• It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I liked the complimentary hot breakfast.
• I wanted a queen bed and whirlpool so I had to take a smoking room. I noticed the smoke smell every time I entered the room.

“Overall, this was a good hotel and very easy to get to. My family lives nearby and this was convenient.”

• Convenience to highway, hot breakfast, pool.
• Not as clean as I would like. Whirlpool bath did not work.

“I have stayed here three times before. It is very reasonably priced for what you get. The rooms are normal hotel rooms, although this time, we got one with a whirlpool. Unfortunately, it appears that the cleaning person had a bad day. The room appeared to be only half cleaned. The floor had dirt/sand and there was hair in the bathroom. The stopper in the tub did not work making the whirlpool useless. The breakfast was good as usual and the pool is a treat. They must however do some kind of check on the employees to see that the rooms are cleaned properly if they want me to continue to return.”

• Nice pool, nice, hot breakfast, friendly staff.
• Room had chemical smell, but no recent exterminator visit, breakfast could use more variety.

“Convenient to Newport, the cape, Boston & Providence at a reasonable price. Hot breakfast is a plus for families traveling on a budget. Nice, larger pool with up to 9' depth. Hotel owns bar/rest. next door which had good, affordable food for delivery to hotel.”
