• Close to airport and bedding was accommodating.

• I liked everything from check in to check out!
• Nothing.

“The week before I stayed at another hotel in Manchester with a higher star rating and this hotel was nicer in every way. The staff were all fantastic, room was huge, beds were comfy, everything was clean and smelled great. Continental breakfast was included and was also well done. I would stay here again and again!”

• Close to downtown neighborhood.

“Good for staying before or after flying at Manchester airport. Hotel offers shuttle service to airport. One computer with internet and printer available in lobby.”

• The breakfast staff was wonderful!

“It was clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was GREAT! It would have been nice to also have a hot tub/whirl pool.”

• The breakfast was very good with Belgium Waffles.
• The pool at night had 26 people in it, it was unsafe and staff should have done something about it.

“I would not recommend this hotel. It was very noisy at night with traffic on all sides including a highway and a bridge. Although they had a lot of children booked into the hotel, they were not properly supervising the pool even though staff came in when there were 26 people in a small pool. I saw many older travelers come down to use the pool and walk away. Also they have pool memberships for the general public so in the morning the pool had three adults swimming laps taking up more than half of the pool. Do not stay there if part of your itinerary is to swim.”

• The room was new, great bed, and the room and halls were very clean.
• For a short stay, this hotel was great but you need a car to get to any good stores.

“Overall, I was very happy with my stay, nice clean room, clean bathroom and friendly staff. It was well worth the price.”

• Hard to see driveway from main road.

“The rooms were very clean and the staff is quite friendly, the pool area was clean and was open late. There are some small restaurants within walking distance otherwise a short trip up the highway.”

• Room was extremely clean.
• The elevator seems very old and slow.

“The location of this hotel is very good for travelers connected to the nearby colleges. The lobby and rooms were very clean. The elevator was very slow. The only bad thing I experienced was upon check out I asked the front desk staff to contact another Comfort Inn that we were headed to and get a guaranteed late arrival. She said I would have to call them myself and pointed to a directory of other Comfort Inns. I had the number in my suitcase so I called myself, but I didn't think that it was an unreasonable request. The front desk staff upon check in were great, helpful and friendly.”
