• The room was spacious, and clean. The air conditioner was quiet, did not make noise switching on, and off all night long. Good quality mattresses.
• The jacuzzi jets were not working. I was looking forward to that after my long drive.

“This hotel was a great stay. I arrived with two ten year olds at 12:45AM. With priceline.com my room was prepaid and I had my key with in five minutes of approaching the check in desk. The exterior was well lit, and I parked right along side the hotel entrance. No long walk in the dark! The pool was clean, and the temperature was cool. Sadly the jacuzzi jets were not working, however the front desk was apologetic, and placed a call for repair right away. We were the only ones using the pool but I felt that a check should have been made to see that the equipment was in working order. The bedding was superior quality, there were lots and lots of pillows. The bathroom facility was adequate. There was no vanity station outside of the bathroom, and my ten year olds could not see in the mirror to do their own hair. An exhaust fan would have been nice for shower steam but was not a big deal. The location was close to the I 95, near restaurants, a DD, and gas station etc. I felt very safe arriving late (12:45am with two ten year olds), and plan on staying there again as I travel to Mass, regularly to visit family.”

• The location was near where we were visiting.
• The thermostat didn't work, faucet handle came off, curtains had holes, pull broken off curtain.

• Hotel was good business hotel.
• Staff was distracted and did not pay attention.

“I did not get wake up call at 4:30 as promised and missed the 5:00 AM shuttle as result took the next shuttle which got me to the airport check in 25 minutes before departure and could not check in because needed to be there 30 minutes before so had to pay for another plane since my ticket was non refundable.”

• Great location, spacious beautiful room with fridge & micro, loved indoor pool/Jacuzzi & fitness center, loved the lobby & staff.
• Nothing.

“We really enjoyed this property, great location too - close to airport & Newport beaches & to the mall/restaurants. A good restaurant is right next door for lunch/dinner. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast for a reasonable price & was good. Really welcoming lobby with comfortable couches, large screen TV, free computer center, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are fantastic - large, beautiful, comfy beds, micro, fridge. My favorite - no extra charges for every little thing (like wireless internet, parking etc). Exceeded our expectations.”

• Location was good. Staff was friendly. Room was well maintained.
• Noise from plumbing and from room above was prominent. Hallways stark for this star-level.

“For the star-level, this is a fine hotel. Good access, close to many attractions. Well-kept. Nice staff. Hallways could use a refresh soon. Air conditioning worked well, but was a little intrusive as it cycled.”

• I enjoyed the spa tub.
• Water from the tap was discolored brown.

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. Room was terrific and the spa tub was outstanding. Complimentary breakfast was great and proximately to the airport was important due to an early flight.”

• Accommodating, sweet, answers? fast, & generous with extras like Cookies, newspapers, etc.
• Breakfast not that tasty, very greasy! And the hot tub or the Jacuzzi was just too hot!

“The desk receptionist at night was very accommodating & helpful. She responded to our? very efficiently & the room was very clean. The pool area was always empty maybe because the Jacuzzi was too hot. The hotel did say they were calling maintenance so they were on top of this!”

• Very clean with a nice lobby and friendly staff. Comfortable bed

“This hotel was just rated 2.5 stars on the priceline website, but I feel it should be rated at 3 stars or higher. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The interior coridors were also nice and clean. The staffs on duty were very friendly and nice. There is a little food vending area open for buying some late night snacks. I thought it was a good deal for the price.”

“This hotel was very clean. The room amenities were better than expected. The lobby had a nice lounging area with beer and wine available. They also had snacks and drinks, not in a vending machine, with a wide selection available for purchase. The shuttle to the airport was quick and efficient. The restaurant next door had good food at reasonable prices.”

“The Courtyard, Marriott, in Providence, RI proved to be even nicer than we expected. It was brand new, sparkling clean, and the room was lovely. What impressed us most, however, was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful.”

“Quite nice. Bed linens like new. Staff nice.The only problem I had was finding it. There's another Marriott (Fairfield Inn ? ) nearby, and I went to that one instead. They pointed me in the right direction.”
