• Good location with country like atmosphere. Plenty of shopping and restaurant near by.

• Location.
• Tiny breakfast area. Single room billed as suite.

“The room was not a suite. Two beds in a single room with a half wall. If I am paying a suite rate, I expect a suite. The breakfast room was tiny. Hordes of people bumping into each other with people eating in the lobby or anywhere they could find a corner. Sign in the lobby warning that your GPS could be stolen if you leave it in the car. What's that about?”

• The continental breakfasts was amazing and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
• The Jacuzzi was not working and when asked if it could be fixed, they offered no assistance.

“This is a very nice hotel to stay at for a night or two, but the pool is quite small and a little dirty. The continental breakfast is amazing in the morning and will save you a meal. The rooms and amenities are worth the stay.”

• Good beds, two televisions, attractive suite.
• Not enough lighting in the wash area, no mirror in wash area to view back of head.

“In general I was surprised by the quality of the room (large area) and good value. Breakfast included and was able to check in early which came in handy with two children (4 people total). Staff was accommodating by switching my room for two queen beds from a king at no charge.”

• The rooms were not the typical hotel room. It was more like a one bedroom apartment which was very nice.
• Nothing.

“It was richly decorated, I love the color coordination. The kitchen was very cute and cozy. My children loved it. There that says everything.”

• Clean, extremely comfortable rooms.
• I have no complaints.

“Very Clean, Very Comfortable rooms. As someone who spends over 150 nights a year in hotel rooms, dollar for dollar this hotel ranks as on of my top 3 hotel experiences I have had in the last 12 months. For under $120.00 per night, this was the most comfortable hotel I have stayed period. Kudos to the management and staff. I will never stay in any other hotel, except this one, when my business takes me to the Providence south area.”

• Very clean, great, helpful staff, and a super breakfast.
• It was a bit out of the way.

“The staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean- the beds were comfortable. But the breakfast really knocked us out!!!”

• Breakfast and staff were awesome.
• Fresh pool towels smelled like old grease, gross also they use too much air freshener, hurts the nose.

“As a travel writer, I found this hotel to be among the best. Wonderful breakfast! clean room, but if you're sensitive to air freshener, this wouldn't be the place to stay, like many Marriott's they over do the perfume scent.”

• Nice pool and large bed and fold out couch made for a restful stay
• No allergy free pillows were available

• Drapes billowed out when A/C was on, preventing air from coming into room.

• The rooms were clean, and spacious.
• It is very loud. we were on the third floor and when people rolled a cart above us, it sounded like a herd of elephants.

“Overall, the hotel is great if one is looking for a clean, spacious room with a large bathroom. The only problem is that the hotel is difficult find because the street sign James P Murphy Highway is so small and behind a tree. we drove past the street 3 times. I would suggest getting the city to get you a larger street sign because at night, it is impossible to see. ”

• Find location, clean rooms. Called to let them know we would be arriving late due to traffic and staff was friendly and helpful.
• Got a smoking room, didn't want that. Key card didn't work, female staff member was disinterested in helping.

“The hotel was very clean. Evening staff on arrival was at the counter willing to help. We had called because we were in traffic in CT. and wanted to let them know we would be arriving late. Staff was most helpful and friendly and when we checked in he recongized our name and was most kind. Our key card didn't work to enter building or room the following afternoon. Daytime staff reset card and it still didn't work. She was totally disinterested in helping like we were a bother to her sitting in the back office. Shouldn't judge the whole facility on one staff member but it is all about customer service.”

“Excellent value--accomodations closer to 3 star than 2 star. Pool, exercise room and buffet all were convenient and of high quality. In-room movies enjoyable. Having fridge and microwave in room a real bonus as was a 24 hr. front desk. East access to Warwick and Providence via I-95. Would certainly stay here again.”

“The staff was very friendly. Room was larger than expected; however, would have been better with a king size bed and there was not one to be found. IMPROVE - The elevator and hallways were a bit musty and smelled badly. Was overwhelming in the elevator. The air conditioner was set to 67 yet it never cooled off the room past 73. Cover of a/c unit fell off multiple times.”
