in airport area and free shuttle. Rooms were modern, clean, and pleasant. Have stayed at lower cost hotels in area, but taxi fare caused them to be not such a good deal. Free breakfast is also a plus. Good restaurant located in the Hotel. Other restaurants or shopping was not within walking distance. Hotel has small indoor pool.”

  • It was under renovations, blankets had holes in them, not as clean as we would have liked. Climate control was off no matter what we did.

“Hotel staff was friendly and attentive, however the room area was lacking. They were under renovations and we were placed in a hall where there was half a carpet and the smells of the carpeting material lingered. Was disappointed in my stay there. The TV kept flickering in and out, if people want a view the only view they would get is of a bunch of cars on a city street. Although the hotel staff was very friendly I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The best thing about the place was the continental breakfast.”

“This is the worst run hotel on the planet. Do not stay there- ever. The manager, gets my vote for " most likely to lose business" representative in a hospitality setting. Being close to the airport was not worth the nightmare of the Comfort Inn and Suites.”

  • Lights did not work along with volume on television.

“You get a lot more than what you pay for. The only real problem we had was the volume on the TV didn't go past whisper level, and that was it. Its right next to the airport and a little tricky to get to, but its overall pretty nice.”

  • Our reservation for our second night was cancelled by somebody, causing a long delay in registering, which we did not appreciate.

“The hotel itself is fine: convenient to airport, clean, excellent desk personnel, nice continental breakfast. But on the negative side, there is only one restaurant onsite, and it serves nothing but Mexican food. There appeared to be no other easy alternatives. Also, as mentioned above, our second night's reservation had been cancelled. This caused about a 15 minute check in process, which was inconvenient since we had just arrived from Germany through London.”

  • This hotel for the price was way below standards.

“Within a short shuttle ride to Logan Airport this hotel was more like a one or 2 star not the 3 stars it was advertised to be. The room smelled and the bathroom was not clean. The staff obviously don't like working there. Although the restaurant was adequate, the service was not great. For the price, this was not a good value. I could have paid much less for the same quality with access to Logan Airport.”

  • Margaritas restaurant inside.
  • Bad neighborhood, dirty and scary at night.

“It should've had a shuttle to the subway. We were misled to think by their accord the subway was a seven minute walk right around the corner. It was actually a 20 minute walk through abandoned parking lots and nearly unlit the entire way. It was very scary to walk at 7 pm to the subway with my daughter. Not much better in the daytime either. Could have been mugged anywhere along the walk with no one around to help.”
