• It was clean and very spacious.
• There was no bar and no ice machine, but there was an ice maker in the refrigerator.

“The rooms were suites with lots of space, a kitchen with appliances and silverware, plates, glasses, etc. Everything was in very good shape, looking new and well cared for.”

“Consistently, reliably excellent in every respect. Clean, courteous staff, fresh smell, windows open so there's fresh air flow if desired, well appointed, beautifully designed rooms. Comfortable, clean sleeping accommodation, nice adequate breakfast gives the day a nice start.”

• Their cleaning staff needs to do their job.

“Last time I stayed here I dealt with cockroaches in the room. This time I was stepping on broken glass from the coffee pot that one of the previous guests had broken. This wasn't just one piece either. The hotel left the coffee maker in the room with no pot too.”

• The suites were roomy and comfortable, especially for an extended stay.
• No indoor pool.

“Our stay was quite comfortable. Because of our circumstances we spend much more time in the room then we normally do and having a two room suite was perfect. We even used the kitchen several times to prepare snacks and to store supplies. We were quite pleased and would rate these 3stars & moderately priced.”

• The room was great and spacious. Good breakfast room.
• The hotel was too warm, used ac in my room and it was October.

“The hotel worked well for my needs and I was very comfortable. The only exception was the unusual warmth of the hallways and lobby. I traveled redeye from the west coast and was able to check in at 9:30 am and went straight to bed and slept great!”

• Restaurant availability walking distance was limited. Had to suggest another hotel restaurant.

• Beds were very comfortable!
• Living spaces were smaller than I expected - TVs small too.

“Would stay here again; stayed in same hotel in Miami 4 years ago and was very comfortable. Overall a nice hotel; this particular location wasn't easy to find with the directions, but once we found it, it was fine. Location is excellent - easy access. Loved that it offered hot breakfast buffet in morning. Staff was very accommodating. Was snowing bad all day/evening on date of arrival; we got in late that evening and entrance could have been shoveled better and maybe sanded/salted for safety - they didn't seem as "on top of that" as I would have expected given the liability potential for slips and falls.”

• Mattress was too soft, towels smelled "Smokey one day (of 2).

“This is a great place if you have a car. It's convenient to everywhere in the Boston area (by car). The room (suite) was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. I'd recommend this hotel.”

• Location is not convenient.

“Good hotel for business travelers and families just looking for a place to sleep. Not conveniently located to anything or anywhere, so you'd certainly need a car. No public transportation to speak of and the taxis are quite expensive.”

• There was a door between the bedroom and the front room, provided privacy with kids.
• A bit difficult to find.

“We enjoyed the privacy we had of the bedroom being separate. We loved the free breakfast that had hot item options. It was also nice to have a kitchen, so we were able to store and reheat leftovers from eating out.”

• The rooms are huge and fabulous. The free breakfast, wi-fi and kitchen are great perks.
• There's not much in walking distance. It's essentially off a freeway.

“This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Every room is a suite with a full kitchen. The free breakfast, fitness room and Internet service are great perks. ”

• Breakfast was great; evening snack was nice; people were great.

“This all-suite hotel is a great find. Rooms are spacious and well lay out. Fully-equipped kitchens; 2 TV; well-maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy to get to (just past the Westin driveway). Breakfast buffet is very good though crowded as closing time approaches. Food sometimes takes a few minutes to be replenished. Afternoon social hour is salad, snack mix, and some kind of bar food (e.g. pizza bites, meatballs). We were able to make it dinner some nights. Nice outdoor pool/spa area with new gas grills. Highly recommended.”

• The price, cleanliness and location.
• There was a loud humming noise that would not go away. It sounded like a generator.

“Hotel was clean. Staff was polite. The floors on the third floor suite were not screwed down well. Lots of give in the main room and bathroom floors. Rugs happened to be coming up due to this construction error. I did ask to be let in the pool area -9am.. (very late opening time for a locked area when people there on business need to get to work) Employee (female) on the other end asked me to wait a minute and she would be right out. She did not show up for 45 minutes. Another staff member allowed me to reach in and open the gate. But other guests were "put out" at the pool and spa not being opened on time. The food was good and the place was very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay! Price was super!”

• Very helpful at the front desk, even loaned us an Ethernet cable.
• Breakfast the 2nd morning had included less fresh fruit than the first morning.

• There was no fitted sheet just a regular sheet that slipped off the mattress and no mattress pad. This was not too hygienic.

“This hotel perfectly suited our needs. It would have been nice if there was an indoor pool, but the full breakfast was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and overall if was a good deal.”
