• Slept great, very nice recently redone room, thoughtful popcorn in room, fireplace!
• Not sure where the front door was when driving up. Pool too near lobby.

• We travel to meet up with our grandkids of weekend trips. The hotel was very kid friendly and the staff was very helpful.
• My granddaughter stepped on broken glass in the pool.

“The continetal breakfast was a real plus a free breakfast for 5 was a great savings! The rooms were very clean and a great value with the mini kitchen set up. Would differently stay in the future.”

• Rooms were extrememly clean and quiet. Great beds too.
• Breakfast area was too small for the number of guests.

“There was some construction going on in the lobby but other than that’s light distraction the rooms were large, clean and quiet. Perfect for a business traveler. Friendly staff throughout the stay. Very good place to stay.”

• Spacious, very comfortable accommodations with a very nice continental breakfast provided along with kitchen facilities good for an extended stay.
• Need a better map and directions. Those provided were confusing, although we did find the hotel since it was near the exit.

• Friendly staff, nice room.
• Spa was broken the night I stayed.

“Residence Inn has rooms for extended stay business travelers, but for a couple who just wants to get away for a night, not necessarily on vacation, this is a good choice since it has a stocked kitchen area for cooking and nice amenities in the "store" area. Free dinner and breakfast are a plus.”

• Large clean rooms.
• Soap is very bad for skin; both people on the trip were having a reaction to it.

“Large rooms that have a kitchen & small table with 2 chairs for dining. Bathroom is a bit small, but the shower has good water pressure & no random variation water temp. Sofa bed is comfortable enough if it is needed. Very helpful staff.”

• Large room with kitchen and pullout bed, 24 hour store.
• Sticky carpet.

“We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - it was plenty big for our family of 6. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils. Loved that there was a small shop available 24 hours. Nice basketball court, indoor pool, and BBQ grill that was available to all guests. I would most definitely recommend this hotel.”

• Close to travel routes. Quite spacious and very clean.
• No ice bucket or ice!

• New decor was so well done, loved the new look.

• Full kitchen, large room.
• Exterior entry to each room.

“A great extended stay hotel. Our studio suite was quite roomy. Curtains allowed for a lot of early sunshine-great if you like that,we didn't. Full kitchen, nice living room with sofa and arm chair. Managers reception offered chili and pirogues and drinks. Breakfast was bountiful. We were located at an airport location and there didn't seem to be a lot of noise from the planes. We were located next to a parking area. There are a multitude of hotels in the area, and many more being built. We've stayed in a lot of Residence Inn's and this follows the high standard of a Marriott property.”

• The breakfast that is included makes this stay a great value.
• First floor room, children upstairs were very active and noisy thought the ceiling was to thin.

“We very much enjoyed our stay. Had to make daily complaints about the activity above our heads. Children staying in room above us were never still. They ran around constantly for hours. The floors are thin could hear everything that was going on above us. After listening to it for 6 hours we finally had to call the front desk, on two separate days.”

• Room was on side facing road, very noisy during early morning hours, train horn woke me up.

“Overall, a great facility at a great price. My wife and I stay when attending Sunday or Monday night patriots games at Gillette stadium. Very clean, convenient, many fine eating establishments closely. Nice pool and hotel never crowded. Awesome breakfast buffet!”

• Great breakfast! Very comfortable bed. Nice touch to leave a welcome basket with microwave popcorn, coffee, etc. Overall a great place to stay.
• Fan in bathroom was very noisy and you had to have the fan on with the light.

“The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was light and bright, very comfortable and service was excellent. I would definitely try to stay at this residence inn in the future and I would look for other residence inns.”

• I liked the spaciousness of the suite we stayed in. The perfect size for a family of four including two young children. The pool was nice also.
• I liked everything about it.

“We stayed at the Residence Inn for three nights and had a very enjoyable time. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and perfect for a family of four with two young children. It included a full kitchen which was a very nice feature. The room was very clean and housekeeping did a very nice job cleaning the room during our stay. We needed to call maintenance for two minor issues during our stay and they came very quickly and accommodated our needs. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who is traveling to the area. We were very pleased and would stay there again. Thanks.”

• The spacious layout allowed for free movement and easy access to all facilities. Corner fireplace added a warm, homey touch.
• The delicious chocolate chip cookies had already been consumed!

“Although mine was an overnight stay, I look forward to returning for a longer stay during which I plan to make use of the indoor pool, outdoor court facility, and the hotel's close proximity to the T.”

• The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were stranded because of a storm. They were great.
• It would have been more convenient if they extended their weekday breakfast time by 1 hour later.

“We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hawthorne despite the N.E. Storm that held us captive there. Kudos to the staff for their cheery service!”

• With construction going on and inadequate signs around, it was next to impossible to find the hotel for first time guest.

• The free breakfast and evening social hour made the low price even more exciting and rewarding!
• There is a lot of construction in the area making it a bit difficult to find.

“A comfortable hotel that is close to major highways, dining, and shopping. It is great for both families and business travelers, and offers a free extensive breakfast seven days a week, plus a Monday through Thursday evening "social hour" providing light fare and drinks to all guests at no charge. There is a well maintained indoor pool and jacuzzi and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, and also have a full kitchen!”

• The Residence Inn in Franklin continues to be our most favorite place to stay, and it is the best value ever that we have found.
• There is absolutely nothing that we do not like about the Residence Inn in Franklin. Chris is the greatest!
