- The king size bed was very comfortable.

- Beds were very comfortable. Also, hotel lobby was beautiful.
- Hotel is understaffed. There was a huge line at check-in and restaurants did not have enough waiters.
“Hilton Logan is an excellent hotel. However, the hotel seems understaffed with check-in and check-out. Only one clerk was working the huge desk, which caused a huge line at 6 PM on a Saturday night for check-in. Restaurant also had service issues. Again, not enough wait staff. We waited over 15 minutes to receive a menu, and over 30 minutes to place an order. Menu options were sparse; however, the quality was very good. Beware if bringing your car the cost is $32 per day to park. There are also tolls for all tunnels to/from airport.”

“It was our honeymoon night and chose the Hilton since we had an early flight the next morning. We were awoken by a group of loud guests partying. The noise continued and we called the front desk. Security had great difficulty dealing with the guests.
The hotel didn't do anything to accommodate our night of no sleep.”

- The valet person was very helpful.
- I had to pay $38 to park my vehicle.
“The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The check in process was fast and the staff were all very friendly. The downfall to it is the additional costs. I saved money with Priceline but then had to pay $38 to park my vehicle at the hotel and $14.99 to access the internet.”

- The room and public areas are well appointed and attractive.
“The hotel is very close to Logan International airport. There is a skywalk that runs directly from the hotel to the airport. This hotel also runs a shuttle every 15 minutes that stops at the hotel and the subway (The T)depot. The rooms are nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable. There is no refrigerator and no microwave in the room. I would not recommend dining in the main restaurant.”

- Close to the airport. Shuttle to airport.
- The price of parking. The charge for internet. Most hotels now have free Wi-Fi even in Europe.
“The hotel is nice, however, I would not stay at this hotel again. The price for parking is too expensive and the charge for the internet is outrageous. The other hotel we stayed at had free Wi-Fi. The charge for the room is high enough without all the extra fees for parking and internet.”

- It was perfect for our early morning departure out of Terminal A at Logan.
“As far as convenience and location, this hotel more than met our expectations. We were scheduled to depart on an 8:00 A.M. flight from BOS to SEA, and we were able to simply walk to the terminal after a peaceful and quiet night's sleep on the Executive level of the hotel. The lounge was an added plus, where we enjoyed a continental breakfast before walking to the flight.”

- The room and bed were very comfortable. There was a shuttle bus leaving the hotel every 15 min to subway, airport, water taxi.
“We enjoyed this hotel immensely. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was clean and had good food at a fair price. I was concerned about the location being at the Boston airport as it was the old section of Boston we were touring but the shuttle service the hotel provided to the subway system made getting to the city easy. We would stay here again.”

- Majority of the staff was not friendly, and seemed to be going through the motions, were not helpful regarding room shuttle times etc.

- Hotel was beautiful, service great, stayed on executive floor.
“The hotel is very upscale, prompt 24hr shuttle to airport. Getting the room for 4 people was no problem. We were put up on the executive floor. The front desk staff were both friendly and helpful. - Shuttle service and a night light in the bathroom.
- Only one pub to eat in at night.
“The hotel was wonderful and the staff was very polite and helpful. We appreciated the shuttle service that took us to the airport where we could get on the subway. We did not have to rent a car and that was great. The only place to eat of an evening was a pub at the hotel. We would have preferred to eat at a restaurant or snack bar.

- Beautifully decorated. Convenient shuttle to subway and airport.
- There was nothing I disliked.
“Connected to Logan airport, but it's a 15 minute walk from the luggage pick up area. Recommend the shuttle. Also recommend use of the shuttle to get to the subway. Rooms very clean, well decorated. Excellent guest services book in room. Quick room service. Full length mirror in room! Wonderful exercise facility, pool and whirlpool. We would stay here again.”

“Although the rooms are attractive, the amenities are seriously lacking. We had our own DVD player, but they set the TV so you can't hook up any device. They just want you to pay $15 to watch one of their movies. If you're just looking for a comfortable bed and nice TV for the night, then it's ok, but if you're staying for more than one day, have leftover, etc. There is no fridge or microwave. This hotel was extremely inconvenient for us. It's quite possibly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The staff also wasn't very friendly.”

- The view of the water and airport were awesome. The bed/linens were super comfy.
- The woman who checked us out was snotty and rude.
“Nice exercise/swimming facilities. Beautiful lobby and exterior. Rooms were roomy and comfortable. I liked having a refrigerator in the room. HD TV was a super plus! Parking is extremely pricey. Can you come down on that? Food at breakfast buffet was mediocre. Proximity to airport was unbeatable. Availability of local transportation was excellent!”
