“The hotel is nicely situated in Boston. The room was nice and clean. We got back to the hotel after a day in the city and wanted to get a drink and only had one place to choose from, so it was busy! Ended up sitting in space in the lobby!” Oct 25, 2009 by
Carol from Arleta,CA
“Comfortable with a room that is medium-sized with all expected amenities and a particularly good flat-screen TV. Speedy elevators and huge reception lobby area with lots of comfortable spots to use Wi-Fi and free PC use for 45 minutes.” Oct 22, 2009 by
Don from Callahan,FL
“The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge recommended great places to eat in different parts of town and provided great directions also.” Oct 21, 2009 by
Mary from Trophy Club,TX
“Very pleased with the rooms, the location and the price. Our party of five agreed (2 couples and one single person) we would use Priceline again. The hotel cleaning staff was very good. Concierge desk put in a lot of effort to secure a dinner reservation for us. The prices for breakfast at the hotel was out of line, but we only ate there once, due to price. The rooms were very nice, we had a corner room with a view and it was a little larger room than the rooms my friends had. We enjoyed a nightcap at the Sheraton bar, very friendly staff and nice ambiance. The Sheraton also had a computer specifically to print out boarding passes for the airplane which was a nice amenity, not much of a wait to use this computer.” Oct 21, 2009 by
Serge from Princeton,NJ
“Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and Fenway Park. Staff was courteous. We arrived late and the bar/restaurant was still open, very convenient - and the food was good too. Definitely would stay here again.” Oct 20, 2009 by
Beth from Gaithersburg,MD
“The Sheraton is a very impressive hotel with large, comfortable rooms and a most helpful staff. The concierge was particularly helpful. This particular hotel is located within easy walking distance of the subway, which we used when sightseeing. It's also connected to a very posh shopping mall with a Legal Seafoods restaurant, one of our favorites. We'll stay there again.” Oct 20, 2009 by
Elizabeth from Pleasant Hill,CA
“I think this should be a 2 or 3 star hotel, location was great.” Oct 16, 2009 by
Jeannie Huber from San Marcos,TX
“Parking cost was 42.00 per day. No one was at the desk to check us in when we arrived, we had to wait. The manager showed no sympathy towards our experience and offered no accommodation. We tried to log onto the net from our room and were told it would cost 10.95 per day and were not told that we could log on in the lobby so we spent time looking for free WiFi at shops. The toilet had hairs in it. We were not impressed with value or accommodations.” Oct 14, 2009 by
William from Williamsburg,VA
“Well located, with easy access to all Boston attractions. Huge lobby with open access to bar, restaurant, Starbucks and public computer area. People actually hang out in this lobby. Staff is top-notch, friendly and responsive. Valet parking is well run, despite massive traffic during check-in. Room view was exceptional.” Oct 13, 2009 by
Robert from Oakland,CA
“Very comfortable and convenient. Most of staff very helpful. The doorman was a bit frustrating in trying to get a cab we ended up walking around the corner ourselves to flag down a cab for dinner. Hotel is modern, comfortable and has nice bar and a Starbucks in the lobby. Concierge was very helpful in getting our boarding passes for our return flight.” Oct 10, 2009 by
Lisa from Annapolis,MD
“This is a huge hotel catering to convention attendees and cruise passengers but could work for other travelers.” Oct 8, 2009 by
Lewis from Harrisburg,PA “This hotel met or exceeded my expectations in all aspects. My room was on the 28th floors, which had a great view and was easily accessible by two express elevators. The lobby was large and clean and front desk and concierge were efficient and helpful. One tiny complaint: my room included a flat-screen HDTV, but it wasn't broadcasting in HD.” Oct 4, 2009 by
Barbara from Chatham,NJ
“Well-appointed, immaculate, luxury accommodations, albeit substandard size room for a 3.5 star hotel. It seemed cramped with 2 queen-size beds- 2 full or 1 king would have been more appropriate. For the price, we were very happy with it since we were busy sightseeing and only there to sleep.” Oct 2, 2009 by
Jose from Burbank,CA
“Elegant hotel situated in a very good location in Boston, with access to shopping center and restaurants. Very clean with a nice TV and bathroom.” Oct 2, 2009 by
Cindy from Eugene,OR
“This hotel is in a great location with shopping and restaurants near and the CS church plaza across the street for good people watching. Bed comfortable, rooms clean, staff efficient. I would stay here again.Subway stop around the corner.” Oct 1, 2009 by
Sheeba from West Palm Beach,FL
“Convenient location for public transportations and the prudential center shops.” Oct 1, 2009 by
Susan from Bloomfield Hills,MI
“Our very lovely suite, would be greatly enhanced by the addition of a 2nd sink and counter in the wall space opposite the closet. Since this corner backs up to the tub, the extension of required plumbing would be very easy.” Sep 30, 2009 by
Dee from Pawcatuck,CT
“This hotel had a great lobby and the rooms were newly redone and though small, very attractive. Bathrooms were great-very sleek and clean. Great location and close to everything we needed. Dinner/shopping etc.” Sep 29, 2009 by
Janice from Reno,NV
“Easy to find with very helpful staff. Beautiful rooms with fantastic view of the city. Perfect location for any first time traveler to Boston.” Sep 27, 2009 by
Carole from Kansas City,MO “When we arrived at the Sheraton, we discovered that we had been "walked" to another hotel in another location. We choose this hotel due to the location to the symphony. We were moved to 15 min. further away.” Sep 20, 2009 by
Jan from Independence,MO
“Wonderful location, great quality, nice rooms, terrific view of river!” Sep 20, 2009 by

