• It was not a 3-star hotel and I did not like the airport location.

• This hotel is easily accessible to all the major tourist sites.
• The bathroom lacked a fan for humidity control. The loud fan in the bedroom interfered with our sleep.

“I would highly recommend this hotel to future guests. Our room was very clean. The staff was courteous and attentive. However, the bathroom lacked a fan for humidity control. Although my son and I had a delicious meal at the hotel diner, we would have preferred the option of a continental breakfast.”

• Very friendly staff; called to see that all of our needs had been met; quietest stay on record for this class of hotel.
• Black mold in the caulking around the tub.

“This was a very pleasant and convenient place to stay before our family flew out of Manchester airport to go home. The attached diner-style restaurant was fun for the kids who "ate free", as per holiday inn's motto. We asked for a quiet room and were pleased to find it very quiet, even though the hotel is on a busy street and a stone's throw from the airport. The indoor pool and the courtesy coffee and cookies in the lobby were appreciated as well. Would stay here again, without question.”

• The Holiday was very clean and nice.
• There is not anything I did not like about this hotel. Except one thing: no shower cap!

“The Holiday Inn was the perfect place for us to stay for our short visit to Manchester. It was very easily accessible from the main highway. Also, one thing I looked for being that I was traveling with an infant was cleanliness. The hotel was very clean and nice. The pillows were extremely comfortable too. The diner attached to the restaurant was convenient, well decorated and the food was good. I would love to stay at this hotel again. I don't know if anyone can answer this question, but it was snowing pretty bad the second day that we were there and we didn't want to get caught driving in the storm with a baby in the car. That is why we left one day early. Therefore, I did not use the room for the second night. I was wondering if there would be any way that I could be reimbursed for that night. It would be greatly appreciated as always tell people to use your wonderful service. Thank you very much.”

• Clean, quiet, close to airport which was important to us.
• small problem getting into parking because of one-way access.

“Excellent facilities, room was exceptionally clean, neat "back to the '50s cafe attached with excellent food and good service". Our visit was very short and resulted from a family emergency, but the hotel was excellent in all respects and wouldn't hesitate to return for a longer stay.”

“The hotel is convenient and the staff is nice and very willing to help. The shuttle from the airport is also very convenient. There is an excellent diner downstairs. I also enjoyed the pool.”

• On line was told continental breakfast offered it is NOT.

“Have stayed here twice, both times were good with the exception of this time we expected the continental breakfast as on line it was stated there was one, however it is no longer offered. Meant we had to go out to breakfast at our cost. If we had known, probably would have stayed somewhere else.”

• Clean, newly renovated, nice personal touches in room and very convenient location.
• Can't think of anything.

“Very recently renovated, well equipped room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Not a resort or vacation location, as it is in an industrial area near the airport, but excellent for business travel. Room was nice, not large but not cramped, located just off the interstate. Desk clerk greeted us by name when we returned a few hours after initial check-in.”

“Not sure why this is only a two star hotel. Possibly because of the Holiday Inn name. It was very nice. Clean, newly remodeled, friendly staff, and close to town. I will definitely stay there again.”

• It's location was great, close to airport, freeways, and major roads.
• It's not their fault, but the traffic patterns of the hotel were bizarre, making a simple left out of the parking lot was difficult.

“The Tage Inn was a fine place to stay. It's a newer hotel, so it was clean and comfortable, and the TV lineup was a full selection of 60 channels as opposed to the 30 in other hotels. The workout room and pool were small and simple, but well stocked well. The beds and linens don't offer a soft and fluffily, cloud like sleeping experience, but they also scrap your skin when you turned. In terms of the area, it was close to the airport and freeways for easy access to Boston or northern New England for leaf peeping in the fall. Regarding the immediate location of the hotel, it was not the best, there is only a McDonald's across the street. Therefore you had to use those freeways. Again, the freeway is close, it's a simple left turn out of the hotel or so I thought. In order to make this left turn I had to turn right, right, right, left, left, left, right because of the traffic patterns. All in all, it's worth your money.”

“The hotel staff answered all of my questions about leisure activities in the area. Rooms are very clean and neat, spacious, and large beds with lots of big fluffy pillows. I also like the idea that the hotel makes it a point to be earth friendly and conserve energy and resources.”

• The friendly and helpful staff and the cleanliness of the hotel and room.
• Construction started up next door to my room just after 7;00am, very loud.

“I chose the hotel for my convenience (an appointment in Derry) as I live several hours away. I was very pleased at the quick response for my offer. Upon arrival, the place is having some work done but that did not deter from the inside appearance (clean and bright) there was a good reception; friendly, helpful (Meghan) The room was very nice, more than I needed, very clean and pleasant. Breakfast was a nice touch with waffles that you can make and a nice variety of fruits, cereals, breads and beverages. Checkout with April was fast, she was also pleasant and amiable. The only thing that detracted from the stay was the early morning construction . It sounded as if the drilling was next door. I wondered if that had anything to do with my negotiated price (not a great room) but April assured me that it was just the luck of the draw, I don't know if the hotel was empty.”

• The hotel was close to interstate, dining, and the airport.
• Getting out of the parking lot to the road was a pain. One way lane, and no left turn. So you had to make a right and go around the block.

Quiet and very close to the airport which is convenient. Only disadvantage is no left turn out of the hotel...have to take a one way street around a block and then make the turn.”

• The stage was very pretty ,newly redone The receiptionist was very helpful but left by himself causing a time delay.
• The breakfast served was great,but I needed to ask for the coffee to be refilled,the milk to be refilled,plates to be restocked,

• Very pleasant staff. Rooms were large and quiet. Good breakfast included.
• It's right off the highway (also a plus) and doesn't have any particular charm.

“This is a clean, spacious, friendly hotel very close to the highway that is about to become a Holiday Inn. Room rates include a reasonable breakfast in a pleasant room, there's a pool available for guests, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and hotel staff were good humored and gracious. There was a mini refrig and a microwave in the room. Bathroom was clean and there was very little noise from hallways or ajoining rooms.”

• Hotel Manager was very polite, easy to talk to and resolved problems efficiently.
• Super Continental Breakfast left a lot to be desired kept running out of food.

• Surroundings very ugly. I had a view of McDonald's from my window.

“The hotel was convenient to the highway and easy to find. The people were friendly and helpful. The room was clean with enough space and the bed was comfy. I liked the fridge and microwave in the room. The pay-per-view movie selections were good, if pricey. The atmosphere within the hotel was pleasant but the outside surroundings are really ugly. Nothing to look at. Don't go there for the pool, its very tiny.”
