Steve from Manchester,WA
“The Boston Sheraton contains a North and a South Tower. Both have just recently been totally renovated and while the room was very well appointed, was small as was the bathroom. The location was in an excellent location to walk to the Commons and other public areas although the waterfront and Quincy Market are best reached by a Trolley or some other form of transportation. This is a rather large hotel that also caters to large groups and on occasions can be quite busy not to say crowded. However, overall the hotel has a great location, friendly and helpful staff, well appointed although small rooms and is attached to a wonderful shopping mall that is very convenient for food, beverages and of course, shopping.” Sep 11, 2009 by
Catherine from Phoenix,AZ
“This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a little more wear and tear. My room had been recently renovated, I think and it was very attractive.” Sep 10, 2009 by
from East Nassau,NY
“Nice, luxurious rooms. Very attractive lobby, though always bustling. I really wasn't prepared for the magnificence of the view facing Cambridge from the upper floors. Worth the stay alone! Location a little out of the way for walking, but not bad at all. Overall, a really nice place where I'd be happy to stay again.” Sep 9, 2009 by
Richard from Worcester,MA
“Everything went very well. Easy check in,courteous staff, a lovely big room and even free internet use in the lobby.” Sep 9, 2009 by

“This was a nice hotel with a good location. The rooms were new & clean. It had a nice LCD tv and great products from bliss. The only draw backs were the huge number of conventioneers & the bathrooms needed more updating.” Aug 25, 2009 by
Craig from Lee,MA
“Excellent location. Very Clean. Safe. Highly recommend. Walking distance to great bars Mc Greevey's and Fen way Park.” Aug 22, 2009 by
Joy from Downingtown,PA
“This hotel was incredibly comfortable and fun! Everything was convenient and the staff was helpful. Parking was not easy and quite costly.” Aug 21, 2009 by
Mike from Monroe,MI
“Room on ninth floor was located in the South Tower with City view. Elevator was efficient and decorated with very classic wood panels. Hallways, however, are typical of older refurbished hotel, not as wide as some newer hotels, but very clean and updated. Absolutely wonderful large room with recently updated modern furnishings, comfortable bed, and flat screen TV. Bathroom was on small size with tiles obviously outdated (one small blemish on an otherwise excellent update) although functional with soft towels and typical Sheraton products. Large, welcoming lobby with both WiFi and PC's available in lobby for no charge. Very nice lap pool and exercise area. The hotel is located adjacent to the Prudential Center which provides numerous opportunities to spend money for food and shopping. MTA within a hundred yards and several blocks from the Charles River Esplanade, which is a pleasant walking area.” Aug 20, 2009 by
Betsy from Louisville,CO
“Excellent location with shopping and good variety of restaurants close by. Modern, comfortable, spacious room. Great pool, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable roll-away bed.” Aug 18, 2009 by
Heidi from Barnveld,NY
“After a great renovation, I would be happy to stay at the Sheraton Prudential again. The restaurant is very overpriced for the buffet that is offered. Rooms are nice, but they are a little loud. Great location.” Aug 16, 2009 by
Stefano from Toronto,Canada
“Hotel had very friendly staff and great maps of the city were available. Excellent lobby with facilities. The room was very comfortable, good view and the washroom needed a renovation. Overall it was very good.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 15, 2009 by

“We stayed for three nights while visiting Boston for part of our summer vacation. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Despite a long line at check-in, the hotel staff kept things moving quickly and they were friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Highly recommended.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 15, 2009 by

“I went for a mini reunion with girl friends to visit, tour, eat and shop. The excellent location and ability to move about without driving plus the friendliness of the staff made it a fabulous experience. Only small item to adjust to was the very small size of the bath/show room. Every thing else was to drawer.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 13, 2009 by

“The hotel is located in a prime locality and that is the major USP of staying over there. The T is pretty close by and is actually connected via Prudential building. The hotel has a very good lobby which is WiFi. Unfortunately the rooms do not have net connection. The swimming pool is good and so is the gym and jacuzzi. The rooms had big LCDs but they did not have good reception. To sum it up, if you are planning to spend 2 days, and roam around Boston, it is a good place of stay.” Aug 12, 2009 by
Sean from California
“It's a nice hotel, right in the heart of Boston. It was very convenient to travel around the town, and the people at front desk were very helpful. The pool is pretty big, and about 5ft. and the room was nice but had a few holes on the wall. The Lobby smelled like coffee from Starbucks, great scent in the morning, over all I would definitely stay there again.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 4, 2009 by

“Comfortable and clean. Within walking distance to Fenway.” Aug 1, 2009 by
Karla from Oak Ridge,NC
“Clean and comfortable rooms, but bedding texture made lots of noise when you moved around. Located in a convenient and safe area of Boston.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 24, 2009 by

