• We are seniors and everything was convenient for us and the staff was very helpful and polite and cheerful.
• Can't think of a thing!

“If anything, it might be hard to find for some people, but your directions were good. A larger sign at the entrance might help. The surroundings were very nice. We enjoyed staying there and would go back.”

• The pool and whirlpool was very relaxing.
• Nothing.

“Me and my girlfriend were happy with this hotel, close to everything we needed. Checkout time was good that it was at 1pm instead of noon like most hotels. Gave us a little more time to hang out and enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub.”

• The beds were heavenly and the pool made it great for kids.

• Clean, Friendly and close to the wharf. More than we expected! Great staff!
• Our room had no view at all. We looked at construction and 2 concrete walls. Other guests told us they had Golden Gate Bridge views.

• The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.
• The restaurant closed for 2 nights during our stay for the holiday.

“Really great hotel. Very clean and with helpful staff. The fact that the whole hotel is non-smoking was wonderful and very family-friendly. The restaurant food was great. The only problem we had was the restaurant closing during our stay -- created an inconvenience for us.”

• I consider the location of the hotel idol. The atmosphere carries an ever present presence of quietness, which encourages work and deep reflection.
• Frankly, there is nothing that displeased me while I was there.

“Set in a Natural environment, the evidence of trees provided a presence of serenity-good for working and a reflection of the days work. The friendly Nature of the staff adds to the picture of making our stay -a home away from home.”

• The hotel is pleasing to the eye. The grounds are meticulous and the location puts the traveler close to area attractions.

“A fine hotel in a superb location. This property feels almost like a 4-star getaway. A quiet location in an industrial park offers a plethora of privacy. The lobby is rather expansive and offers free internet access for guests. We will stay here again, even with the hotel billing error.”

• Parking lot could use more lights for security at night.

“This hotel is the nicest hotel I have stay in Nashua (and I spend 2 nights a month there on average). I would choose this hotel over others every time. It is clean, up-to-date, and movie choice is extensive.”

• Very nice and clean and staff was very friendly, internet was fast.
• Television channel selection, sheets wouldn't stay on bed.

“All in all this was a very nice hotel. The location was difficult to find even with a map. But I called and they got me there without a problem. I will be more than likely visiting Nashua in the future and will definitely consider this hotel when making reservations.”

“No services there. Nice lounge but closed.no help with luggage at night. No water in room first night and then they tried to charge me for it.was given a card from woman at front desk when I needed email address. My husband sent document and I couldn't get. The man the next day at desk said he had no acess to her email.”

• Secluded in an up-scale business park area. The bed was very comfortable.
• The guests in the courtyard below were a bit noisy. And it was definitely set up for business travelers--no mirror in the desk/bed area.

“It was nicely appointed and in a convenient safe location. I would definitely recommend it for business travelers, but the room was a bit "cold" for that romantic evening. Unfortunately we had an early flight to catch and was unable to take advantage of any breakfast if they had one. Over all, a pleasant stay.”

• Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and we were very happy with our stay.
• The only thing we didn't like is it seemed the mattress was not in good condition any more.

“This hotel was tucked away in what seemed to be an industrial park not far off the main highway, but once we found it we were very pleased. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The lobby was beautiful and the room clean and nicely set up. To get to the pool and hot tub you have to go out through the lobby and go through a little courtyard to another building. A nice little walk in August, but I think you might have to sprint in February. On the whole a very good deal.”

• There is nothing good to say except the roof bar seemed ice.
• $150.00 auto-withdrawal for any possible incidentals, room size - do you expect to climb over the bed and your friend to get to the door in a 3 star ?

“The Hudson Hotel has a nice roof top bar and that's about it. The room is beyond tiny. I had to climb over furniture and bags to get to the door. There was no top sheet and the duvet was soiled. The television was small and the bathroom had a window to the bedroom in it. The Sofetel upgraded me to suite at no additional cost when they could not accommodate my party's needs. Finally, they assumed I would have incidentals and recharged me $150.00 for them. I used my debit card since that is the card I used to book the room and they made interest off my money and did not credit it for several days. I have to tell you, my business travel stays at the Days Inn are more comfortable, spacious, $ clean. I have stayed in European hotels that would not meet US 3 star hotel ratings and they too were more spacious, clean, and had bigger TVs. My stay was terrible. My annual trip to the city with my best friend was stressful because of our accommodation.”

• Revolving lobby door/Printer ports in lounge/Convenient side entrance/Fireplace in lobby/24 hr store.
• Shower needs shelves, soap cut-outs in stall are not enough.
