• Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.

“Great staff, excellent room and breakfast. Stay was less than 12 hours so didn't have time to develop a deep personal experience.”

• The pool, spa and welcome home dinners.
• My kids were looking for the dessert, at the Homewood in Holyoke, MA they had desserts.

“I think the hotel is family friendly. I especially appreciate the kitchenette for my youngest is on a special diet. The pool is perfect for young kids going up only to 4 ft. Both the breakfasts and dinners are good. The waffle maker is a big hit! Beer and wine is also a nice touch for the adults.”

• The room layout was great.
• There were a lot of silverfish or small bugs in the room.

“Overall the hotel was great, and exceeded our expectations. The room size and layout was great. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. There was a bug in the bathroom when we got there, and then we found maybe 6 or 7 small bugs on the walls/ceiling that looked like silverfish or something. Not sure why that was. Breakfast was great; waffle iron was a great bonus. Nicely decorated all the way around.”

• Roomy.
• Housekeeping staff did a poor job.

“This hotel is very overrated for the money. The Marriott Spring Hill Suites is a much better and very clean and comfortable!”

• Friendly staff, big room with full kitchen, lovely new decor, great bathroom.
• Directions were difficult, close to airport, but tucked away in business park.

“We loved this hotel once we found it. Everything was new and clean, staff was helpful and very friendly, room was big, with full kitchen (great for families) and the bed was new and comfy, bathroom lovely and usual large TV, cable, etc. Desk for business and full sofa area for relaxation. Great hotel, just a little hard to find. Once you know the way, easy 4 minutes to airport terminal.”
