“Convenient location for airport. Room was clean and functional. Perfect for short business stay to downtown Boston area. Spa and pool area could use better maintenance services. Restaurant food was priced a little on the high side for the type of food served, high end price on run of the mill food.”

“Nice hotel and close enough to Logan International. Location in difficult on and off highway spot. Rooms were large and well appointed. Our room was not as clean as it should have been used soap in soap box.”

- Andre and a few others were very helpful and the free shuttle was convenient.
- The shuttle driver could not wait 30 SECONDS for us to arrive at the gate and we had to take a cab.
“Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was that it was pretty far from Downtown Boston, and although they offered a shuttle service, (great!) one of our drivers left us at the airport literally 30 SECONDS before we got to the area where we were supposed to meet him.”

- No on-site dining/food option; take out awful; no nearby restaurant; far from airport.
“Standard, basic. Room was fine, nice decor - bathroom was ok. Moderate overall which is what we were looking for & expected for price. However even having no expectation - having no on-site food option stinks when you arrive at dinner; they provide take out menu's - despite being nice as could be, the Chinese food we ordered was the absolute worst we've had. I wouldn't even serve to public and this is from two people who will eat anything. To make this such a sticking point (eating), there was not even any form of food option anywhere near the hotel to walk (even long walk) to. It's also quite a schlep from Logan airport despite being considered an airport hotel. Free shuttle service nice, but takes about 30 minutes.”

- The hotel is too far from Boston Logan airport.
“We were able to take a hotel shuttle to the hotel from the airport. Rooms were clean and staff was pleasant and helpful. You will need a car if staying at this hotel as shopping and good restaurants are all within driving distance. I also would not recommend the roast beef restaurant that is located next to the gas station as we had problems with the food served there.”

- Trying to find it.
“Nice, well-kept, well-presented hotel with great parking. The room was attractive and functional. It was difficult to find the hotel though. Once found, it proved a satisfactory stay. An indoor pool, however, for the size of the family-friendly hotel, quite small.”

- The staff was very friendly.
- Far from the airport. Dirty room. No good food at all!
“I would not stay at this hotel again. There was no decent food, the bar closes at 10 regardless of how many people are there. The hotel is very far from the airport and it takes about 20 minutes to get there. The air conditioner was very noisy. The sheets had stains on them. There was some garbage on the floor when I first walked in to the room. I was not happy staying there and will not do so again!”

- They paid for a taxi from the airport as they did not send the courtesy bus.
- Difficult to communicate, my location for the bus to arrive.

- Marriott's have comfy beds!
- Not as clean as Marriott usually is.
“This hotel was just okay. I guess I expect more from Marriott. Even as a 2.5 star, Marriott could do better. I've stayed in other Courtyard hotels that were much nicer. Also, not as close to the airport. Shuttle service was good though.”

- The size and quality of the room were great for the money.
- The neighborhood did have a lot of rough teenagers hanging around. Robberies have been reported with parked cars.
“The Courtyard by Marriott Revere/Boston is a clean and friendly hotel. If you are planning to visit in the Boston area this is the hotel for you. It is conveniently located near Logan airport and only about 7 miles from downtown Boston. There are a variety of family friendly restaurants in the area for you to enjoy. Like shopping. Visit the Square One Mall just down the road.”

- Only complaint was that we had 1 towel, but they brought us more when requested.

- It was close to Boston and it was clean.
- There was only a breakfast oriented restaurant and they closed at 10:00a.m.

- Good combo of amenities.
- The airport shuttle did not have any air conditioning when we traveled to the hotel at 4P- it was hot.
“We stayed here at the end of our Boston trip for airport proximity reasons. Since we had a 6A flight, we left at 4A without incident. Amenities were good: clean, business center, small pool and whirlpool, small fitness room. The rooms were large (ours had two double beds) and furnished well- plenty of desk space and a small fridge. The staff were incredible, everyone welcomed us and answered all questions well.”

- Room was attractive and well equipped.
- To describe it as an airport hotel is ludicrous--you could get to downtown Boston in half the time it takes to get to Revere.
“This Marriott Courtyard was a great disappointment. Its location is the main problem--along a busy, semi-industrial street about an hour's journey (during rush hour) from Logan. Hotel has no restaurant, only snack menu in bar, and if you don't have a car there are no alternative restaurants within walking distance. Sound proof issues--I had a room with a connecting door and conversations of party next door were clearly audible and disturbing. The hotel itself is in excellent condition but its location is such that I would question star rating of it. In retrospect, I wish I had checked a downtown Boston location rather than the spurious airport location--travel downtown would have been faster and availably of services better.”

- I wish information about hotel breakfast and dinner service was more available.
“This hotel provided excellent service and accommodations for my business trip. It was located on the highway, close to MANY restaurants, stores, etc. so it was easy to get what I needed. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and answered every question about the area. I was really surprised and pleased. A wonderful touch was the complementary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea in the lobby, as well as the chocolate chip cookies, at the front desk, at the end of every day.”

- The shuttle driver was friendly, room was clean and comfortable.
- Hotel was supposed to be near the airport, in fact was about a 15 20 minute drive.
“I enjoyed my stay at the courtyard Marriott. The accommodations were great for the price that I paid. The staff was very friendly, even at 2am. The hotel was a bit further from the airport than I would have liked, and perhaps the shuttle could run more frequently than once every hour. However, there may not be demand for such a schedule and given recent gas prices I can understand the schedule.”

- Hotel was clean.
- Dining facility had poor service and mediocre food.
“Hotel was fine if you need a place to spend the night to make an airline connection early in the morning. It is located right on the road, but it was quiet. Rooms and public spaces were very clean and attractive. I do not recommend having dinner in the hotel.”

- Quiet and close to shopping and restaurants.
- Location in regards to the airport.
“The rooms were clean, quiet. I needed a location close to the airport. Seven miles in rush hour traffic isn't very close and the shuttle only ran once every hour due to the traffic.”

- Shower was great.
- It was at least 25 minutes from the airport and vans ran only on the hour.
“Good enough hotel, but to advertise as close to airport is a mistake.”

- Rooms were nice staff friendly and accommodating.
- Nothing comes to mind.
“Hotel was easy to get to and had plenty of parking; the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was inexpensive and very good. I would come back.”

- It had an opening near Boston; however, it was difficult to get into Boston using public transport from hotel. Should have been mentioned somewhere.
- Nine am fire alarm with evacuation and no apology. Waiting 2 hours for shuttle service. Shuttle also took 1 hour to airport and then 2 hrs to Boston. Bad.
“This hotel was horrible. I would have rather slept on a Boston city street to be honest. Smoke alarm goes off at 9 am, entire hotel have to evacuate then the hotel doesnt apologize? Horrible. The shuttle service took an hour to arrive after repeated attempts from the hotel staff telling us it would be here in a minute. Then we have to sit at the airport waiting for other people, get halfway back to the hotel and then have to turn back around for more people to jam into our shuttle. The transportation was horrible, the staff was unresponsive and honestly, if I had the energy after such a terrible trip I would be calling all over to get my money back somehow. I will never stay in a Marriot again. Thanks, but no thanks. Ruined our trip.”
