- The view of Boston Harbor and the skyline.
- Down pillows were standard. Not good for those allergic to feathers.
“The executive floor was very nice. Breakfast included was excellent. Try to get the even numbered rooms for the best view. Stunning view from the executive lounge which has a number of free for use computers with printers. Overall, stay was very satisfying.”

- The beds were comfortable.
- No microwave, refrigerator, or free wireless.
“Although the rooms are attractive, the amenities are seriously lacking. We had our own DVD player, but they set the TV so you can't hook up any device. They just want you to pay $15 to watch one of their movies. If you're just looking for a comfortable bed and nice TV for the night, then it's ok, but if you're staying for more than one day, have leftover, etc. There is no fridge or microwave. This hotel was extremely inconvenient for us. It's quite possibly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The staff also wasn't very friendly.”

- The view of the water and airport were awesome. The bed/linens were super comfy.
- The woman who checked us out was snotty and rude.
“Nice exercise/swimming facilities. Beautiful lobby and exterior. Rooms were roomy and comfortable. I liked having a refrigerator in the room. HD TV was a super plus! Parking is extremely pricey. Can you come down on that? Food at breakfast buffet was mediocre. Proximity to airport was unbeatable. Availability of local transportation was excellent!”

- It was in walking distance from the airport, and the shuttle ran regularly to the T stop.
- It's not in walking distance to anything other than the airport.
“We really enjoyed this hotel. We didn't hear airplane noise despite the proximity to the airport. Room service was way overpriced, as was the coffee bar in the lobby. But the room was nice, and the shuttle ran regularly to the T stop. We walked from the airport, that was nice.”

- It was convenient to the airport.

“The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient. The staff was very friendly and the hotel upgraded our room upon check-in. The food was very good. We were surprised that the hotel was so quiet being that it is located on the airport property. You will want to use public transportation services as the taxi service was a bit pricey.”

- We enjoyed having free internet services. Also, the quality was absolutely excellent for such an unbelievably price!
- No microwaves and/or refrigerators in the hotel room.
“My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Hotel, which was close and convenient to Boston Logan Airport (including free, around-the-clock shuttle service to the airport every 15 minutes). The quality of the hotel overall and the room were top notch! The bed was extremely comfortable (with high thread count sheets and comforter) and we were highly impressed with the amenities included; we truly wish we could have stayed longer!”

- No mini-refrigerator in the room.
“It was overall great. We were treated very well, the room was beautiful, big, and comfortable. It was conveniently located, and the shuttle was such a bonus. Internet, computers, and printing were available for free. We had a great stay there.”

- Beautiful hotel, met my expectations of Hilton-family accommodations.
- The shuttle to the Subway stopped at all the airport terminal stops first.
“Beautiful hotel, extremely professional staff and the aesthetics were everything I expected from a Hilton hotel. The only negative aspect of my stay was the distance from the Subway line, which would have been fine with the free, regular shuttle service if it wasn't for the shuttle stopping at every airport terminal stop along the way.”

- The room was very well appointed and clean, very comfortable and great location for Boston Logan.
- Fine dining facilities were not open, charge to print boarding passes, Starbucks coffee machine was not working in the morning.
“Great for travelers wishing to stay in close locale to the airport. Ground transportation was convenient. Would have liked to have a nicer dining option for dinner as you are pretty well stuck away from restaurants. The coffee machine at Starbucks was broken in the morning. Nice room & general accommodations, but did not appreciate having to pay to print boarding passes.”

- A convenient shuttle service to the airport.
- The location was far from the city. There was really nothing to do around the hotel.
“The hotel offers a shuttle service to the mail Subway terminal, but this shuttle service also goes to the airport. I had to wait for other people to be dropped off people at different airline terminals until my stop at the Subway station.”

- Though the location is not in downtown Boston, it is quite convenient as they have shuttles to airport, Subway stations, and water taxi.
- Rooms are a little bit smaller than expected.

“This hotel has a perfect location next to the Boston airport, and is accessible via both sky bridges or a shuttle service. Our room was excellent. This is an airport hotel, so maybe not the easiest access to the city, but here's a neat thing- you can ask the shuttle to drop you off at the dock and then take a boat or water taxi over to downtown for $10-15. We did this and it was a great way to come into the city!”

- The rooms were newly remodeled and nicely decorated.
- Location is great if you are flying in or out but I wouldn't stay at that location again unless I were traveling.

- Location was great, easy access to Boston and highways.
- Left garbage in hallways all night. Extra fees for everything.
“Overall the hotel is really nice. It is convenient - with easy access to highways/T and airport. However, there are extra fees for parking which run you about $36+ per day. Also, the cleaning staff left something to be desired - there was garbage in the hallways all night while we were there - leftover food and pizza boxes. If you don't go into Boston, the hotel restaurants are definitely overpriced also, but that is to be expected.”

“At the Hilton they seemed to care less that we were there. The only room they had available was handicapped, this meant a shower which was unusable and was a complete pain. My wife wanted to get into bed early and pulled the sheets down, which were obviously dirty including hairs and some stains. Called to request a linen change, had to call back 3 times and it took an hour for them to arrive. When they did, the maid handed them to me. I informed her I would like her to change them. Upon checkout, not even a "how was your stay" from the front desk.”

- The sky bridge to the airport is more or less a gimmick. Take the shuttle.
“We had an excellent time here. I thought it would be a pain coming back every night from Boston via the T but both the T and the hotel shuttle come frequently and are very fast. I wouldn't have any problems staying here again.”

“Breakfast was a typical type of meal which most hotels/motels now days include in the stay. The food was nothing to rave about and my wife had only yogurt, while I had eggs and potato. It was not a $23 meal. Sound carried on the floor till after 1:00 am which was irritating. But it was close to the freeway access which was a positive.”

- Coffee stand was not open all day. $15 charge daily for internet access.
“I traveled with my wife who attended a conference at the hotel, and two children ages 4 and 5. The rooms and staff were exceptional. When my wife was working the kids and I took a free shuttle to the subway (3 min. away) and when we were ready to return the shuttle was at the subway station to pick us up. A very pleasant stay.”

- The lobby was very nice and attractive.
- The staff.
“I had called just after I booked our room to secure a room with 2 double beds. They said no problem. When we checked in they said they had no double beds and would instead send up a cot. The thing was tiny and laughable when they rolled it in. Not nearly large enough for two people. It also took 20 minutes to check in as the woman at the counter couldn't access the system and the manager was no where to be found. When the manager showed up 10 minutes later, another guest in line complained about waiting so long when he had an early fight, to which the manager was simply dismissive. I also called ahead to make sure there was hotel parking, so drove instead of taking a taxi. Too bad, they didn't mention there was only a pay lot which was not cheap! The facilities were quite nice, but not worth for accommodations or service. I wish I had simply driven home from the conference rather than bother staying there.”
