• Very friendly and helpful woman who checked us in, gave us a $ saving tip on where to park for our concert at Verizon Center.

• My overall impression was great. The staff was above and beyond helpful. I would definitely stay there again. A+.

“The hotel is in a great location. There is shopping and everything you need within 6 minutes of the hotel. The hotel diner Airport Diner is a fun experience in itself. If you stay in the hotel your kids eat free at every meal which is a plus. The room is very nice and well decorated. The staff was probably the most helpful I have encounter is a long time. A+.”

“Easy and convenient from the Manchester airport. Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. Hotel is clean and comfortable. No flair but great stay nonetheless. I'd stay again.”

“Comfortable hotel and beds was a bit firm for my taste. Bathroom has sink outside of bath, and small toilet/shower bathroom. I, personally, like a spacious bathroom with sink inside the bathroom area.

• It felt and looked new. It was quiet despite being next to an airport.
• Indoor pool was a tad small.

“Excellent hotel. The room was spotless and the proximity to highways and restaurants was another bonus. The staff was extremely friendly and the hot Jacuzzi was nice after a long day in the recreation room. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and would definitely return again.”

  could use different mattress.

• All staff greeted me as they passed me in the hallways.
• It sits in the middle of a one-way street heading away from the main road.

“The staff at this hotel was excellent. I was greeted by all staff members I walked by - including housekeeping and maintenance, not just the front desk. The room looked great and the bed was very comfortable; however, the bathroom (though clean) needed a little maintenance (some of the caulking around the tub had come free). It was a little unusual needing the room key to access the ice and vending machines, but obviously made them more secure; also unusual that the vending and ice machines were only located on two of the four floors of the hotel.
”

“The room was very clean as were the halls, lobby, etc. the restaurant attached to the hotel was very good with quick service and fair pricing. It, too, was very clean. Both facilities are highly recommended.”

• The kids (13, 12 and 7) liked the swimming pool, ate free at on-site diner, ate free cookies in lobby.
• The swimming pool room was very hot and humid. Exiting parking lot is confusing & needs a much larger one way sign.

“The hotel is in a great location and has a friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot feels like a safe place to park overnight. It is well lit, close to the main entrance and visible from a busy road. The on-site diner has a wonderful airport theme and the most humorous (and tasteful) bathroom decor I've seen anywhere.”

“My fiance and I needed a hotel in the Manchester area to stay over one night for a wedding. We were more than pleased with our experience. The room was clean, there was a fridge and microwave, and the bed was comfortable. We could not have asked for anything more than that for the money.”

• Great access to airport, downtown. Good complimentary cookies!
• Keys erase themselves way too easily.

“This was pretty much what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. I am always surprised that they are three star hotels, however - I would expect that they would be 2.5 star. They had free internet, cookies at check in and a good breakfast restaurant attached to the hotel. The room was no frills and medium sized. The keys they give you seem to erase when you look at them funny, so you get up to your room and then have to go all the way back downstairs to get them reprogrammed. This happened every time we went out and came back.”

• The staff was awesome! Four star service.
• We ate at the Airport Diner (attached restaurant) for breakfast which was awful.

• Entrance on a one-way road.

“I found this hotel really great for the money. The room was very comfortable and super clean. High-Speed internet was included free which was a nice perk also. I enjoyed using the Jacuzzi and fitness center. My only 2 complaints are that the entrance is on a one way road, bit confusing at night for an out-of-towner and that the bed was firm (the bed was very nice, just not my taste). I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• This hotel is easily accessible to all the major tourist sites.
• The bathroom lacked a fan for humidity control. The loud fan in the bedroom interfered with our sleep.

“I would highly recommend this hotel to future guests. Our room was very clean. The staff was courteous and attentive. However, the bathroom lacked a fan for humidity control. Although my son and I had a delicious meal at the hotel diner, we would have preferred the option of a continental breakfast.”

• Very friendly staff; called to see that all of our needs had been met; quietest stay on record for this class of hotel.
• Black mold in the caulking around the tub.

“This was a very pleasant and convenient place to stay before our family flew out of Manchester airport to go home. The attached diner-style restaurant was fun for the kids who "ate free", as per holiday inn's motto. We asked for a quiet room and were pleased to find it very quiet, even though the hotel is on a busy street and a stone's throw from the airport. The indoor pool and the courtesy coffee and cookies in the lobby were appreciated as well. Would stay here again, without question.”

• The Holiday was very clean and nice.
• There is not anything I did not like about this hotel. Except one thing: no shower cap!

“The Holiday Inn was the perfect place for us to stay for our short visit to Manchester. It was very easily accessible from the main highway. Also, one thing I looked for being that I was traveling with an infant was cleanliness. The hotel was very clean and nice. The pillows were extremely comfortable too. The diner attached to the restaurant was convenient, well decorated and the food was good. I would love to stay at this hotel again. I don't know if anyone can answer this question, but it was snowing pretty bad the second day that we were there and we didn't want to get caught driving in the storm with a baby in the car. That is why we left one day early. Therefore, I did not use the room for the second night. I was wondering if there would be any way that I could be reimbursed for that night. It would be greatly appreciated as always tell people to use your wonderful service. Thank you very much.”

• Clean, quiet, close to airport which was important to us.
• small problem getting into parking because of one-way access.

“Excellent facilities, room was exceptionally clean, neat "back to the '50s cafe attached with excellent food and good service". Our visit was very short and resulted from a family emergency, but the hotel was excellent in all respects and wouldn't hesitate to return for a longer stay.”

• On line was told continental breakfast offered it is NOT.

“Have stayed here twice, both times were good with the exception of this time we expected the continental breakfast as on line it was stated there was one, however it is no longer offered. Meant we had to go out to breakfast at our cost. If we had known, probably would have stayed somewhere else.”
