• Price and bed linen.
• Bathroom small and inadequate.

“This is a moderate hotel that serves business and leisure needs well. The bed linen is wonderful and the toiletries provided are very good.”

• Good location, near enough to Boston; lobby was very nice as was the indoor pool
• Kind of old and needs refurbishing. Some stains on carpeting in hallways and in room.

“A nice, decent hotel. The lobby is nicely decorated; not a huge lobby but nice looking and well maintained. The entire hotel looks to be about 25 years old. Nothing is shabby but some parts look”

“The hotel was located in Auburndale rather than Newton as requested. It was a heavily residential area which I was also not expecting. The hotel room was clean and comfortable with a friendly staff.”

“Hotel was booked solid due to kids moving in to local colleges (as was our situation). We were placed in a smoking room the first night with an offer to move the next day. The room did not smell at all of smoke so we did not move after all. My kids used the fitness center at night. We got back to the hotel late the second night after missing dinner. The front desk was helpful in providing the number of a restaurant in the area that delivered after midnight!”

“Great location, exceptional service. The dining facilities were not typical hotel fare. Our meals were outstanding. Front desk went out of way to make our stay the best it could be.”
