• Rooms were clean and no superfulous noises.
• Front sliding door was inoperative.

“Pleasant stay overall. Close to shopping and a plethora of restaurants. A fine weekend getaway at a very affordable price. We will consider staying again in the future.”

• Free breakfast, free internet are both great features.
• Driving directions to hotel were confusing -- maybe wrong?

“The hotel was great. The only complaint is our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The staff was excellent.”

“The bed was awful - so flimsy and uncomfortable that both my husband and I were miserable and hardly got any sleep! We stopped down at the front desk to ask about ice for the room and the desk clerk very rudely told us that the refrigerator in our room made ice and if we turned it on, we could expect ice cubes within a half hour or so. Well, we turned it on and waited, and eventually got 6 ice cubes and that was it! The ice maker did not make any additional ice even though we left the ice maker on all night. I found the staff to be rude and not interested in being of help.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn in Framingham. We checked in late, and the front desk clerk was very efficient. They sent extra pillows to the room within minutes of our request. The continental breakfast was plentiful and the late check out was great.”
