“The construction in the main lobby was an inconvenience. The noise level was loud and going on throughout the whole night! I had a room on the second floor so I could hear it very well. Requested wake-up call for 4:30am - did not happen!”

  • The hotel did not charge for third person even though it was supposed to be for 2.
  • Hard to find if you are driving.

“The room with 2 queen beds was quite adequate but it could not fit another roll away bed, as there were 3 of us. However, hotel was quite good in not charging for the 3rd person. Breakfast was complimentary and was quite substantial to start the day. Complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day at the lobby was a nice touch. Daily scheduled free shuttle to the train station and airport was also very convenient. For the price I paid through Priceline, I certainly enjoyed our stay and it was great value for money.”

  • The mattresses were awesome. Very good beds.
  • No restaurant. Only a lounge with limited food items.

  • The hotel is close to the airport and train/bus access. I also like a restaurant attached.

  • Website said they were pet friendly, they said their policy had changed and we couldn't stay with small dog, did make exception.

“We arrived on Christmas day so the whole place was a glow of beautiful Christmas decorations! Everyone on staff was very warm and inviting. The king bed was as comfy as my own bed at home! We had dinner and drinks in the lounge our second night and it was fabulous! I only wish they had offered a few more seafood selections. The two we had were great! Any time we are in Boston this is where we will stay! Thanks to all at the Hampton Inn we enjoyed our Christmas with you all!”

  • Convenient, good shuttle service and accessibility to transit, good breakfast.

“The shuttle service to the airport or nearest transit stop was very convenient. All we had to do was call when we wanted to come home, and it would come to pick us up. We never had to wait long. It's easy to stay here and spend time in downtown Boston. Staff was generally friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. The breakfast spread is nice and saved us some money. Overall a very good value and worth the money for the convenience alone.”

  • Location, wanted place close to airport upon arrival, easy to get around Boston area with rented car.
  • You wouldn't want to get stranded if you're driving in Revere.

“Comfortable setting, very helpful staff for directions around city. We were disappointed that the pool was not available. Hot tub only (doing an extended cleaning or something, could have used a relaxing swim after a long flight). A little pricey, but decent location overall. Very nice bar (two doors down), Good variety for continental breakfast.”

  • The beds were super comfortable, quiet and the shuttle to the airport was prompt with a very upbeat, friendly driver.
  • I did not care for the pizza served at the bar.

“I chose this hotel because of the great reviews it received. I was not disappointed. The beds were comfortable; the room was clean and in great condition. It worked well for picking someone up from Logan late in the evening. We were able to get good nights sleep, have breakfast and be on our way.”

  • Transportation to airport convenient and to nearby car rental.
  • It did not have a full restaurant- just bar/pub menu.

“Excellent location in relation to Thrifty car rental. Close enough to walk to and from Thrifty. Van pickup runs almost continuously and they were very willing to drop one off at Thrifty, the Metro, and a nearby Italian restaurant for dinner.”

  • Loved the comfort of the bed linens, comforter and pillows.
  • A little further out than I was originally led to think it was.

“My husband and I were both pleasantly surprised about the comfort of the room. Being that it was our last night we needed to get a good night's rest to catch our flight the next morning. The shuttle service attendants were equally pleasant.”

  • The breakfast. It was exceptional and complimentary.
  • It was in a dreary looking area.

“I was overall pleased. The staff was accommodating and I was able to check in prior to my check in time which helped me to relax after my airplane ride. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary shuttle service from the airport and to the train station was prompt and a great help. As I have stated, the breakfast was great!”

  • The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, never made me feel as if I was interrupting them. They were awesome and very helpful.
  • Its location was hardly picturesque.

“Even with the location, it was very easy to get into the city using the subway. The shuttle took us to the station 5 min. away, and was there quickly when we called to tell them we were coming back to that station. They knew the places we might want to see, and marked the map very clearly how to easily get there. The rooms were very clean, spacious and quiet, the beds comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful and varied. I highly recommend it.”

  • The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.
  • The hot tub was not in service and the bartender was very rude!

