• Great breakfast and pool for the kids.
• Very noisy although front desk did speak to guests.

• That they switched us to a better room after the first night.
• Noise, doors slamming, people shouting.

“On our first night they put us in a room next to an exit and some teams (basketball, hockey) were staying on the same floor and above us. So we didn't get a lot of sleep with the noise in the halls and above us. I asked to be moved to the top floor the next day, which they did. They also gave us a king size bed which was more comfortable than the doubles that we had.”

• Rooms were quiet, perfect temperature and bedding was very comfortable.
• Pool entrance right by the main entrance.

• Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
• Pool was drained, dirty lobby floor, overflowing garbage cans in breakfast area.

“Being a victim of circumstances (no water in pool due to overhaul), I learned my lesson and will deal with hotels direct so I can ask questions like: "do you have water in your pool?" I got major flack from my family due to no pool (we had been looking forward to it for two weeks), so I am not going to use on-line services like this again. First and last time. Hotel staff was very apologetic and nice, but overall it's just a cheap hotel. There isn't even a curb cut in front of the place so you can move a luggage cart back and forth easily. You had to force the thing over the curb or go out of your way to the far side of the entrance and use the handicapped ramp to the sidewalk. The day I left, the lobby was filthy due to some contractor moron who dragged mud in on his boots and proceeded to track it all over the place. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and he said that someone was due to arrive in a few hours to clean up (usual duties). So, no one can pick up a broom in the meantime? If I were checking in and saw that mess, I would be second-guessing my choice of staying there. Good breakfast though.”

• Hotel not exactly in the best location, but was convenient to the Interstate.

• The free self serve breakfast was great!.
• Rooms seemed a bit small, but adequate.

“Very nice friendly staff. Rooms seem a bit small but still nice, they have a microwave and small refry. The morning self serve meal included hot waffles, 3 juices, fresh coffee, bagels, muffins, and coral --very nice! Their indoor pool, hot tub & sauna very nice and clean open from 5am- midnight!- (many places close at 10pm) perfect water and air temp! Highly recommend! We will come again!.”

• Pool hours were very convenient. It is open until midnight. Continental breakfast was better than expected. The rooms were very nice and had a microwave.
• Nothing.

“The hotel was great. The rooms have a microwave and refrigerator. They also had free coffee. They were very nice. When you walk in the lobby you could tell the stay would be nice. The pool and spa were open until midnight. Overall we loved the hotel and would recommend it to anyone.”

• Free internet in room; free computer with printer in lobby.
• Road noise; TV reception a bit snowy.

“Good clean room, with a good firm bed, plenty of hot water, and a variety of pillows to choose from. Adequate selection of TV channels. Parking lot was well lit at night.”

• Staff was pleasant, helpful and very attentive. Breakfast excellent and plentiful.
• Saw from highway, but a bit difficult to find immediate impression a bit disappointing but soon dispelled.

“Once we were situated, we were very pleased with everything price, service, food and staff also we were able to get back on highway with no difficulty Staff suggestions for restaurants fun and good Staff very pleasant made fresh coffee immediately for us upon arrival.”

“My first non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk clerk was very helpful in getting us a new room, however, even after moving to another floor, the entire hallway reeked of smoke, it was not pleasant!”

• I liked the availability of a wireless network, and the friendly staff.
• The hotel lobby could have been kept cleaner.

“The lack of protection from the rain made it impossible to stay dry while entering the building during a storm. The main lobby stairway always appeared dirty. The rooms were clean and the newspaper was a nice touch.”

• This hotel was very clean and very well maintained.
• The kids in the pool were very inconsiderate and the parents were not doing anything.

“We really enjoyed it here. Very nice location, quiet at night, heavy drapes to keep streetlights out. They give you the pillows you want. Very good value. Free breakfast was very good (cereal, Belgian waffles, etc) the staff was very friendly and check in and check out were both really quick. However, they should have some adult quiet time for the pool. We were trying to relax and these kids kept trying to splash us and annoy us in every way possible. The pool is open till midnight. 10 pm to midnight should be adults only so the adults can enjoy some relaxation too.”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly we had one of the best dinners ever at their restaurant suggestion. I was surprised at the great condition of the hotel, we were very impressed. Loved the free breakfast, make your own waffles.”

• Microwave or fridge in room.
• Had to walk around building to get to entrance after parking around side at night and I'm woman alone.

“It was a little difficult to find despite being able to see it from the highway. As a younger woman arriving at 10 pm, I was not pleased that the only parking left was around the side of the building and I had to walk around to the entrance. I'd have felt safer if there was a straight shot to the entrance where I could see and be seen right to the door. The breakfast "fresh fruit" was only apples. Bananas are a standard breakfast food and should have been an option. And the OJ machine malfunctioned and only gave out really weak OJ. But the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly.”
