• Location, staff, great health club.
• Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

“Firstly, Boston is our favorite city in the USA. It's clean, safe, easily navigable and there is an endless array of wonderful restaurants, museums and things to do. My partner and I just returned from a two-night stay at The Langham Hotel and we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a great location, set on a beautiful park and within a five-minute (or so) walk of Faneuil Hall Marketplace and many historical attractions including King's Chapel and the Granary Burying Ground. The New England Aquarium and the North End are also about 7-10 minutes away. The hotel has a very European sensibility to it. From the cozy lobby and elegant bar to the professional yet friendly staff. Our room was bright, handsomely decorated with beautiful silk draperies, rich fabrics and was spacious enough for the two of us. The bed was quite literally the most comfortable of any hotel. This hotel also has a great Cafe that serves an exceptional brunch on Sunday. Although pricey, the cuisine is outstanding and well-presented - spot on for what one would expect from a luxury hotel. It also has an awesome health and fitness club with swimming pool and spa treatments available.”

• It is a top-notch hotel service wise.
• I don't love the location though convenient for tourists. My room was teeny.

“It was Mother's Day weekend and POURING rain so things were frantic at the hotel, with the staff under lots of pressure. I had trouble getting my car out of the garage when it was time to leave. It took more than a half hour! Also though I got a good price for my room everything else was expensive, including the $74 per person (!) Mother's Day brunch. I guess that's what happens when you stay at a 4 star hotel, however. P.S. The Pool and spa were wonderful with FREE newspapers and nice FREE coffee in the lobby.”

• Beautiful room, silent, wonderful bed, selection of movies, coffee maker, great lobby with entertainment, free health club with pool.

“The hotel is located close to the Quincey market in the heart of Boston (3 min walking distance). Friendly welcome by the staff, great facilities (including health club, lobby, restaurant with decent prices for great food) and the room was perfect, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Lots of extras such as complementary newspaper. Coffee brewer in the room, free movies. Great stay. No complaints what so ever.”

• It was very beautiful.
• I wish our room had been bigger. It was our first anniversary, and it was a little cramped.

“We really enjoyed ourselves. Our room was tiny, but we expected it since we had a good deal at a four star hotel. The staff was very nice and very helpful. ”

• nicely appointed room
• small room with steps making nght time navigation dangerous

“$2.65 for a local telephone call charged whether it was calling out or recieving it in your room?$10 for 30 minutes to use a computer for email at the 2 compter "Business Center" in the lobby.not impressed with the add-ons for services that most hotels offer as part of the daily room charge.”

• Had to upgrade the room to get two beds

• The bedding was wonderful & the staff was exceptionally friendly & knowledgable.
• I can't think of anything.