“Our requirement of a hotel was a hot tub because we wanted to be able to relax in the evenings and socialize. It was not working from Friday morning and still wasn't working Monday. The maintenance man was very rude and said it's a washer and he didn't have the part. He said it was the weekend so he had to wait. At this price, I'd expect that working over a weekend. I understand things happen but to not work for a week?????? Also, the bartender was VERY rude so trying to find relaxation and a place to socialize in the evening was impossible to do.”

  • They packed my girlfriend a bag lunch for her to enjoy on race day for the Boston Marathon when she finished. They went above expectations for this!
  • It is not in a location where you can walk to restaurants or stores such as Walgreens.

“It was a good hotel! The staff was willing to put an air purifier in the room since they only had smoking rooms left as we booked it last minute for a busy marathon weekend in Boston. The hot breakfast was excellent and included many options. We appreciated the cleanliness of the place and extremely comfortable beds.”

  • The hotel was clean an airy and the staff were friendly and courteous. The manager responded promptly to our call to come up to the room.
  • The flat sheet on the bed fecal smear, however the manager offered to change rooms or get the sheets changed immediately.

“It is a convenient enouth hotel for short stays in the Boston area. The breakfast buffet is good from 6 10am. The staff is very friendly and helpul.”

  • Complementary computer access, wonderful continental breakfast.
  • Water pressure low. To travel by car to Boston common, you had to pay toll at turnpike. This became expensive and added to the cost of my stay since.

“Overall the hotel had a nice atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and informative. I appreciated the free internet hookup. The breakfast was nothing but continental. They had served a full breakfast from sausage eggs, waffles, pastries, cereal and more. I enjoyed the stay. My only complaint is that I would have preferred staying in the city due to the toll cost traveling into Boston common area.”

  • Anemic coffee pack for the in-room coffee maker.

“The shuttle arrived within 15 minutes of my call. The hotel itself is far enough away from the airport to be quiet, but it's only a short trip. The decor is attractive and comfortable, both in the public areas and my room, but not elaborate - just the thing after many hours in the air. The bathroom was well laid out, roomy and had plenty of nice fluffy towels. The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were sort of shapeless - but looks aren't everything. They cushioned my weary head just fine. The morning wake-up call was right on time. There was a great-smelling hot breakfast waiting downstairs. Unfortunately, I'd dawdled in the shower and didn't have enough time to try it. The desk clerk checked me out and handed me breakfast in a bag, which was a thoughtful touch. The shuttle driver who took us back to the airport regaled us with his good-humored stories and excellent singing voice. Lots of fun. All in all, a very enjoyable stay, brief as it was.”

  • The hotel had a shuttle that would take you to the T station, or your choice of two restaurants. We went to Uncle Pete's which was excellent!
  • Nothing.

“This hotel was very close to the Boston Logan airport (we were flying home the next day). We were able to return our car the night before...the hotel shuttle picked us up at the car rental and took us to the hotel (we thought that we would have to go to the airport in order to catch the shuttle, but they came right to the car rental spot to pick us up). We also had the option to have the shuttle take us to the T (if we wanted to go into Boston), or to one of two restaurants for dinner. One of their restaurants that they shuttled, was Uncle Pete's. It was an excellent BBQ place. We both loved the food. Once our meal was done, we just told our waiter, and within 5 minuets, our shuttle was there to take us back to the hotel. What a service!”

“We prepaid for 3 nights and checked in as agreed.However, we did not use the rooms for the first 2 nights and the morning of the 2nd day I found that the hotel had rented the room to someone else,when housekeeping apparently found that the room had not been used the first night. After I confronted the hotel staff they were fortunately able to secure another room for us for the 3rd night.I will also contact Hampton Inn's main corporate offices to ask for an explanation.”

“Overall, we are very happy with the hotel we stayed at. Their service was as we had expeced including free parking, free shuttle service to/from the airport and pick-up service from the closest subway station, free breakfast and free high-speed internet connection. The only thing was that they gave us a bill that showed about $50 charge, but when we asked about it, they said it was a mistake. All the staff was friendly and helpful.”
