• Great staff. Price!
• No elevator.

“I had a great stay at the Beacon Inn! The staff was super friendly, they printed out directions for me to all the sightseeing spots I was going to in town. The rooms were decorating a bit old fashioned but it definitely felt cozy and like home. The best part was how cheap it was! I wouldn't have been able to do half the things I did in Boston if I hadn't stayed there.”

• Nice flat screen TV.
• Bed bugs!

“Two friends and I met in Boston for a conference and stayed at the Beacon Inn 1087. We had minimal problems during our stay, but after we each returned to our respective homes, we all developed itchy bites from bed bugs all over our bodies. I called the Inn to let them know, but they said they already knew (and hadn't let us know), and they barely offered an apology. So, I would not recommend the Beacon Inn - if you stay there, you may end up like me and spend your birthday covered in bed bug bites.”