“Completely satisfied - will definitely stay again.” Jul 21, 2009 by
Aaron from Fort Wayne,IN
“The hotel was a great location. We biked the freedom/liberty walk and it was within a few blocks of fenway and tons of bars and places to eat. The area had a ton of younger folks due to being by the local music college. I would highly recommend the Sheraton. It was connected to the wall and only a few blocks from Boston Commons. Tube was within a block.” Jul 20, 2009 by
Patti from Manchester,NH
“Everything, except the restaurant food and service in the dining room, was great. Someone should tell the Sheraton Hotel at Copley, the food is sub quality both at the bar and in the restaurant.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 17, 2009 by
Peggy from Plattsmouth,NE
“The hotel was very nice. Within a mile of Fenway. We could see our hotel from the game. The kids had a great time and Boston is wonderful.” Jul 13, 2009 by
Laura from Bristol,CT
“Overall, for the price we paid it was an excellent value. The kids enjoyed the pool (although there was way too much chlorine and the pool area needs to be overhauled). Our room was very pleasant, but again there were some things that should be addressed such as peeling wallpaper, holes in the wall, etc. I can't say enough about the people at the concierge desk. My husband was able to get us a corner room with a king sized bed, and tipped the lady at the desk $20. The north tower is still under construction.” Jul 11, 2009 by
Natasha from San Marcos,TX
“This hotel was beautiful; we had a great view overlooking the river directly in front of the barge with the firework display for Independence Day. I am very pleased!” Jul 10, 2009 by
Warren from Holyoke,MA “This hotel met all our expectations as far as room quality and access to Boston.” Jul 7, 2009 by
Sasha from Rockville Centre,NY
“For the money I paid for the room, Jul 7, 2009 by
from Washington,DC
“We were aware of the construction on the very upper floors of the North Tower (floors 25 and above, but were assured that our room on 19th floor would not be affected at all). Despite asking for a quiet room, we were moved in next to housekeeping and the ice machine. We tried it out but the shouting housekeepers (who were very friendly, just noisy in the hallways) scared us out. We were then moved to the 18th floor. At 6:45am the next day, the construction started. Terrible hammering and drilling. We were offered another move and breakfast that we ended up being too busy to do. Thankfully the next day was a holiday. We were frustrated that the staff initially did not address our requests. They were easy when we asked to move and the breakfast offer was appreciated, but I would rather have limited hassle.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 6, 2009 by

“Quality hotel with great amenities. Near access to public transportation which made bringing a car into the city unnecessary and also made it very accessible to all amenities of Boston. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was small but very nice. Great location: easy and safe to walk around the local. I would definitely recommend this hotel for all travelers.” Jun 26, 2009 by
Robert from Rexburg,ID

Cheryl from Prescott,WY
“Great room for a small price-located in downtown Boston and attached to a shopping mall. We loved staying in this hotel.” Jun 23, 2009 by
Melinda from Mesquite,TX
“The lady who checked us in told me she didn't have a room with a view? I said that is fine I really just need a place to lay my head. I get to the room! I had a beautiful view! I would to have loved to have seen the room with a view.” Jun 23, 2009 by
Jeri from Franklin,WI
“Recently remodeled room with a great view of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Boston area.” Jun 22, 2009 by

Richard from Buena Vista,VA “One of the nicest places I have been.” Jun 18, 2009 by
Mary Lee from Winter Springs,FL
“I was thrilled by the proximity to the T and the ability to access the Prudential Center and Copley Center malls. I was traveling with my 18 year old daughter, we felt safe, secure and were able to travel around on the days it rained in relative comfort. The hotel was lovely and the guest rooms had recently been redone. I would stay there again in a minute! I never heard a peep from any other rooms, although I know they were occupied. Very soundproof walls. And the deal was great!” Jun 17, 2009 by
Kenton from Valhalla,NY
“This hotel was convenient for our needs and the lobby area led us to believe it was of good quality. When we got to the room, we discovered that the AC made a terrible screeching sound, there was mold/mildew all over the bathroom ceiling, and the guests on the hall spent most of the evening shouting and slamming doors. We got no apology or even much of a response.” Jun 12, 2009 by
Samantha from Camas,WA
“Beautiful hotel connected to mall and convention center. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great view of city from the room.” Jun 9, 2009 by
Steve from Marshfield,MA
“Room was on the small side. $42.00 per night to park is to expensive on the weekend.” Jun 8, 2009 by
Richard from New York,NY
“Really nice for a business hotel.” Jun 7, 2009 by
from Mississauga,Canada
“This hotel has had some bad reviews on certain websites - yet while the room was small (as was the bathroom) it was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and had an excellent view. Service at reception was good, despite there being a large convention under way. Would be happy to return there.” May 30, 2009 by
Carlos from Port Washington,NY
“Room was never cleaned one day. Good location with average rates. Comfortable beds.” Hotel Representatives:
