  • Shuttle service to/from airport and the T.
  • The sky bridge to the airport is more or less a gimmick. Take the shuttle.

“We had an excellent time here. I thought it would be a pain coming back every night from Boston via the T but both the T and the hotel shuttle come frequently and are very fast. I wouldn't have any problems staying here again.”

“It is convenient to the traveler by airplane, yet also convenient connection to Downtown Boston. The hotel restaurants and shops are pricy, but you could access to the airport terminal by bridge.”

  • Thought breakfast was included but was $23!

“Breakfast was a typical type of meal which most hotels/motels now days include in the stay. The food was nothing to rave about and my wife had only yogurt, while I had eggs and potato. It was not a $23 meal. Sound carried on the floor till after 1:00 am which was irritating. But it was close to the freeway access which was a positive.”

  • The parking is too expensive!

  • Coffee stand was not open all day. $15 charge daily for internet access.

“I traveled with my wife who attended a conference at the hotel, and two children ages 4 and 5. The rooms and staff were exceptional. When my wife was working the kids and I took a free shuttle to the subway (3 min. away) and when we were ready to return the shuttle was at the subway station to pick us up. A very pleasant stay.”

  • The lobby was very nice and attractive.

“I had called just after I booked our room to secure a room with 2 double beds. They said no problem. When we checked in they said they had no double beds and would instead send up a cot. The thing was tiny and laughable when they rolled it in. Not nearly large enough for two people. It also took 20 minutes to check in as the woman at the counter couldn't access the system and the manager was no where to be found. When the manager showed up 10 minutes later, another guest in line complained about waiting so long when he had an early fight, to which the manager was simply dismissive. I also called ahead to make sure there was hotel parking, so drove instead of taking a taxi. Too bad, they didn't mention there was only a pay lot which was not cheap! The facilities were quite nice, but not worth for accommodations or service. I wish I had simply driven home from the conference rather than bother staying there.”

“The hotel itself was fine, nothing amazing. Nice looking flat screen TV but it didn't work very well, half the channels didn't come in. Restaurant was too expensive. Shuttle service was very convenient but it took a while to get downtown. Staff was very nice.”

“This physical building of the hotel itself is impressive. Excellent views of the Boston skyline if in a room facing west. Rooms are clean and modern, and bathrooms are of especially high quality, with new and excellent bathroom amenities. Hotel staff was not as receptive and helpful as always wanted. The biggest drawback of this hotel, especially for leisure travelers wishing to see Boston, is the sheer impracticality of getting into and out of the city everyday. The hotel itself is on the same island as the airport, and thus geographically separated from the interesting parts of Boston. The raw distance itself is nominal (probably no more than 3 to 5 miles), but it can take a while. A standard hotel shuttle can take you to the subway, airport, car-rental center, etc., but getting into the city proper takes an additional 15-30 minutes very inconvenient for eager urban explorers.”

  • Room is not clean, including the carpet and refrigerator. Hot tub water is not clean as well.

“I wouldn't say Hilton airport is worthy four star rating. The location is good since the hotel provides shuttle to the airport Metro Station. It is convenient for guests to access Downtown Boston. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful; however I experienced that one of shuttle drivers wouldn't take us to the metro station and told us the metro was closed that day (actually the metro was in operation.) The worst part of the hotel is cleanliness. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed, the table wasn't dusted and the refrigerator hasn't been cleaned for long time. You can see dark stains and dust inside. There were spots in the shower tub as well. The water in the hot tub was not clean and the temperature was not warm enough.”

  • Trapped at the airport!

“This hotel is definitely a good Hilton hotel - no risks here. The rooms are above average - with large bathrooms, good use of space, and great beds. The hotel amenities are good. Service staff is great! The hotel is trapped at the airport. There is no food or shopping nearby. You must take the T (subway) to Boston (for which the hotel provides a shuttle) or catch a cab. Not terrible though, as some reviews might indicate.”

  • At distant end of corridor.

“Clean, modern, upscale. Located at Logan Airport, with catwalk to terminal "A". Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Also they have a convenient shuttle service that will drop you off or pick you up at the airport subway stop, which is 2 stops from the financial district or Faneuil Hall / Quincy Market district. Boston is a great city. You can stay AT Logan airport, and the city is still immediately accessible. The Airport Hilton is the best place to stay.”

  • Wireless internet service was out the entire time I was there. Hotel was under-staffed.

“This hotel, aesthetically, is what you would expect from the chain of 4-star hotels. However, the service was not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The hotel was obviously understaffed. Prime example was the fact that anytime you had to call the front desk or guest services it would take up to 10 minutes to get through to someone. Also, the wireless internet service was out the entire time I was there. I got several conflicting stories about why it was out and when it would be back up. Finally later in the evening I was told it would not be back at all but that I could go to a cold conference room where they had wires set up. I used it, but was not happy about being unable to access the internet from my room. The staff seemed to act like it was a regular thing and not something I should be upset about. As a final customer service failing, the van to go to the airport took 30 minutes to show up, did not have room for everyone waiting, and then went to the car rental terminals first making me late for check-in. Why the staff did not see that there were too many for their van and let the customers waiting know I am not sure.”

  • Due to convenient airport location, it was difficult to access to Boston.

“This hotel is always our #1 choice when we stay at one of the Logan Airport hotels. We have stayed there several times and never been disappointed. The food is very good at the two restaurants, although somewhat expensive. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the appearance of the hotel is always clean and attractive.”

  • The location to the airport and our bell hop at check in (John - I think) sand to my children and was very pleasant!
  • The bell hop in the am did not smile and was not very pleasant. The waiter in pub seemed stressed and not happy to be there.

“The appearance of the hotel was beautiful! Our belle hop upon check in was wonderful! He was a white haired gentleman who sang and was very accommodating. It was my four year old daughters birthday and he made her feel very special by singing to her "Happy Birthday." No other staff members seemed to care. While watching other members of the staff interact with us as well as other guests during check in and at the restaurant, they seemed to be inconvenienced. I witnessed a couple sit down at a booth which had only been partially cleared. I saw the waitress sigh, go over to the table, clear the glasses and tip and heard her say, "I'll be right back." No "hello" or "welcome." The couple got up, obviously discouraged and moved to the bar area. When the waitress got back she was quitted miffed.”
