• Having breakfast included was good for us.
• Didn't know we couldn't get 2 beds only 1 bed and a small sleeper.

“The staff said that no one room suites have a second bed, only a small sleeper sofa. We would have been better off in a regular hotel with two beds. Luckily we only had one child to accommodate.”

• The price was the best, plus the room amenities w/ full kitchen.
• The fire alarm went off around 10 a.m. so we were rushed out and also did not eat the free breakfast. No pool attendant couldn't use pool/spa.

“We had a very displeasure able morning due to the fire alarm going off and we had to rush outside into the cold without our jackets and shoes. We had to stay outside for 45 min to an hour before going back in to get our belongings. It ruined our stay because we enjoy sleeping in and eating a late breakfast neither which we could do. I understand it does not happen every day, however, we did not enjoy our evening out because of it.”

• The suites were very nice and the breakfast was great.
• There are no restaurants nearby.

“This hotel was great for us because it was within 20 minutes of our daughter's college; however, it is definitely in a corporate area and you need to drive 10-15 minutes to get to food or other activities.”

• Room size, breakfast, facilities all better than comparable hotels.
• Mattress saggy and uncomfortable.

“Hotel is well maintained, staff friendly, facilities are great, room size is nice, additional features movies, music. An added bonus, continental breakfast which has a good selection, location is not on main strip but good location still and quiet.”

• It was clean, neat and spacious. I also enjoyed the fact that it was in a great, quiet location.
• The receptionists weren't always available.

• Terrific full breakfast! Great variety! Nice indoor pool.
• Not great location; very difficult to find; signs near property much too small and insignificant in size!

“Aside from its so-so location, the hotel (at price!) offered great value! Wonderful, full-breakfast. Spacious room. Helpful front desk. Convenient parking. Overall, a terrific value.”

• spaciousness
• very noisy air conditioning unit, the one really unpleasant thing.

“Rooms are like small apts with complete kitchen facilities, although I didn't need it for my one night stay. Clean and bright. In addition the hotel provides a full hot breakfast on the ground floor. At at good price, it can't be beat.”

• Noisy location, near to very busy road (I 90)

“Very close to Interstate 90, could be awkward to find so get good directions. Noisy room due to location near interstate. Very clean rooms with plenty of facilities. Good free breakfast everyday, reasonable daily evening snacks.”

• The breakfast was excellent! Rooms were great too!
• Cooling problems and was stuck with smoking room.

“Easy to find location, great spacious rooms with everything needed for extended stays and a great daily breakfast made my stay very confortable. The poor cooling on top floors made the hallways and elevators almost unbearable. Pool hours were not convenient and guest recetionist (male) was not pleasant or accomodating.”

• no lap lanes in pool and too many kids but i managed

• All the amenities you could want and a great breakfast included in the price
• I would like to have been closer to my destinaton, Boston, but couldn't get a good price

“It was clean and well maintained, except they needed new pillows, but I was told they're on order. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety to choose from. Not the usual Continental. They had prepared batter to make your own fresh waffles in an automatic waffle iron, they were great. It was well worth the money. I just wish I could have gotten that price in a hotel of the same value closer to Brookline, MA...my destination.”

• Excellent value with a great breakfast included
• Only programmed our keys for first night of a two night stay.

“Great suite hotel just off I91 in the Framingham/Natick area. Represents excellent value for money. Great indoor pool and fitness room. Plenty of parking and safe family atmosphere. Rooms are of high quality, well equipped and with everything functioning correctly. They even provided me a free ethernet cable that I had forgotten to hook up to the free high speed internet. Great location if you have to spend a night or two in this area, particularly with the family.”

• They were able to accomodate my special needs and the room was wonderful!

“The location was great; easy access to Boston and the local T station without having to deal with the city's hub-bub. I also loved that the hotel was in a treed area, so that you felt that you were somewhat isolated from the nearby highways, and so much nicer to look out and see trees rather than the traffic. The room was simple but clean, comfortable and spacious. We thought the design elements of the room, lamps, pictures, furniture, colors, were nicer and more sophistaicated than other more affordable hotels. We were also granted a convenient room on the first floor near the main entrance which made loading music equipment in and out very easy. I loved my stay and would certainly reccommend the hotel to friends.”

• Pleasant staff, fantastic breakfasts, super clean rooms, extremely convenient.

“The Framingham Residence in is a great pick for business or family travel! The fully outfitted in-suite kitchen allowed us spend evenings relaxing in comfort with cold drinks and warm popcorn, and the fantastic hot breakfasts made for an excellent start to every day of our trip!”

“An amazing value. Loved the suite style. Can be in Boston on Mass Pike within 20 minutes. Great breakfasts and variety of newspapers a real convenience. Every area was clean and staff friendly.”

“The bed was awful - so flimsy and uncomfortable that both my husband and I were miserable and hardly got any sleep! We stopped down at the front desk to ask about ice for the room and the desk clerk very rudely told us that the refrigerator in our room made ice and if we turned it on, we could expect ice cubes within a half hour or so. Well, we turned it on and waited, and eventually got 6 ice cubes and that was it! The ice maker did not make any additional ice even though we left the ice maker on all night. I found the staff to be rude and not interested in being of help.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn in Framingham. We checked in late, and the front desk clerk was very efficient. They sent extra pillows to the room within minutes of our request. The continental breakfast was plentiful and the late check out was great.”