“Great feel, great interior design and decode for lobby. Felt like a business casino.” Sep 17, 2009 by
Sam from Lees Summit,MO
“We really liked the hotel - wish we could have stayed one more day. We tried to with no luck.” Sep 12, 2009 by
Steve from Manchester,WA
“The Boston Sheraton contains a North and a South Tower. Both have just recently been totally renovated and while the room was very well appointed, was small as was the bathroom. The location was in an excellent location to walk to the Commons and other public areas although the waterfront and Quincy Market are best reached by a Trolley or some other form of transportation. This is a rather large hotel that also caters to large groups and on occasions can be quite busy not to say crowded. However, overall the hotel has a great location, friendly and helpful staff, well appointed although small rooms and is attached to a wonderful shopping mall that is very convenient for food, beverages and of course, shopping.” Sep 11, 2009 by
Catherine from Phoenix,AZ
“This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a little more wear and tear. My room had been recently renovated, I think and it was very attractive.” Sep 10, 2009 by
from East Nassau,NY
“Nice, luxurious rooms. Very attractive lobby, though always bustling. I really wasn't prepared for the magnificence of the view facing Cambridge from the upper floors. Worth the stay alone! Location a little out of the way for walking, but not bad at all. Overall, a really nice place where I'd be happy to stay again.” Sep 9, 2009 by
Richard from Worcester,MA
“Everything went very well. Easy check in,courteous staff, a lovely big room and even free internet use in the lobby.” Sep 9, 2009 by
Lisa from Scarsdale,NY
“I have stayed their before. Great hotel.” Sep 7, 2009 by
Dave from Westport,CT
“Nice roomy units, very clean, efficient customer service, and attractive amenities.” Aug 25, 2009 by
April from Chicago,IL
“This was a nice hotel with a good location. The rooms were new & clean. It had a nice LCD tv and great products from bliss. The only draw backs were the huge number of conventioneers & the bathrooms needed more updating.” Aug 25, 2009 by
Craig from Lee,MA
“Excellent location. Very Clean. Safe. Highly recommend. Walking distance to great bars Mc Greevey's and Fen way Park.” Aug 22, 2009 by
Joy from Downingtown,PA
“This hotel was incredibly comfortable and fun! Everything was convenient and the staff was helpful. Parking was not easy and quite costly.” Aug 21, 2009 by
Mike from Monroe,MI
“Room on ninth floor was located in the South Tower with City view. Elevator was efficient and decorated with very classic wood panels. Hallways, however, are typical of older refurbished hotel, not as wide as some newer hotels, but very clean and updated. Absolutely wonderful large room with recently updated modern furnishings, comfortable bed, and flat screen TV. Bathroom was on small size with tiles obviously outdated (one small blemish on an otherwise excellent update) although functional with soft towels and typical Sheraton products. Large, welcoming lobby with both WiFi and PC's available in lobby for no charge. Very nice lap pool and exercise area. The hotel is located adjacent to the Prudential Center which provides numerous opportunities to spend money for food and shopping. MTA within a hundred yards and several blocks from the Charles River Esplanade, which is a pleasant walking area.” Aug 20, 2009 by
Betsy from Louisville,CO
“Excellent location with shopping and good variety of restaurants close by. Modern, comfortable, spacious room. Great pool, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable roll-away bed.” Aug 18, 2009 by
Heidi from Barnveld,NY
“After a great renovation, I would be happy to stay at the Sheraton Prudential again. The restaurant is very overpriced for the buffet that is offered. Rooms are nice, but they are a little loud. Great location.” Aug 16, 2009 by
Stefano from Toronto,Canada
“Hotel had very friendly staff and great maps of the city were available. Excellent lobby with facilities. The room was very comfortable, good view and the washroom needed a renovation. Overall it was very good.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 15, 2009 by

“We stayed for three nights while visiting Boston for part of our summer vacation. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Despite a long line at check-in, the hotel staff kept things moving quickly and they were friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Highly recommended.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 15, 2009 by

“I went for a mini reunion with girl friends to visit, tour, eat and shop. The excellent location and ability to move about without driving plus the friendliness of the staff made it a fabulous experience. Only small item to adjust to was the very small size of the bath/show room. Every thing else was to drawer.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 13, 2009 by

“The hotel is located in a prime locality and that is the major USP of staying over there. The T is pretty close by and is actually connected via Prudential building. The hotel has a very good lobby which is WiFi. Unfortunately the rooms do not have net connection. The swimming pool is good and so is the gym and jacuzzi. The rooms had big LCDs but they did not have good reception. To sum it up, if you are planning to spend 2 days, and roam around Boston, it is a good place of stay.” Aug 12, 2009 by
Sean from California
“It's a nice hotel, right in the heart of Boston. It was very convenient to travel around the town, and the people at front desk were very helpful. The pool is pretty big, and about 5ft. and the room was nice but had a few holes on the wall. The Lobby smelled like coffee from Starbucks, great scent in the morning, over all I would definitely stay there again.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 4, 2009 by

“Clean and comfortable rooms, but bedding texture made lots of noise when you moved around. Located in a convenient and safe area of Boston.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 24, 2009 by

“Completely satisfied - will definitely stay again.” Jul 21, 2009 by
Aaron from Fort Wayne,IN
“The hotel was a great location. We biked the freedom/liberty walk and it was within a few blocks of fenway and tons of bars and places to eat. The area had a ton of younger folks due to being by the local music college. I would highly recommend the Sheraton. It was connected to the wall and only a few blocks from Boston Commons. Tube was within a block.” Jul 20, 2009 by
Patti from Manchester,NH
“Everything, except the restaurant food and service in the dining room, was great. Someone should tell the Sheraton Hotel at Copley, the food is sub quality both at the bar and in the restaurant.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
