• Location was convenient to our destination.
• $12.95/day for internet service - no other hotels in area charge.

“Most of what you would expect out of a Marriott hotel - good quality rooms and amenities. Pluses: complimentary laundry and parking. Minus: $12.95 for internet access - most other hotels in the area don't charge.”

• Nice & helpful staff, clean.

• It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
• Jacuzzi was closed, rooms are rather plain and outdated.

“They charge for in room internet, Jacuzzi was closed and that was one reason we went to relax. They focused all attention on convention guests and to hell with anyone else.”

• Location was very good. Great pub & wine bar.
• Check-in.

“Overall, not bad check-in was a little snobbish. Waitres in Irish Pub located in hotel was excellent as well as the guys in back of the bar. The wine bar was also Excellent as the waitress there was well versed in wines and made and outstanding recommendation.”

• Misinformation re shuttle to Lahey Clinic; not really available on demand.

“Well-run quality hotel. We had a room on the smaller size. Other than staff misinformation regarding the shuttle to the Lahey Clinic; told it was on demand, but then bus was not available for 20-25 minutes when I went to the Lobby. Had to rouse my husband out-of-bed to get me to LC in time for my appointment. Otherwise, very pleased with the overall experience.”

“Very good alternative to staying in Boston only 20 Minute ride to the city rates for a weekend were less than a one night stay in the city. Hotel seemed to be geared more to the business class but just to sleep & shower and go this was a good choice for us .”

• When I arrived, they had already placed a rollaway bed since they did not have a room with double beds available.
• Nothing.

• The pools were great. I wished I could have stayed longer.
• Bellman was not available when we arrived. On leaving, we requested bell service and it was great.

“This would be a great place to go for a weekend. The pools both indoor and outdoor, were clean, nice for laps, and the outside area is beautiful. There is renovation going on, but we were not disturbed at all. I would stay there again.”

• I told the front desk that we were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. We were given a nice, quiet, secluded room!
• No dislikes.

“The hotel was easy to locate with convenient access to a major highway. It was very clean and the room very comfortable. Although there were wedding party guests at the hotel, we could not hear any noise associated with their festivities. I will definitely stay there again.”

• The lobby staff was friendly and offered directions to many locations around the city.
• There was nothing not to like.

“The hotel was conveniently located. The room was clean and large enough to accommodate two people comfortably. The weather was quite cold and the hotel provided a nice refuge against the bitter cold. The restaurants offered good food.”

• The front desk and phone staffers were pleasant and very helpful to me and my husband.
• Lack of a fan in the bathroom.

“The front desk staff and telephone operator/ receptionist were all particularly pleasant and helpful. I had a full afternoon of medical appointments at near-by lahey clinic and they assisted with an early check-in which made it easier for me and my husband. A well run hotel, very clean, would stay there again.”

• The hotel staff specially the front office staff are a set of useless people. They do not deserve to work in an any motel leave alone a hotel.

• The staff was superb. Resolved problems efficiently and kindly.
• Not the hotel's fault, but a group of guests were smoking cigars on a non-smoking floor.

“The hotel met all expectations and the staff was INCREDIBLY friendly - from the door man, to the desk clerk, to the man who brought us our new keys when we had to move to another room due to people smoking cigars on our floor (an non-smoking floor). We had Map quest directions, which was a BIG mistake, as they were all fowled up. When we called in for help, the desk person gave us super-friendly instructions over the phone.”

• Not far from Boston, near shopping
• About 25 minutes from Downtown Boston

“If you're looking to save money on a Boston hotel, then this is s good alternative. The prices are better and the quality is good. The pool was spotless and the breakfast was decent. Near lots of shopping like the Burlington Mall and right across the street from a decent fish restaurant. I was there in the dead of winter and my wife and I practically had the place to ourselves.”

“The hotel was very nice and the staff was very efficient and friendly. The room we were given far surpassed our expectations ! Lastly, the hotel restaurant had a Prime Rib Buffet that night and that made my husband''s year !”

“The room was very comfortable and decorated in a tasteful, colorful manner that was comfortably elegant. I usually travel alone on business, but this trip, I included my wife and 6 month old daughter. My wife was very happy and comfortable in our room. We took advantage of the pool, hot tub, exercise room and free laundry. We didn't eat or order from the restaurants or take advantage of any of the other amenities. The location was ideal for travel around the Boston suburbs. It was 1 minute away from I-95, 3 minutes away from a mall and shopping areas, and less than 15 minutes away from the subway station.”
