“This hotel was not worth the money at all. It was small, the bathroom was industrial and felt like a public bathroom with a shower stall and the staff was very uninteresting and bored.”

• The hotel was just about what expected from reviews read. Clean, comfortable and it was all about the great location for sight seeing.
• Not all rooms have microwaves and refrigerator.

“Great place to stay if you are on the go all day sight seeing. You really want a great location for everything, (walking distance is a must in Boston). When you got back to the room, things were clean and the bed was comfortable.”

• Very small rooms, and no free breakfast

“The Club Quarters Hotel was in an excellent location right in downtown Boston. The service was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable (the bedding and pillows were very soft), but the room was much smaller than what we were expecting. It would have been nice to have a breakfast included in the room price (without having to go to the restaurant downstairs), at very least a continental breakfast.”

• I liked that as soon as we arrived the guy at the front desk made us laugh!
• The restaurant. The service wasn't very good.

“I was a bit nervous about staying here because there were three of us traveling in our group, yet the room we got through Priceline only had one bed. I called the hotel and requested a cot, yet I was still nervous about the size of the room. From the moment that I set foot in the hotel I knew we were going to have a good experience. The guy at the desk was fantastic to deal with and very accommodating. He made us all laugh right when we got there, which was a nice relief from the long drive from Toronto. Right away he got Felix to help us bring our bags upstairs. He was so genuine and helpful, you couldn't help but like him. He also quickly brought us the cot that we requested. The room wasn't huge but it was fine for us. What I liked most was how clean the hotel room and washroom were. Overall I was very impressed and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Financial District/Quincy Market area of Boston.”

• The staff went out of their way to procure transportation, provide requests for roll aways.
• Too cold in room, shower had plastic curtain.

“it really was convenient for eating, shopping, site-seeing. the staff called for our transportation for us. the elevators were secured. It would have been nice to have coffee on the weekends in the library. The bar closed really early on weeknight and the staff could not wait to close as well.”

• Location.
• Smallest shower I have ever seen in a hotel. Size of the room was very small overall.

“This hotel was conveniently located in the Financial District in Boston, close to Quincy Market and the area around the TD Banknorth Garden. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were much smaller than I anticipated, and the shower was unbelievably small. No refrigerator was provided in the standard room. Parking is not provided by the hotel, but there is a parking garage right around the corner.”

“We liked this hotel very much overall. It was safe and secure. The key entry for the elevators was reassuring. The rooms were on the smaller side but there was plenty of room for our pack and play. The bathroom was tiny and had shallow counters to balance your toiletries on. The parking was expensive and the hotel and parking were difficult to find even with our GPS. The hotel offers free filtered water and bottles to fill. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.”

• Our room was extremely clean and modern.
• The hotel does not offer parking.

“Our room was small but was stocked with a TV, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There was chilled and purified water available on our floor which was amazing! The hotel even provides plastic water bottles. I'm not sure that I would want to stay here on a vacation or on an extended stay, but for one night it as worth the price we paid. I would suggest this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Boston for several days.”

• Carpet on floors could be replaced. TV did not swivel toward bed.

• The staff was very friendly. The hotel was in a great location to the attractions in Boston.
• It was hard to find.

“Overall, the Club Quarters met our traveling needs. It's 3 blocks away from Quincy Market. There were many T stations around the hotel as well making it very easy to get to places like Fen way Park, The Aquarium and the Science Museum. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our only issue was actually finding the place. There was one awning out front with the initials CG on it, but it's located in the middle of a building making it hard to notice. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay and have said that we would stay there again.”

“Club Quarters Boston is in a great location, and offers clean rooms, convenient dining options, and other accommodations. The rooms are small, but if you're like us and you're site-seeing for most of the day then the size won't bother you. The real problem for us was the thin walls. Our first night there we had a noisy group of people staying next to us and we heard everything they were doing. Once they left, the experience at Club Quarters became much more enjoyable.”

• The bar area/lobby was very noisy.

“We stayed in this hotel while visiting Boston area colleges. It was very convenient to the T, Faneuil Hall and the waterfront. We arrived around 9 30 pm. Finding the hotel was difficult but that was Map Quest's fault. The area does not really provide family dining at that hour. The only place that would accommodate a teen was a Mexican restaurant or room service. I would recommend this hotel for adults, not for people with young children.”

“This started as a business trip but I stayed over an extra night to take in what I could of Boston. The first night, I stayed at the Marriott on Tremont - a disappointment compared to the Marriott. I'm used to staying at. Too small. Since my boss was kind enough to pick up the extra night so I could explore, I tried to shop around and find a more affordable hotel and came across Club Quarters. Wonderful staff ... gave me maps and circled all the places they recommended I attempt to see the next day. Held my luggage after I'd checked out. Just a pleasant and affordable surprise. And sure the rooms are snug but comfortable ... not dated and needing repair. When I travel for business or pleasure, I don't plan on staying in the room other than to sleep so the size was just fine. Enjoy.”

• The price was good for Boston, it was clean, modern and the staff was very nice.
• No parking, no bathtub, Spartan in terms of amenities (extra pillows, etc.) And location in financial district not great for leisure travel.

“I have stayed in club quarters before and they are great for the business traveler (when the wireless access works, which it did in Boston.) As extended stay for business it would get fine.”

I did not spend much time in the room but whatever time was spent was enjoyable and comfortable. Free access to the gym and bottled water was provided. • The location it was close to all.
• Paper thin walls you can hear a lot of what was being said in the hallways and room.

“Great for the money fantastic location close to all. The restaurant is not worth the money. The room was overall pretty good. The staff was attentive. Overall it was a great hotel for the price. The downside is you can hear almost everything that is going on outside in the hall way the cleaning staff is busy cleaning and slamming doors etc but at least its not at night time. You can also hear what going on next door to you loud and clear. If you have considerate neighbors who dont make too much noise when they come in at night it should be quiet after 10 minutes or so again. Overall it was great for the price at got it for. Id stay there again just for the convenience of the location.”
