• Cleanliness, comfort.
• Location was not great.

“The staff was very helpful. The van service was great. While we had to wait a few times for a shuttle, it wasn't bad. We were not on a tight time schedule. This could be a problem if you were trying to make meeting times.”

• I was very surprised at the inside because the outside was not attractive. Staff was extremely pleasant.
• Neighborhood did not look too friendly/appealing.

“Only stayed one night. Staff was extremely pleasant and hotel room was very clean, bed was also very comfortable. The only thing that stuck out was that the elevators were very dirty. Get location if you have an early flight to catch. Free shuttle service to/from the airport.”

• It was clean, warm colored and had friendly helpful staff.

“We almost canceled our reservations when we saw that it looked like a motel. Thankfully, we couldn't find anything better because our stay there was wonderful, the staff friendly, the breakfast tasty and the computer in the lobby area was
helpful to check our e-mail. We'd stay here again.”

• Very clean room/bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet at night.
• Breakfast not included w/overnight stay, no shuttle service from hotel to Boston's N. end.

“Although this hotel is not located in the "best" area in terms of surrounding neighborhoods, it is a beautiful and clean hotel, and it was comfortable and quiet at night.”

• verything seemed newly renovated and very clean.
• Nothing, we were very pleased.

“The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Not many dining options in the area but the hotel food was actually very good and only took half an hour for room service. Very close to the airport and easy access to the highway. We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel and will definitely stay again while in Boston.”

• Staff very accommodating when needed other items, microwave, refigerator etc.

“I would stay here again, especially because of the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Would have used the pool, closed sooner than expected.”

• Close to Boston.
• Service in the dining area was terrible.

“The location was great for a vacation to Boston. They had a shuttle that took us right to Logan airport where we then were able to take the Subway into the city. The rooms were nice. The dining area was either short staffed or staffed correctly with angry people. I felt like I was disturbing them when I came down to have Super. As long as you can ignore the lousy staff, it is a great place to go near Boston.”

• Quiet and great Bath and Body Works toiletries!
• Front desk staff was clueless.

“The location was about 5 miles from Fenway, which is about a $27 cab ride. The hotel rooms were large and pretty clean at first glance. The spare pillow I got from the closet smelled like smoke, which made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the linens. The toiletries were from Bath and Body Work's spa line, which was a nice touch. The hotel was also very quiet and peaceful.”

• Close to freeway.
• The neighborhood.

“Quick access to freeways and downtown. Restaurants in the hotel are convenient. Rooms are fine. Neighborhood isn't the best. As a business traveler, it was fine. But I would have liked to stay in an area with more restaurants and amenities nearby.”

• Very pleasant clean and spacious room.
• Needs a better bar and restaurant.

“I know the area. It was a little difficult to find coming back from Boston over the Tobin bridge. It was easy to get to downtown Boston from the hotel.”

• Whirlpool was ok, not warm enough, hours too limited.
• Was provided a 2nd storeroom adjacent to the majority and rail connection. Windows not soundproofed. Very noisy. Stated views simply false.

“I can purchase better, fresher fish entrees in nm for half the price. A huge disappointment. I ordered scallops and crab cakes, merely edible. Clam chowder tasted canned. Grandson's salmon was less than expected when location considered. Not fresh.”

• They had a beautiful clean room.
• There was no customer service, not convenient for tourist, and located in a bad area.

“Although the hotel room was nice, we stayed only one night and we experienced rude service from three different people. We decided to stay there because they offer a "convenient shuttle", this shuttle left us stranded twice for over an hour.”
