• Location to airport.
• My clothes were taken from my room. Hotel did nothing.

“My clothes were taken from my room on the 1st night of 3. Giving the hotel the benefit of a doubt, I was sure that housekeeping thought I was checking out, as I kept my room spotless. However, the hotel did not follow up once on any promises to call me back with additional information. I checked out Monday a.m. It is Thursday a.m. My husband and I both have put calls in to the general manager and have yet to hear from him. I did call the Warwick police and documented the incident.”

• We were thrilled to receive such star quality when we were willing to settle for low-economy type lodging. Continental breakfast was just wonderful.
• Everything was fine and beyond expectations!

“Excellent service. A 24/7 airport shuttle. Early open for free breakfast (4:30 am). Room decorations and bedding sheet were a bit worn. No master switch for room lights; had to turn each lamp on individually.”

• The airport was a little noisy, but when exhausted you cannot hear the planes.

• Parking was great and there weren't a lot of people roaming around all night.
• There were ants in my room.

“The room was nice in appearance but the comforter or bedspread was stained. The ice machine on the 1st floor ice machine didn't work-inconvenience. The room had ants like it was out side I bought bug spray from a near by Rx. After informing management they didn't offer to change our room or even clean better. You couldn't sit anything down in the room w/o seeing an ant racing to it. But for the price it was ok.”

“"This Comfort Inn had amenities inside a room that would not typically come with a 2-star Hotel. I was surprised and delighted to have a fridge, microwave oven, and a kitchen type sink in my 3rd floor room. Very clean, the young girl at the front counter was very friendly and got me a non-smoking room because of my allergies. This hotel is a 4-star in my eyes.”

“Internet access was good. Bathroom vanity was not in a separate room, so was disturbing for anyone sleeping while other was using the vanity. Hair dryer did not work. Shower curtain was torn and didn't fit shower.”

“This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire hotel smells so offensive. The so-called continental breakfast was a fake. Very little choices of food, bagel butter, cream cheese and pancake.”

• The heat was not able to be adjusted properly, the pillows were all old and totally uncomfortable-preventing a good night's rest, as was the mattress.

• Family wedding event and hotel was excellent and breakfast was good each morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

“Hotel excellent for a 2-star. It was better than I expected. I normally don't stay in less than a 2.5 but this 2-star is really a very high quality 2 star the rooms were clean and breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Conveniently located to airport and close enough to get anywhere you need in the area within 15-20 min.”

“When we checked in around 10:30pm after a long day, we found our room disgustingly dirty. There was no wastebasket, the rug was not vacuumed, the linen had not been changed. We asked for housekeeping, but found they had been having a problem and used whomever was available to make the rooms ready for incoming guests. We asked for clean linen and changed the beds ourselves. Cleaning solvents were left in the room by these makeshift housekeepers, but never used. A commercial air freshener was liberally sprayed around the room, causing a very unpleasant odor. While the front desk clerk was apologetic and kind, this hotel was totally unacceptable. Since it was full to capacity, there was no possibility of changing rooms, nor because of the late hour, was there an opportunity to check in to another hotel. We were to say the least very displeased.”

• Room smelled like smoke. Room was not very clean. Price of hotel was too high for the quality.

“This comfort Inn was short of being a good value because the rooms looked old and worn. The TV remote didn't work, the room smelled like smoke and I thought that for $100/night, it was over priced. The hotel is near an airport and there are plenty of other hotels nearby I would consider first.”

“It appeared to me that the hotel could benefit with better training of its desk clerks. I was kept waiting as the clerk answered the phone several times for incoming new reservations while also trying to assist a customer at the desk who had requested particular rooms that were not going to be available. Very frustrating!”

“The hotel was convenient to the airport, had a free shuttle to the airport and had a large buffet breakfast bar. The room was very small and only had two double beds. This was sufficient for one traveler but would be cramped for a couple. The staff was friendly and efficient.”
