- Nice staff and very helpful.
- Room is not clean, including the carpet and refrigerator. Hot tub water is not clean as well.
“I wouldn't say Hilton airport is worthy four star rating. The location is good since the hotel provides shuttle to the airport Metro Station. It is convenient for guests to access Downtown Boston. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful; however I experienced that one of shuttle drivers wouldn't take us to the metro station and told us the metro was closed that day (actually the metro was in operation.) The worst part of the hotel is cleanliness. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed, the table wasn't dusted and the refrigerator hasn't been cleaned for long time. You can see dark stains and dust inside. There were spots in the shower tub as well. The water in the hot tub was not clean and the temperature was not warm enough.”

- High quality room - good size bathroom and great bed.
- Trapped at the airport!
“This hotel is definitely a good Hilton hotel - no risks here. The rooms are above average - with large bathrooms, good use of space, and great beds. The hotel amenities are good. Service staff is great! The hotel is trapped at the airport. There is no food or shopping nearby. You must take the T (subway) to Boston (for which the hotel provides a shuttle) or catch a cab. Not terrible though, as some reviews might indicate.”

- King sized bed, non-smoking, convenient location, convenient shuttle service.
- At distant end of corridor.
“Clean, modern, upscale. Located at Logan Airport, with catwalk to terminal "A". Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Also they have a convenient shuttle service that will drop you off or pick you up at the airport subway stop, which is 2 stops from the financial district or Faneuil Hall / Quincy Market district. Boston is a great city. You can stay AT Logan airport, and the city is still immediately accessible. The Airport Hilton is the best place to stay.”

- Room was somewhat small.

“This hotel is perfect for travelers. There is nothing to do in the hotel except for the restaurant and a very small pool. Nowhere to get a cup of coffee in the afternoons. Great for access to the airport. Parking is VERY expensive.”

- The very pleasant & accommodating staff.
- The airport van took a long time coming, not his fault, huge convention or something. He got stuck in the front circle with all the cars.

- Nice comfortable room and good location.
- Wireless internet service was out the entire time I was there. Hotel was under-staffed.
“This hotel, aesthetically, is what you would expect from the chain of 4-star hotels. However, the service was not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The hotel was obviously understaffed. Prime example was the fact that anytime you had to call the front desk or guest services it would take up to 10 minutes to get through to someone. Also, the wireless internet service was out the entire time I was there. I got several conflicting stories about why it was out and when it would be back up. Finally later in the evening I was told it would not be back at all but that I could go to a cold conference room where they had wires set up. I used it, but was not happy about being unable to access the internet from my room. The staff seemed to act like it was a regular thing and not something I should be upset about. As a final customer service failing, the van to go to the airport took 30 minutes to show up, did not have room for everyone waiting, and then went to the car rental terminals first making me late for check-in. Why the staff did not see that there were too many for their van and let the customers waiting know I am not sure.”

- Beautiful lobby, nice restaurants, shuttle service, friendly, helpful staff.

“This hotel is always our #1 choice when we stay at one of the Logan Airport hotels. We have stayed there several times and never been disappointed. The food is very good at the two restaurants, although somewhat expensive. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the appearance of the hotel is always clean and attractive.”

- The location to the airport and our bell hop at check in (John - I think) sand to my children and was very pleasant!
- The bell hop in the am did not smile and was not very pleasant. The waiter in pub seemed stressed and not happy to be there.
“The appearance of the hotel was beautiful! Our belle hop upon check in was wonderful! He was a white haired gentleman who sang and was very accommodating. It was my four year old daughters birthday and he made her feel very special by singing to her "Happy Birthday." No other staff members seemed to care. While watching other members of the staff interact with us as well as other guests during check in and at the restaurant, they seemed to be inconvenienced. I witnessed a couple sit down at a booth which had only been partially cleared. I saw the waitress sigh, go over to the table, clear the glasses and tip and heard her say, "I'll be right back." No "hello" or "welcome." The couple got up, obviously discouraged and moved to the bar area. When the waitress got back she was quitted miffed.”

“I've stayed at the Hilton Logan several times and have always had a superb experience. While it's an obvious choice for an overnight traveler needing access to Logan; I've also stayed here for extended stays. The shuttle service and short ride on the T make it a good choice for sightseers looking for a great hotel at a more reasonable price than downtown or Copley Hotels.”

- It was sophisticated.
- Double beds are two small. For that level of a hotel they should have queen size in the double rooms. I slept horrible.
“Nice hotel. Very nice looking place. Liked the cafe thing in the lobby. Valet guy was rude and impatient. Group of five people were smoking pot in the front, smelled bad coming into the hotel. Room was very nice. Great TV and everything felt clean and new. Beds were two small though I slept horrible. I always sleep better in a Hampton than I do a Hilton for some reason.”

- Outstanding value, superior service, superb location.
- Parking is expensive.
“Surprisingly friendly, cheerful service for a big city airport hotel. The hotel is across the harbor from downtown; the city view rooms have incredible views. The lobby is an attractive, grand scale design, the rooms, elevators and pool are all first rates and well maintained. This is a far better value than the nearby Hyatt. The Hiltons own parking is costly, but an alternative is to use the airport garage be sure to park near the elevated walkway leading to the hotel.”

- Room was the smallest and furthest away from elevator.
“The hotel itself is quite nice. The room and bathroom were small and they place you right next to the runway of the airport that you can hear planes landing and taking off. The hotel was not at full capacity but they still gave us this type of room. Not sure if this standard protocol for this hotel but we have stayed here before and know there are better rooms then what we stayed in.”

- Location to airport terminal.
- The staff is not clear on how things are done. They interrupted what was supposed to be a romantic evening on many occasions.

- The bedding and pillows are some of the softest I experienced.
- The parking is expensive.
“This hotel is excellent for the price I paid. Downside is that parking is expensive and uncovered. But the room was really lovely clean, modern, with a good view (9th floor Boston view).”

- Best bed I ever slept in. Very comfortable room.

“This hotel is fantastic. The room was very new, modern and comfortable. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The TV was a nice 32" lcd. The room decor was attractive and highly functional. It was also very quiet which was amazing since it is right at the airport.”

- Health club was awesome, rooms were nice. Lobby was very nice.
- Room could have used a safe, otherwise excellent.
