• It was new, attractive and well equipped.
• It was hard to locate - it's back behind the Courtyard with little in the way of signage.

“This worked well for our needs. We had to deliver two people to Manchester airport for a late flight and then, the next morning, I had a very early flight. My wife took the car home and the hotel has 24 hr van service to the airport. Very convenient and a very reasonable price.”

• Staff helpfulness. Clean room with all the accommodations you need for a longer stay. I was not there for long enough to enjoy the pool or other facility.
• It was just what I needed for the occasion no complaints at all.

“I would like to be able to stay longer next time to enjoy all the facilities at the hotel. What I had was just perfect for me traveling alone the staff made me feel at home and safe. Had food delivered to my room and felt very at home. Nice, clean, and friendly. Just perfect.”

• Had problems with the shuttle to the airport.

“Hotel was great, but I had problems with the shuttle to the Airport. However, the manager immediately addressed the problem with the transportation manager. I was on the schedule; the driver just didn't come to get me. The driver complained the whole way to the airport to the other passengers for having to come back and get me. It wasn't my fault he didn't read the schedule.”

• It had washing machines.
• The front desk was different.

“Pretty good hotel, I stayed at the beginning of my trip and booked again at the end of my trip. Probably would stay again if I was in the area.”

• Spacious.
• There were many tiny little ants on the bed, and our luggage. We tried to check out around 10 am and could find no one at the desk to help.

“It was gross to discover that I slept with all those ants in my bed and on my clothes and luggage. Not having a clerk to tell this to. For those reasons I would rate this place at a low 2 star or high 1 star.”

• Very spacious and comfortable.
• The entrance, three doors, and none automatic difficult with luggage.

“Nice hotel. It is close to the airport. The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. The room was very spacious with a king bed, small sofa, table, and chairs, complete small kitchen, even a dishwasher, and a nice clean bathroom. The soaps and shampoos in the bathroom smelled wonderful. There was free wireless internet. The only thing they need to improve is the entrance. You need to open three doors to get in to register and it was extremely difficult to do with my luggage and infant son in a stroller. I arrived late (11pm) and it was easy to check in and the man on duty was very pleasant.”

• Clean, spacious, full kitchen, comfortable beds (even the hide-a-bed), kind staff, and just besides the mall smoke-free hotel.
• Little noise from the airport (OK with closed windows). No great restaurants around.

“Very pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Good location for a night or two (mall, highway, etc.). Full kitchen. Dishwasher. Smoke free hotel. Close to the airport but only little noise.”

• Staff was extremely friendly.
• There was no continental breakfast.

“This hotel was only rated two stars, but it could easily have been a three star hotel. Also, your literature stated that it had an outdoor pool, but it has an indoor pool.”

• Very low water pressure in shower.

“Everything was cool with this hotel. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, functional exercise room. Complaints: shower produced little more than a dribble. Traffic in area around hotel a tad heavy.”

“Although this was called a "studio", the convenience of the kitchen and bath were well worth the price. Guests had plenty of space and room was quiet. Well done!”

• It was dirty, the room smelled awful, windows would not open.

“I wouldn't recommend this hotel. For Marriot, I was greatly disappointed. As I mentioned above the room was dirty, it smelled just awful, you couldn't open the windows to allow fresh air despite being on the first floor. There were no spoons in the kitchenette. All in all, very poor quality.”

• The room was very nicely decorated and homey.
• There isn't a ramp at the hotel entrance, it's about 25 feet away.

“We had two nights reserved at this hotel. Our first and last nights of our vacation. We arrived very late the first night a found our room had been given away. We were told it was because of the NASCAR races. They did make arrangements for a room at a near by hotel. Very inconvenient since I was traveling with my elderly mother. The second night all went as planned and our room was waiting for us and comfortable.”

• The hotel was comfortable and homey. It was exactly what I was looking for.
• The carpeting on the stairs in the stair well was dirty. I was a little concerned, until I walked in the room.

“Very comfortable room. It was a great place to stay that was more like home... we were able to cook breakfast and lunch in our room and had plenty of room to spread out.”

• Helpful staff, left things there and they mailed them to us beyond duty.
• Sofa, bed mattress was torn and stuffing sticking out.

“Excellent staff and housekeeping went out of the way to help us. Friendly with our young children, gave them popcorn to pop in microwave. It was a big hit with us and the children.”

• Excellent, deserves more stars.
• Hard to get luggage in and out of the single door. Keyed entry into hall from lobby thru a single width door is a real pain!

“Fantastic hotel for a great price. Clean, suite of rooms was deserving of many more stars. 3 TV's was overkill, but the full size fridge and kitchen and working DSL was wonderful. Air conditioning worked so well that in mid-August though it was 90 outside, I had to turn the heat on.”

• It was VERY clean and felt like a studio apt.
• no breakfast - maybe I left for the airport too early (5:30am)

“It's a mini apartment/suite. Everything is super clean and feels new. The kitchen also has dishes for you to use as well.”
